A heavy silence fell inside the room as Yuan revealed that there could be a time difference between the two worlds. This made the Monroe family concerned about the whole situation.

"Don’t worry too much. The difference wouldn’t be that big. So, rest assured, we will definitely come back safely." Yuan reassured Layla with a smile.

’Wait a moment. If I remember correctly, I have a lot of longevity pills that can increase a person’s lifespan by a hundred years.’ Yuan suddenly remembered that he had collected many kinds of pills from the Earth Immortal Sect’s treasury.

"This necklace is really beautiful. The green gemstones really match the design." She mumbled in a low voice, feeling excited to try them on.

"And what about that ceramic bottle? What’s in there?" Issac asked, looking at the pill bottle with curiosity.

A small smile appeared on Yuan’s face as he grabbed the bottle and gently opened the lid.

And almost immediately, a very sweet medicinal fragrance filled the room, surprising the Monroe family.

"What’s that? Is it some kind of unique perfume?" James asked, a puzzled look on his face.

With a smirk on his face, Yuan shook his head. "No. It isn’t perfume. But the value of this thing is even more precious than the most expensive elixir in this world."

"Is this some kind of healing potion that can heal a person within a few seconds without any side effects?" Issac asked, raising his brows slightly.

"No. It also isn’t a potion." Yuan shook his head.

Layla narrowed her eyes and asked, "Then what is it? And what is it used for?"

"This is even better than an elixir. After all, a single pill can increase a person’s lifespan by a hundred years." Yuan revealed with a wide grin on his face.

Layla, James, Marianne, and Issac were dumbfounded by what Yuan had just said, staring at him with wide-open eyes.

"W-What did you say? I think I heard it wrong..." Issac’s voice trembled in disbelief.

"Are you making fun of us now, Yuan? This isn’t something to joke about." Layla said, looking at Yuan with a look of disbelief on her face.

"I’m not joking, Mother-in-law." Yuan replied with a smile. "These pills can truly increase a person’s lifespan by a hundred years."

"And there are exactly eight pills inside. Two for each person. Once you eat them, you’ll have two hundred years of extra lifespan."

"A-Are you for real? Is this really true?" Layla asked, seemingly in disbelief.

If the pills inside could really increase a person’s lifespan by a hundred years, then these pills were the most valuable treasures in the entire world.

And there were eight of them inside the bottle, meaning they could each increase their lifespan by two hundred years.

"Just where exactly did you find such a valuable treasure?!" Issac looked at Yuan in disbelief.

And with a serious look on his face, he said, "You should eat them as soon as possible. If someone were to find out about this, noble families wouldn’t hesitate to start a war against you just to get their hands on these pills."

The Monroe family remained silent for a couple of moments before they took the bottle of pills from Yuan’s hand.

Layla was the first to swallow her share of the pills, followed by Issac, before Marianne and James swallowed theirs.

As soon as they took the pills, some noticeable changes began to appear in Layla and Issac as they became slightly younger.

As for James and Marianne, they only looked a bit more refined as their skin became slightly younger. Aside from this, there were no noticeable changes in them.

The following day, Yuan and the others got ready early, and after having breakfast, they spent some time talking with the Monroes before it was time for them to leave.

"Yuan, take care of my daughters and come back on time." Layla spoke as she hugged him gently, trying her best not to cry.

"Don’t worry about that too much. I’ll always take care of them, no matter what." Yuan said as he returned the hug with a smile.

She then hugged Rose, Julie, and Ava one after another, and despite trying to suppress her tears, they found their way out of her eyes.

Issac then approached him and said, "Be careful on your way. Although I don’t think that anything could get in your way, you should still be cautious about everything."

"Especially since you’re not just visiting a neighboring country or continent. It’s a completely different world, and anything could happen there." He warned him and patted his shoulder.

"I will. But you should also take good care of Mother-in-law. And we’re expecting a surprise when we come back." Yuan said with a mysterious smirk.

Issac’s face immediately turned red, and he shouted, "You brat! What are you talking about?! There will be no surprise!"

Shortly after, Yuan and the others disappeared from Pinebrook City as they headed toward the Floating Island at full speed.

"At this speed, we will arrive at the Floating Island within three hours." Long Yuyan said as she flew close to Yuan.

"Indeed." Yuan nodded with a smile, barely able to contain his excitement about going to Earth.

’Just a few more hours, and I’ll finally return to Earth. Just you wait, Lulu, I’m coming for you!’ He mumbled inwardly, a strange smile appearing on his lips.

Some time later, they finally arrived at their destination—the Floating Island.

"The Teleportation Device is ready to activate. It has gathered more than enough energy to teleport us to our destination." Long Yuyan said after examining the device.

"Good. We just need to activate the device." Yuan nodded with a smile.

Finally, it was time for him to return to his previous world—Earth.
