The protagonist and their summons unleashed their full power against the monstrous Viserys. Knight, Lyrate, Aurora, Silver, Ash, and Ragnar coordinated their attacks, each using their unique domains and abilities to restrict Viserys's movement, impede her regeneration, and bind her. While the summons worked to immobilize the creature, the protagonist prepared to deliver the finishing blow.

My Soul Projection raised the Executor’s Staff. The runes across the ancient tablet erupted with violet-silver light.

My perception spread through the monstrosity.

Ten thousand souls.

That was the limit I had previously been able to target simultaneously with Thousand Soul Blossoms.

But this was different. I was no longer using the skill alone.

I was using it through the complete authority of Veritas Dominus, through my fully manifested Soul Projection and every layer of comprehension I had accumulated.

The number expanded. Ten thousand became one hundred thousand.

Then five hundred thousand.

Then—

one million.

One million souls hidden within Viserys’s enormous body became locked within my perception.

I brought the staff down.

"Thousand Soul Blossoms."

The tip of the Executor’s Staff struck the crown of Viserys’s enormous head.

The impact drove her entire body downward.

At the same moment, one million points across her body erupted.

BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!

Explosions appeared everywhere. Her shoulders detonated.

Her chest erupted. Her arms burst apart.

Her enormous legs buckled as countless regions of black liquid exploded simultaneously, each detonation releasing enormous quantities of Soul Force into the surrounding Domain.

Viserys screamed.

The sound shook the entire dimension. My Soul Projection pressed the staff downward.

The kilometer-tall monstrosity collapsed beneath it. The ground couldn’t withstand the impact.

It cracked.

Then collapsed.

Then sank.

A gigantic depression formed beneath Viserys as her body was driven deeper and deeper into the earth until only the upper portion of her enormous head remained visible.

I tightened my grip.

The staff began changing.

Its weight increased.

A thousand times.

Ten thousand.

A hundred thousand.

Then a million times.

The pressure became so immense that the ground beneath the staff completely collapsed, yet the weapon itself remained perfectly steady.

Viserys tried to move.

She couldn’t.

Her enormous body struggled beneath the staff, but the increased weight pinned her completely.

Behind me, the manifestations of my summons began fading.

They had exhausted themselves.

Lyrate’s Elven Queen dissolved into particles of light. Aurora’s Lightning Queen dispersed into fading sparks. Silver’s hawk disappeared into a final gust of wind. Ash’s sealing formation dimmed. Ragnar’s monstrous ape slowly faded from existence, and Knight’s panther dissolved into fractured pieces of space.

Their task was complete.

I looked toward them for a moment before turning my attention back to Viserys.

Now there was only me.

And her.

I reached for Prarambh.

The sword appeared in my hand, its ancient blade carrying a presence completely different from the overwhelming destruction surrounding us. I descended toward Viserys’s enormous head while my Soul Projection remained above, its hand still pressing the million-times-weighted staff into her body.

Viserys’s gigantic blue eyes turned toward me.

There was fury in them.

But beneath that fury, I saw something else.

Fear.

I raised Prarambh.

Then I drove it downward.

The blade pierced directly through the center of her head.

At the instant the sword entered her body, I activated the final authority I had been waiting to use.

"Right to Isolate."

The world around us changed.

A violet-silver boundary spread from Prarambh’s blade through Viserys’s entire existence. It did not attack her body. It targeted the connection between her and the source that had sustained her transformation.

Her Domain.

The black ocean. The countless souls within it. The connection began separating.

Viserys’s enormous blue eyes widened.

The black ocean behind her suddenly stopped moving. It no longer responded to her will.

Her connection had been severed.

She was alone.

With Viserys pinned beneath Prarambh and her connection to the black ocean completely severed, I finally allowed myself to slow down. I lowered myself into the air and sat cross-legged above the battlefield, my gaze remaining fixed upon the enormous body trapped beneath my Soul Projection’s staff.

The battle outside had become distant and almost irrelevant. I had already decided what I needed to do.

I closed my eyes and reached toward the Null Core.

Its presence responded immediately.

Taking inspiration from what Dream had attempted with the Eternal Seal, I began directing the Null Core’s authority outward. A crimson chain slowly emerged from my chest, and carrying the unique resonance of the Null Core. It extended through the air and descended toward Viserys’s enormous body before piercing directly into her chest.

The instant the chain connected, something unexpected happened.

My consciousness was violently pulled away.

The battlefield vanished.

When my vision returned, I found myself standing within an endless expanse of darkness. There was no ground beneath my feet, no sky above me and no sense of direction. Everything around me was silent and seemingly infinite.

Then I saw her.

Viserys was floating several dozen meters ahead of me, but she had returned to the beautiful humanoid form I had first encountered beyond the ancient gate. Her long black hair drifted around her body, her black gown moving gently despite the complete absence of wind.

Her expression was filled with fury. Her eyes remained fixed upon me.

"Do you even comprehend what you are doing?"

I ignored the question for the moment and turned my attention toward my surroundings. I extended my perception in every direction, searching for the boundaries of this strange place, but there was nothing.

But then I understood.

"This is your Soul Space."

Viserys’s expression changed slightly. I finally turned toward her.

"Yes," I answered calmly. "I know exactly what I’m doing."

A low chuckle escaped her. Despite the fury burning in her eyes, there was a strange trace of amusement in her expression.

"I commend your courage."

Her black eyes narrowed.

"But this is where you will die."

The darkness behind her suddenly moved.

Countless black tentacles erupted from every direction, filling the endless space as they rushed toward me. Each one carried the same terrifying aura that had nearly devoured the Saints outside, but within this space their presence was even more concentrated. They weren’t attacking my physical body.

They were attacking my soul.

I watched them approach without moving.

Then I slowly shook my head.

"You still don’t understand."

My Soul Force began surging outward.

"My entering your Soul Space was never a disadvantage."

The soul body I had manifested within this darkness began expanding.

The silhouette continued growing until my Soul Projection reached its full 333-foot height, its enormous form standing within Viserys’s Soul Space like an ancient existence that had suddenly descended into her private world.

The countless tentacles reached me.

I raised one hand.

"You’re already lost."

My fingers closed slightly.

The entire Soul Space trembled.

An overwhelming wave of Soul Force erupted from my body, and every tentacle surrounding me was crushed simultaneously. The black appendages shattered into countless fragments before dissolving into the darkness, leaving Viserys floating alone before my enormous soul manifestation.

Her expression changed. The fury remained but the confidence was gone.
