The protagonist fully manifested their Soul Projection, wielding the Executor's Staff to target one million souls within Viserys. After detonating them and crushing Viserys, the protagonist pierced her with the sword Prarambh and severed her connection to her Domain. The protagonist then entered Viserys's Soul Space, overwhelming her defenses with their massive Soul Projection and crushing her soul tentacles.

I didn’t give Viserys another opportunity to attack. Within her Soul Space, I raised my hand and gathered my Soul Force into my fist. My enormous soul body moved at the same time, and the sheer force contained within that single motion caused the surrounding darkness to tremble. I punched directly toward her soul.

The impact was absolute.

Viserys’s soul shattered beneath my fist, breaking apart into countless fragments of black light that scattered through the endless darkness. There was no prolonged struggle and no opportunity for her to recover. The moment her soul was broken, the connection between us destabilized, and my consciousness was violently pulled back toward my physical body.

My eyes opened.

I was once again above the battlefield, sitting within the air before my fully manifested Domain. The enormous body of Viserys remained pinned beneath the Executor’s Staff, but something had changed. The black liquid that constituted her monstrous body was beginning to collapse.

It did not disappear.

Instead, the surface of her enormous body suddenly fractured, and countless streams of viscous black liquid began pouring outward. The crimson chain extending from my chest to her body remained intact, and almost instinctively, the liquid began flowing along it toward me.

I watched with growing confusion.

Normally, when I used the Null Core to absorb an existence, the person’s soul would be pulled through the connection and eventually settle around the Core. That was not happening this time. The black liquid continued pouring into the chain, but mixed within it I could see countless fragments of souls drifting through the darkness. They were broken and incomplete, yet they were unmistakably remnants of the souls that had been consumed by Viserys.

I stared at them for several moments before an idea suddenly occurred to me.

The Null Core was not what I needed.

I reached toward my Dawn Core instead.

My consciousness entered it.

The world within the Core had changed dramatically since I had last seen it. What had once been a relatively contained inner world had expanded into something far more immense. Vast green lands stretched beneath an endless sky, while volcanic islands representing my Laws floated across the distance. The enormous black hole remained suspended in the void, silently devouring whatever approached it, while the cosmic vessel drifted through the vastness like an ancient object that had been waiting for someone to give it purpose.

I stood within this world and raised my hand.

The crimson chain connecting me to Viserys remained visible even here, extending through the fabric of the Dawn Core toward the black liquid outside.

"Come."

The command carried my authority through the connection.

The black liquid responded.

It was as though the substance itself had no choice but to obey the pull of the chain. A tear appeared in the sky above the endless green grass, and the viscous darkness began pouring through it. At first, only a small stream emerged, but within moments the opening widened and an enormous quantity of black liquid began descending into my inner world.

I watched silently as it fell.

The moment the first portion touched the grass, the green vegetation withered.

The life within the surrounding land began dying rapidly, spreading outward from the point of impact as though the black substance carried an inherent corruption. I didn’t interfere. Instead, I raised my hand again and invoked another authority.

"Right to Isolate."

The entire world seemed to respond.

A violet-silver boundary instantly formed around the region where the black liquid was descending. The area became completely separated from the rest of the Dawn Core, preventing the corruption from spreading beyond the isolated region.

Only then did I allow the process to continue.

The black liquid kept pouring through the tear in space, accumulating upon the ground until it formed a vast, dark pool. I looked at it for a moment before extending my hand once more.

The earth responded.

A mountain rose from beneath the black pool, its enormous body pushing upward until it towered above the surrounding landscape. The black liquid was lifted along its slopes, and soon it began flowing from the mountain’s summit like an impossibly dark waterfall.

It descended through the isolated region, gathering into a winding river that stretched across the deadened land.

I watched the river flow.

Within its black surface, countless fragments of souls continued drifting like stars trapped beneath an endless night.

I slowly narrowed my eyes.

I had entered the Dawn Core expecting to find a place to contain what remained of Viserys.

Instead, I had brought an entire ocean of something I still didn’t fully understand into the very heart of my existence.

And somehow, I suspected that the Dawn Core had accepted it for a reason.

The flow did not stop with the portion that had already entered the Dawn Core. The crimson chain continued drawing the remains of Viserys into my inner world, and I watched as more and more of that enormous black body collapsed outside and was pulled through the connection.

What had once been a kilometer-tall monstrosity was gradually losing its physical form, its thick black blood-like substance separating from the remains and streaming toward the opening in the Dawn Core.

The flow became immense.

A seemingly endless torrent of black liquid poured through the tear in space, carrying countless fragments of souls within it. The river I had created was no longer sufficient to contain the volume. It overflowed across the isolated region, spreading toward the surrounding green plains and threatening to consume everything in its path.

I immediately raised my hand.

The land answered my will.

Another mountain rose from the earth, followed by another and another, their slopes forming natural barriers that redirected the black flow. I shaped the terrain continuously, creating winding riverbeds that guided the liquid away from the surrounding land and toward a single destination.

The black current split around the mountains before merging again farther ahead, forming enormous streams that twisted across the isolated region like veins.

Still, more continued arriving.

I expanded the containment area and raised additional mountains, carving deeper channels through the earth. Eventually, the terrain began resembling an enormous basin designed specifically to receive the substance.

At its center, the ground sank downward, forming a vast indentation that expanded until it became almost an inland sea.

The black liquid flowed into it.

Wave after wave gathered within the enormous basin, and the surface slowly began rising. What had started as a river was becoming an ocean.

I watched the accumulation for several moments before moving above the center of the newly formed black sea. The entire region had already been isolated from the rest of the Dawn Core by my Right to Isolate, but containment alone wasn’t enough.

I needed another layer.

I focused my will.

Millions of violet-silver runes materialized simultaneously.

They appeared along every mountain, every riverbed and every section of the winding channels I had created. One after another, the runes embedded themselves into the earth, forming countless layers of suppression that followed the entire path of the black liquid. More appeared above the enormous basin, descending into its depths and embedding themselves beneath the surface of the growing black ocean.

I continued adding them until the entire isolated region had become a vast containment formation.
