Claude's team has gone missing inside a Gate, and the situation is escalating as the Gate's output increases. A new rescue squad arrives, led by Damien Kross and Irene Stahl, to assess the situation and assist. As the Gate shows signs of instability and begins to fade, the school it contains reappears. However, the rescue team discovers Claude and other Hoarding Department members incapacitated outside the Gate, with only Seth standing unharmed, surrounded by bodies. Overwhelmed by reporters' questions, Seth declares he is no longer stuck.
