Cain contemplates his next move, weighing the dangers of the Emptiness and Paradise. He ultimately decides against them for now, needing to prepare for Adam's return. Despite facing daunting choices, a moment with Meylin calms his frustration. He then rallies his victorious warriors, celebrating their defeat of Nito and expulsion of the Tenth Empyrean World forces.

Cain joined the celebrations, using the opportunity to spend precious time with Meylin, Shura, and Astrid. For once, no battlefield demanded his attention, no enemy threatened the Nine Empyrean Suns Universe, and no ancient existence hid in the darkness. There was only his family.

Yet Cain could not help but feel a faint sadness whenever he looked at his wives.

His journey had consumed an enormous portion of his life, and the countless battles and crises he had faced had left him with very little time to simply be with them. Even with Meylin, with whom he had spent considerably more time than with Shura and Astrid, much of that time had been spent fighting enemies, resolving conflicts, or dealing with matters that concerned the survival of entire civilizations.

It was not exactly the kind of time lovers dreamed of sharing.

Of course, none of his wives ever complained.

They understood the immense burdens Cain carried upon his shoulders. He was no longer simply a husband, warrior, or king. He was the leader of an entire universe, a Fourth Realm Life Form whose lifespan was destined to continue burning even after the universe itself had taken its final breath.

Instead of worrying about how much time they had left together, they had chosen to cherish every moment they could share. A meal, a conversation, a quiet embrace, or simply standing beside one another could become precious memories when measured against the endless battles that awaited Cain.

For that reason, Cain treasured these moments more than he could express.

He also made time for Rylanor and Magnus.

His two sons had grown tremendously over the past few years. Their comprehension of the Primordial Path and the Flow had advanced by leaps and bounds, allowing their cultivation to approach the Alpha Omega Overgod Rank. Their actual battle prowess was even higher.

The two had even participated in the battles within the Fallen Empyrean World, taking control of Runic War Avatars and fighting alongside the forces of the Nine Empyrean Suns Alliance.

Naturally, they had been intelligent enough to conceal their identities.

Being recognized as the sons of the Scarlet King would have painted enormous targets upon their backs. There were countless enemies who would have loved nothing more than to eliminate Cain’s descendants before they could mature.

Cain was proud of them.

He was also relieved to see that they were growing strong enough to eventually walk their own paths.

For an entire month, Cain allowed himself to forget about the war.

Despite the countless worries constantly assaulting his heart, he gave himself permission to simply relax. He pushed thoughts of Adam, the Tenth Empyrean World, Paradise, and every other looming threat to the back of his mind.

For thirty days, the Scarlet King enjoyed the company of his family.

His mind and soul were in a state of constant rejuvenation, and the immense willpower that had carried him through countless tribulations slowly washed away the fatigue accumulated throughout his journey.

Rather than weakening during his rest, Cain felt his spirit becoming even brighter.

Unfortunately, all good things eventually had to come to an end.

On the thirty-first day after defeating the Incarnation of the Samsara Lord and expelling the forces of the Tenth Empyrean World, Cain once again found himself standing within the vast expanse of the void.

The delighted and peaceful expression that had remained upon his face throughout the previous month slowly disappeared.

The softness in his eyes vanished, replaced by a sharpness capable of cutting through space itself.

Cain lowered his gaze and examined his body.

A small frown appeared on his face.

During his time with his family, he had not focused on cultivation, but that did not mean he had neglected his recovery. A portion of his mind and soul had remained concentrated on repairing his damaged foundation throughout the entire month.

Yet the results were far below what he had expected.

"When I was a Third Realm Life Form, I could repair even the worst injuries, including wounds that reached my soul, within a matter of months."

Cain’s expression became increasingly serious as he examined his condition.

"Yet now, my body is barely twenty-five percent healed."

The more deeply he analyzed his injuries, the deeper his frown became.

The twenty-five percent he had recovered was primarily superficial damage. The wounds that remained were far more profound, reaching into the deepest foundations of his existence.

And the deeper he went, the more difficult the healing became.

Of course, twenty-five percent of Cain’s Fourth Realm body was still enough to allow him to crush any Third Realm Life Form with ease.

But against another Fourth Realm Life Form?

Even the smallest flaw could become the difference between life and death.

"Ahhh..."

Cain released a long sigh.

His body had crossed into a realm where ordinary methods of healing were no longer sufficient. The damage had reached the foundation of his existence, and repairing such wounds would require an immense amount of time.

"Luckily..."

Cain’s gaze shifted toward the enormous void before him.

"Healing the universe will be easier."

With those words, he turned around.

Before him stretched a massive chasm within reality.

Space-time had been fractured, leaving enormous wounds within the fabric of existence. The battle with the Incarnation of the Samsara Lord had been so violent that its aftermath had torn apart the Universe Matrix itself, leaving scars that would remain for an extraordinarily long time if left to the universe’s natural healing process.

Fortunately, Cain did not need to wait.

His powers might not have been particularly suited for healing his own body and soul, but he was now a Fourth Realm Life Form.

Repairing the fabric of a universe at the level of the Nine Empyrean Suns Universe was no longer a difficult task for him.

Cain took a deep breath.

His eyes began to glow.

Then, he slowly raised his hand and waved.

Golden lines immediately appeared across the void.

Each line was enormous, stretching for planetary distances, and every single one represented a different law.

They were not ordinary laws.

They carried an essence far deeper and purer than the laws normally forged by the Nine Empyrean Suns Universe itself, reflecting Cain’s comprehension after stepping into the Fourth Realm.

One became ten.

Ten became a thousand.

Soon, countless golden threads manifested behind the Scarlet King, filling the darkness of the void with radiant light.

Cain moved his hand once more.

The golden threads surged forward.

Like an enormous river of laws, they poured into the broken chasm and began merging with the damaged Universe Matrix.

What happened next was both shocking and magnificent.

The tears in reality slowly began to close.

Broken space-time stabilized.

Collapsed dimensions returned to their original positions.

The countless fractured laws within the Universe Matrix began reconnecting, weaving themselves together like broken threads being restored by an invisible hand.

And that was far from the only change.

As his golden laws permeated the surrounding void, this previously devastated region gradually became infused with the essence of a Fourth Realm Life Form.

The environment began to transform.

Massive nebulas emerged from the darkness, spreading across the repaired region like enormous cosmic flowers. Rivers of stellar energy flowed through space, while countless forms of cosmic force gathered within the newly stabilized dimensions.

What had once been a battlefield scarred by the clash of two monstrous existences was slowly becoming a region filled with life and unimaginable energy.

Once he finished repairing the damaged void, Cain turned his attention toward the Universe Wall, his eyes focusing on the scarlet chains that had sealed the enormous hole torn through its surface.

Repairing the Universe Wall was considerably more difficult, but fortunately, its natural regenerative abilities were far greater than those of the Universe Matrix.

"The chains will hold long enough for the hole to close on its own."

Although the void and the Universe Wall had been taken care of, Cain did not relax. There was still one more task remaining.

"The work on the body is done. Now, let’s take care of the mind."

A sharp light appeared in the Scarlet King’s eyes as the power of his soul began to expand.

Cain felt nausea as he stretched his spiritual senses across such an enormous distance. Expanding his soul to this extent placed an immense strain upon his mind, but it was the only way to bypass whatever concealment the forces of the Tenth Empyrean World had left behind.

It took only a few minutes.

Then, finally, Cain’s soul spread across every corner of the Nine Empyrean Suns Universe.

He could perceive everything.

Men, women, children, beasts, and countless other life forms appeared within his spiritual perception. He could even sense the individual leaves of every tree that existed within the universe.

The sheer amount of information would have caused an ordinary Third Realm Life Form to lose consciousness instantly.

For Cain, however, it was merely uncomfortable.

His spiritual sight continued growing stronger as he pushed deeper and deeper into the universe, searching for the slightest abnormality.

Then, suddenly, his gaze shifted toward the distant void.

A faint smile appeared on his face.

"I found you!"
