Will Varok accept these harsh conditions?
Previously on Dimensional Keeper: All My Skills Are at Level 100...
Varok proposed establishing an independent devil force within the Divine Realm, but the Primarchs and leaders presented harsh counter-conditions. They agreed to a modified term, allowing a devil force but strictly forbidding any harm to humans, corruption, or interference with the Divine Realm. Garron Aresvale openly insulted Varok and asserted the Divine Realm's authority to kill devils on sight. Further conditions were added, including prohibition of devil entry into the Mortal Realm and restrictions on targeting Divine Realm geniuses outside the universe. Varok's conditions were significantly diluted by the numerous rules and limitations.
