The Scarlet King unleashed the chains of his throne, overpowering and assimilating the attacking Emptiness beasts. Despite the massive influx of energy, Cain realized his recovery was slow due to his immense power. He reaffirmed his commitment to protecting his home universe and then vanished, reappearing to exert overwhelming pressure on the Curse Eaters in the Fallen Empyrean World, leaving them trembling before his power.

Cain stared down at the Curse Eaters of the Tenth Empyrean World, and a meaningful light crossed his eyes.

The overwhelming pressure radiating from his body continued to bear down upon them, leaving even the strongest among them struggling to maintain their consciousness. Yet Cain’s expression held no hatred. Instead, there was a strange mixture of understanding and solemnity in his gaze.

"Your ultimate goals have been wrapped in mystery for a very long time," the Scarlet King began, his voice echoing across the Fallen Empyrean World. "But with the evolution of my power came wisdom, and with that wisdom came a deeper understanding of the universe."

Every word Cain uttered carried profound meaning, and each one seemed to increase the pressure crushing the Curse Eaters.

"Your goal was never as simple as the destruction of the Nine Empyrean Suns Universe."

Cain’s eyes narrowed.

"You wanted to return home."

The words caused the hearts of the Curse Eaters to shake.

"Your true purpose was... unification."

Silence descended.

Those words struck the Curse Eaters like a bolt of lightning.

That secret was known only to the highest echelon of the Tenth Empyrean World, something they had been ordered to protect with their lives. It was knowledge that should never have fallen into the hands of their enemies, information worth dying to protect.

Yet now, the Scarlet King had revealed it before everyone.

Even the warriors of the Six Sacred Races were stunned.

Cain continued.

"During the Great War against Paradise, you must have been forced to fight within the Tenth Empyrean World, a battle that ultimately sundered the universe in two."

The light within the Scarlet King’s eyes grew sharper, and his expression became increasingly solemn.

"You won."

He paused.

"Yet, in order to gain the power to defeat Paradise, you became unrecognizable to the will of the Nine Empyrean Suns Universe. The universe that had once considered you part of itself began treating you as aliens, striking you with the full power of its Tribulations."

Every word Cain spoke was another lightning bolt crashing through the minds of the Curse Eaters.

The revelation also came as a shock to the forces of the Six Sacred Races. Leonidas and the other leaders could not help but glance toward the Curse Eaters with complicated expressions.

If Cain’s words were true, then the Curse Eaters were not simply invaders seeking to conquer their universe.

They had once belonged to it.

They were remnants of the First Era who had been cast out and were now attempting to return to their original home.

For a moment, some of the warriors felt a trace of sympathy.

But that sympathy quickly became confusion.

If the Curse Eaters only wanted to return home, then why had they brought so much death and destruction?

Why had they slaughtered countless innocent lives?

Why had they attempted to exterminate entire worlds?

As if he could perceive the doubts rising within the hearts of his people, Cain continued speaking.

"If they want to return, then they need to change the will of the Nine Empyrean Suns Universe. But accomplishing that through force is something even I, with my current power, would be unable to achieve."

Cain’s expression became colder.

"So they chose a different path."

He allowed the silence to linger for several seconds.

"The extermination of the current generation of the Nine Empyrean Suns Universe."

The hearts of the warriors froze.

"The will of the universe is born from the amalgamation of the wills of its countless life forms. Therefore, if enough generations disappear into nothingness, the Universe Will could eventually be reborn, forgetting about past enemies."

Cain’s voice remained calm, making his words all the more terrifying.

"And if it forgets them, the Curse Eaters could once again be recognized as part of its existence."

The warriors of the Nine Empyrean Suns Alliance finally understood.

The Curse Eaters did not simply want to conquer their home.

They wanted to erase the people who currently inhabited it.

They wanted to murder an entire generation, then another, and another, until the universe itself no longer remembered those who had replaced them.

The moment that realization settled into their hearts, the same coldness that had appeared in Cain’s eyes spread through their souls.

They could understand the Curse Eaters’ desire to return home.

They could even sympathize with the tragedy that had forced them into the Tenth Empyrean World.

But if returning home required the extermination of every man, woman, and child in the Nine Empyrean Suns Universe, then there was nothing left to discuss.

They had to die.

The will of countless warriors resonated with Cain.

His Omega Horizon Eye began to glow.

Cain slowly raised his hand.

Dark scarlet flames appeared around him, and from those flames, hundreds of spears began to materialize.

They were simple.

There was nothing particularly flashy about their appearance. They possessed no elaborate decorations, no magnificent formations, and no overwhelming visual display.

Yet the moment the Curse Eaters saw them, their hearts trembled.

Their instincts screamed.

Something deep within their souls was warning them that those spears were not ordinary weapons.

They carried the essence that went beyond the concept of end.

They were the embodiment of termination.

No matter how powerful their bodies were, they would not survive being struck by them.

The Curse Eaters desperately attempted to retreat, but their bodies were already exhausted from the previous battle. Many could barely stand beneath the pressure of the Scarlet King, much less escape from a Fourth Realm life form.

Even if they managed to flee, where could they possibly go?

Cain could cross the distance between worlds in an instant.

There was nowhere they could hide.

The Scarlet King showed no hesitation.

He simply waved his hand downward.

The scarlet spears descended.

They flashed through the void faster than light, becoming little more than streaks of darkness to Third Realm life forms.

They should have struck their targets in an instant.

But they did not.

The spears froze!

An invisible force had stopped them.

Shock and confusion appeared across the faces of everyone watching.

Cain was a Fourth Realm life form.

Not merely someone who had touched the threshold, but a true and fully actualized Fourth Realm existence.

Therefore, the only kind of being capable of stopping his attack so effortlessly was...

Another Fourth Realm life form!

As that realization crossed their minds, two enormous red eyes suddenly materialized across the sky of the Fallen Empyrean World.

The moment those eyes appeared, the hearts of the warriors of the Nine Empyrean Suns Universe froze.

Their minds trembled.

Within those eyes, they sensed an all-encompassing power that surpassed even their understanding of existence itself, a force that seemed to stand beyond the concepts of origin and beginning.

Fortunately for the warriors of the Six Sacred Races, a scarlet force suddenly enveloped them.

Before anyone could react, their surroundings distorted, and they were forcibly pulled away from the Fallen Empyrean World.

The next second, they appeared behind the Scarlet King.

Cain’s imposing figure stood before them, his presence alone projecting an overwhelming sense of safety that allowed their trembling hearts to calm and their lungs to breathe once again.

Contrary to the others, Cain’s mind was anything but calm. His eyes sharpened, becoming even more focused than when they had gazed upon the Incarnation of the Samsara Lord.

The two enormous red eyes in the sky did not spare even a second glance for warriors of the Six Sacred Races, nor for the Curse Eaters they had saved. Their gaze was locked solely upon the Scarlet King.

Cain recognized those eyes.

They were the same eyes that had gazed upon him when he first set his sight upon the Tenth Empyrean World.

’Back then, staring into them made my soul tremble, but now...’

The aura surrounding the Scarlet King began to rise, gradually becoming more oppressive as his Fourth Realm power surged through his body. It collided with the invisible pressure descending from the red eyes, and the entire world trembled beneath the confrontation. Lightning and thunder erupted across the skies as the two immense auras clashed, causing the void itself to distort around them.

Cain was severely weakened after his battle with the Incarnation of the Samsara Lord, and his reserves of power had yet to recover. Nevertheless, there was not even the slightest trace of fear in his eyes.

Although he could not accurately assess the full strength of the Tenth Empyrean World King, Cain understood one crucial fact: the being before him was projecting its power across an immense distance. Its true body was nowhere near the Fallen Empyrean World.

That gave him confidence.

If this was merely a projection, then even in his weakened state, Cain believed he could face it.

For several seconds, the enormous red eyes remained fixed upon him. Then, at last, an imposing voice echoed across the Fallen Empyrean World, spreading beyond its boundaries and reverberating through the surrounding void.

"Long time no see, brother."

Those were the first words the King of the Tenth Empyrean World had ever spoken to Cain.
