Nolan wakes up to Seira's sudden, affectionate visit. After a playful morning, Seira reveals she wants to go shopping for Carl's wedding and insists Nolan accompany her. As they head out, Nolan spots Rey Lionheart on the street.

"What's wrong, Nolan?" Seira asked hesitantly.

Nolan didn't answer right away. Instead, he instructed the driver to pull over.

When the car came to a stop on the side of the road, he opened the door and stepped out.

Rei had already disappeared from view.

"Was that just my imagination? But…"

His eyebrows furrowed as he muttered, "I'm sure that was Rei Lionheart."

"Nolan?"

Seira's worried voice came from inside the car.

"Are you okay? Are you feeling unwell?"

Nolan turned toward her and met her concerned gaze.

He shook his head and got back into the car.

"I'm fine. Sorry for worrying you."

Seira stared at him silently. She didn't know if it was just her imagination, but Nolan had been acting strangely lately. This was already the third time in the past month.

However, she didn't press him and simply nodded before wrapping her arm around his and resting the side of her face against his shoulder.

Half a month later…

Carl and Leyna's wedding was held on a private island in the Pacific. The island was enormous—the largest of all the surrounding islands.

It even had a dedicated airport for the private jets of guests arriving from overseas.

Whoosh!

A black private jet landed at the airport. Once the jet came to a stop, the door opened, and two people stepped out.

It was Nolan and Seira. Nolan was dressed in a black suit with a gray tie that suited him perfectly.

His black hair was styled in a comma haircut, making him look even more handsome and charming.

Meanwhile, Seira wore a strapless, deep-purple gown with a full skirt, making her look like a princess.

Her black hair was pulled back into a crown-shaped bun, adorned with a flower-shaped hairpin.

"Welcome, Young Master Nolan and Young Lady Seira," a man dressed in a butler's uniform greeted them. "I'm Josh, the Charles family's personal butler. We're delighted to have you here."

Nolan gave him a small smile.

"Thank you for the warm welcome."

Shortly after, Nolan and Seira got into a limousine and were driven to the wedding venue.

It was a huge mansion, with beautiful wedding decorations arranged throughout the grounds.

Dozens of other cars were lined up, waiting to get in.

But Nolan was a VIP guest, so he had a special lane reserved just for him.

As a result, the limousine didn't have to wait in line.

When he arrived at the entrance hall, he was greeted by several attendants and escorted inside.

Seeing the luxurious hall before him, Nolan couldn't help but be amazed.

"The Charles family must have spent a fortune just on the decorations," he joked.

Seira rolled her eyes.

"That kind of money is nothing to them."

"You're right." Nolan nodded in agreement.

The hall was already bustling with activity. Many high-ranking figures from various circles had arrived earlier. Nolan even spotted several European government officials among the crowd.

"Let's go find Carl and Leyna," Seira said, linking her arm through Nolan's.

The two walked toward the far end of the hall, where Carl and Leyna were busy greeting guests and chatting with them.

When they saw Nolan and Seira, they looked surprised before breaking into smiles.

"Congratulations on the wedding, man!"

Nolan hugged Carl and gently patted him on the back.

Carl laughed.

"Thanks for coming, Nolan!"

Leyna and Seira also exchanged hugs. Since the two were close as well, they immediately started chatting enthusiastically.

"To be honest, I still can't believe you two finally made it to the altar," Nolan said with a laugh.

Leyna rolled her eyes and shot Carl an annoyed look.

"This guy is so shy and timid. I had no choice but to confess my feelings first."

"Really?" Nolan looked surprised before turning to Carl with a look of contempt.

Carl coughed awkwardly, his handsome face flushing slightly.

"Well… It's not that I was afraid. I just didn't want our friendship to fall apart if Leyna ended up rejecting me."

Seira giggled at his explanation.

"At least you two made it this far, regardless of who confessed first. Am I right?"

Carl and Leyna exchanged glances before smiling.

"You're right."

The four of them continued chatting casually until Leyna finally teased Nolan.

"By the way, Nolan. When are you two going to follow suit?"

She raised and lowered her eyebrows playfully.

Seira's face flushed, but she said nothing. Instead, she looked at Nolan with a hopeful gaze.

Nolan gave her a small smile and replied simply, "Soon…"

"Congratulations on your marriage, Carl Charles and Leyna Johnson. May God keep your bond strong for the rest of your lives!"

The pastor's voice echoed through the hall as everyone applauded and congratulated the newlyweds.

Nolan watched the scene quietly. But deep down, he couldn't help feeling a little longing in his heart.

He glanced at Seira beside him, only to find her looking at him as well.

"Why?" Nolan asked gently, carefully stroking her cheek.

Seira savored his touch before replying softly, "Seeing Carl and Leyna makes me… a little jealous."

She looked up and gazed deeply into Nolan's eyes.

"Nolan… When do you want to marry me?"

The question left Nolan speechless. A few seconds later, just as he was about to answer, a voice suddenly came from behind him.

"Are you Nolan Frey? May I have a moment of your time?"

Nolan and Seira were startled. They both turned around and saw a beautiful, slender woman dressed in a silver gown.

"You…"

Nolan was about to ask who she was, but the woman introduced herself first.

"My name is Molina. I'm the daughter of the Rugan family from the southwestern region."

Nolan frowned. He had never heard of the Rugan family before.

But he was too lazy to ask any further questions.

"How can I help you?"

Molina gave him a meaningful look.

"I'd like to talk to you. Do you have a moment?"

Seira narrowed her eyes and clung tightly to Nolan's right arm, as if making it clear that he belonged to her.

Molina laughed and quickly clarified, "Don't worry, Young Lady Seira. I'm not here to steal your prince. I just want to speak with him in private."

She glanced at Nolan before continuing, "It has something to do with a punishment. I hope you understand, Nolan Frey."

Nolan's body tensed, and his face paled slightly.

"A punishment?" Seira frowned. "What do you mean?"

Molina said nothing. She simply stared at Nolan in silence.

Nolan took a deep breath and slowly exhaled.

"It's okay. Can you wait here for a moment?"

Seira puffed out her cheeks, her face full of jealousy. However, since Nolan had already asked her to wait, she couldn't really argue.

"Don't be too long."

Nolan smiled and nodded slightly. Then, he and Molina walked away, leaving the reception hall.
