My Talent's Name Is Generator Chapter 1166: The Battle 3
Previously on My Talent's Name Is Generator...
I watched the overlapping Domains push toward Viserys from every direction, their combined pressure enough to distort the surrounding reality.
Yet she wasn’t frightened.
She was smiling.
A faint, almost amused curve appeared on her lips as she looked around at the countless Domains surrounding her.
"So this is what you call an assault?"
She sounded almost disappointed.
Then she raised one finger.
"Domain."
The single word carried across the battlefield.
"Soul Sanctuary."
She tapped the air.
Something broke.
Darkness bloomed outward from her fingertip, spreading across the battlefield with terrifying speed. It wasn’t simply an expanding shadow. The world itself began losing its color wherever the darkness passed.
The crimson sky disappeared first.
Then the barren earth.
Then the enormous gate behind her.
Even the Domains surrounding her began losing their colors as everything was gradually swallowed by an endless black.
Within moments, there was nothing left behind Viserys except darkness.
Then something began moving inside it.
A thick black liquid emerged from the endless void, slowly flowing upward rather than downward. It gathered behind Viserys like an enormous river suspended in the air, its surface completely black and impossibly dense. More of it continued appearing until an ocean of dark liquid floated behind her, stretching farther than perception could follow.
The pressure changed instantly.
The countless Domains surrounding Viserys were pushed backward.
Kaelra’s volcanic world trembled as its edges began retreating. Sue’s golden temporal radiance was compressed toward her body, while Gerald’s dimensional rifts violently shook beneath the pressure. Evelyn’s Frozen World cracked in several places as enormous fractures spread across its icy landscape.
Even the Elven King’s forest began withering at the edges.
Viserys stood calmly at the center of it all.
Her black gown drifted gently behind her as the dark river continued flowing through the endless void.
She had simply released her Domain. And that alone was enough to overwhelm the combined Domains of the Saints.
I narrowed my eyes.
I had been waiting for exactly this moment.
My hand slowly rose.
I didn’t manifest my Domain.
Instead, I reached toward the enormous darkness surrounding Viserys and invoked my rights.
"Right of Decay."
The words had barely left my mouth when a violet-silver ripple spread across the battlefield.
It passed through the Soul Sanctuary.
Wherever it touched, the overwhelming authority of Viserys’s Domain began to deteriorate. The darkness lost some of its density, the black river became slightly thinner, and the pressure pushing against our Domains weakened.
I immediately followed with the second authority.
"Right to Equalize."
Another violet-silver ripple expanded outward.
This one did not attack Viserys directly. Instead, it forcibly reduced the imbalance between her Domain and the Domains surrounding her, suppressing the overwhelming advantage she possessed and dragging the difference toward equilibrium.
The effect was immediate. Kaelra’s volcanic world stopped retreating. Sue’s golden temporal Domain stabilized. Gerald’s dimensional rifts ceased trembling.
Evelyn’s Frozen World stopped cracking.
Across the battlefield, the Saints felt the pressure ease enough for them to breathe again.
Viserys’s black eyes slowly shifted toward me. Her expression contained something other than amusement or contempt.
She looked genuinely interested.
"So..."
Her lips curved into a faint smile.
"You possess an Authority that can interfere with mine."
I met her gaze without answering.
The dark river behind her continued flowing through the endless blackness, while the countless Domains around us slowly recovered under the influence of my two Rights.
The battle had finally reached the point where Viserys was taking us seriously.
The battlefield erupted once more.
With the pressure of Viserys’s Soul Sanctuary partially suppressed by my two Rights, the Saints no longer needed to spend every ounce of their strength simply maintaining their Domains. They immediately seized the opportunity and launched their attacks together.
Kaelra moved first.
The colossal three-headed manifestation created from the combined Dragon Domain reared its enormous body above the volcanic landscape, and the three pairs of golden eyes locked onto Viserys. The volcanoes surrounding it erupted simultaneously, sending rivers of molten rock cascading toward the heavens as the dragon opened its enormous jaws.
"Caldera Annihilation."
The three mouths opened at once.
Instead of ordinary flames, three different streams of fire erupted from them. The first was silver-white and so hot that space distorted around it, the second carried the destructive force of compressed volcanic energy, while the third contained the combined Soul Force of Kaelra and her daughters.
The three streams spiraled around one another as they crossed the battlefield, eventually merging into a single gigantic pillar of flame that descended upon Viserys like a burning star.
The temperature across the entire domain became unbearable.
At almost the same moment, Sue’s enormous golden clock began rotating faster.
Her clock-like eyes flashed as she raised both hands.
"Chrono Severance."
The hands of the giant clock behind her suddenly stopped.
Then they moved backward.
Time itself rippled across the battlefield.
A golden line appeared in front of Sue and expanded toward Viserys, slicing through the countless layers of temporal existence surrounding her. Instead of attacking Viserys’s physical body, Sue’s technique targeted the sequence of events that allowed her actions to occur. If it succeeded, Viserys would be forced into a state where every movement she attempted would be severed from the moment preceding it.
Gerald didn’t wait for the attacks to reach their target.
The countless multicolored rifts surrounding him suddenly began rotating faster and faster until they formed an enormous sphere around his body.
He adjusted his glasses.
"Endless World: Cataclysmic Convergence."
Every rift opened simultaneously.
From one came an ocean of blue flames. Another released a storm of spatial blades. A third contained a world covered entirely in lightning. From another emerged an enormous gravitational force that twisted the surrounding landscape inward. Dozens of completely different powers poured through the dimensional openings, merging together into a single gigantic sphere of chaotic energy.
Gerald thrust both hands forward.
The sphere disappeared.
For one instant, there was nothing.
Then it reappeared directly above Viserys.
The entire dimensional sphere collapsed inward.
The resulting explosion was so violent that even my perception struggled to follow it. Space folded into itself as countless foreign energies collided within the same point, producing a miniature catastrophe that swallowed everything around it.
The other Saints attacked at the same time.
The Elven King summoned an ancient forest spirit whose enormous roots erupted through the ground and attempted to bind Viserys’s body. Evelyn sent hundreds of frozen blades through the air while enormous ice tornadoes converged upon her position.
The battlefield truly became an all-out assault.
Viserys watched the approaching attacks without moving but even she could feel the danger she was in.
Then the black ocean behind her moved.
The thick liquid began boiling.
Four enormous figures rose from its surface.
Each was nearly a hundred feet tall, humanoid in shape and completely composed of the same black substance that formed the Soul Sanctuary. Their bodies were covered in dark armor, and each carried a different weapon. One wielded an enormous sword, another carried a spear and shield, while the remaining two held gigantic curved blades.
They emerged from the black ocean without making a sound.
Then they vanished.
The four figures teleported simultaneously.
One appeared before Kaelra’s gigantic dragon manifestation and raised its shield as the Caldera Annihilation crashed into it. Another intercepted Sue’s golden temporal slash, while the remaining two appeared directly in the path of Gerald’s dimensional catastrophe.
The collisions shook the battlefield.
Kaelra’s flames exploded against the black giant’s shield, spreading across its entire body, yet the creature continued standing.
Sue’s temporal attack wrapped around another giant, freezing portions of its body before the black substance immediately reformed.
Gerald’s dimensional sphere swallowed the remaining two.
For several seconds, the entire battlefield disappeared beneath overlapping explosions.
I didn’t stay to watch.
The moment Viserys’s attention shifted toward the incoming attacks and her four guardians moved to intercept them, I activated Echo Reversion.
