Hye proved his seemingly impossible plans were achievable, first by opening a portal to recall his forces, and then by dispatching his generals to conquer numerous bases. Despite initial doubts from onlookers, Hye's constant supply of warriors and ships allowed his forces to rapidly expand their control, overwhelming local resistance. Even when returning enemy forces attacked, Hye's strategic deployment secured victory.

Then more news poured in the next few days, with more forces returning and attacking, getting crushed and defeated. With each passing day, Hye totally controlled a few bases, and the situation was heading for one conclusion.

All the bases his forces took over wouldn’t be easily reclaimed, and he would end up controlling the most bases in this zone.

Realising this, Hye started to store the locations of each base he secured and started to move forces between them in times of need. The speed of battles escalated to a frighteningly short duration, ending up in less than three hours thanks to his constantly shifting manoeuvres.

What startled all the forces returning to attack and reclaim their lost bases was the sheer scale of defensive forces on Hye’s side. Even when more than a dozen battles erupted on the same day, Hye was capable of shouldering the pressure and brilliantly led the defensive battles successfully.

On that day, he had to first withstand the incoming attacks. Even if he had lots of warriors on his side, the great scale of battles was beyond his limit. So he responded by keeping his forces on the move, moving them from one base to another.

The bases that didn’t get attacked were half emptied of their defensive forces. If a new battle erupted at these bases, he would instantly shift more forces to reinforce, totally stabilising the situation.

The early few hours were quite stressful and dangerous, yet once he survived these, he started to pick his prey carefully. Hoping to win all the fights at the same time was crazy and unrealistic. Instead, he gauged and found out which battles were much weaker than others. And those were where he focused his hardest attacks first.

He even joined the fray at some point. And once he ended up killing a few armies, he instantly shifted the forces in these bases to others.

Slowly, like a snowball effect, he kept handling one battle after another. And by the end of the second day, he finally crushed the last single hostile force and gained total dominance over thirty bases or more.

Once the new spread over, the entire safe zone for his universe was shaken to the bones. Even Moth, who kept a close eye on the updates and progress of these battles, was shocked to learn about the final result.

Hye didn’t manage to only secure a base; he managed to secure all the bases he attacked. He didn’t lose even a single base, and that was quite the scary feat.

It wasn’t surprising for the ranking board to refresh and show Hye’s name as a rising prodigy. What he accomplished was something never heard of before.

Everyone knew establishing a base was quite hard, but snatching one and keeping it was quite harder, bordering on the impossible. And yet, the human who just stumbled across the Outer Battlefield for the first time managed to do the impossible. Not just once, but for more than thirty times!

The news spread like wildfire, while Moth was worried about something else. If those forces got lost and crushed against him, then it didn’t mean the danger was gone. Instead, the danger escalated to something never heard of before.

Alliances were formed. And that wasn’t surprising, as many forces tended to stick together, especially if they were weak and not at the top ranks of the races back at the universe they came from.

But now, the alliance that got formed was led by the Toranks. And that was enough to speak volumes about how dangerous this situation was going to be.

[We need to talk.]

Moth didn’t waste a single breath the moment he heard the news.

[Right now!]

He sent these two brief messages urgently to Hye, and the latter was surprised to hear from Moth after days of silence. He expected the Hescos’ elder to be smart enough to stay away from trouble, but to be smart enough to realise when it was the right time to step up, offer help, and ask for a piece of the big pie Hye gained.

And yet, seeing that Moth stuck to silence for all these days surprised Hye. he even thought the Hescos Elder wasn’t as capable as he took him for. Yet when Moth asked for a meeting, Hye couldn’t help but fall into a dilemma.

"You didn’t come asking for a few bases, right?"

Once the two met at one of the bases Hye acquired, the latter instantly asked, "As far as I know, Hescos aren’t that shameless to ask for something they didn’t bleed for."

"That’s not what I’m here for."

Moth rolled his eyes, not believing Hye thought about that.

"I’m here to warn you."

Moth’s gaze changed, turned deadly serious.

"The forces you crushed aren’t dead; they just lost a great deal of their powers, but they aren’t dead yet."

"Why should I care about a bunch of losers?"

Hye wasn’t acting arrogantly, but he was simply speaking the truth. If these forces got crushed when they attacked him with their strongest forces, then why should he worry about them when they lost their strongest weapons and shields?

Moth wasn’t surprised by how Hye reacted to the news. If he were in the human’s shoes, he would react no differently.

"The Toranks are unifying everyone," so he dropped the small intel he heard, the one that would change the entire situation: "They are regrouping all the forces you defeated. And that’s not all; they also sent for their forces back in the universe, asking for help."

Moth’s face became far more serious as he added.

"Don’t take this news lightly. The various forces recognise the importance of having a base on the Outer Battlefield. You should expect scary armies coming here in the next few months. And you should know you will lose most if not all of the bases you acquired..."

"We aren’t there yet, and my defeat isn’t set in stone." Hye raised a hand to stop Moth’s panic, "You said we have a few months before this will happen, right?"
