Vincent offers Talia refuge and provides her with valuable Supreme Grade Mana Stones. Afterward, he contacts Manager Lara to discuss his decision to help Talia by rescuing her parents. Lara expresses concern about the hidden organization but agrees to seek information from Lord Charlotte, while Vincent begins practicing his mental method.

Silver Tower

Manager Lara was able to contact Lord Charlotte after multiple attempts. When the call was connected, Charlotte asked, "Lara, what is it?"

Hearing that, Lara heaved a sigh of relief. She sorted out her thoughts before beginning to tell everything to Lord Charlotte.

Minutes passed by as Lord Charlotte listened to everything.

"Sigh!"

"That young man is a Magic Lord right now. He is also a member of the Mage Union’s Outer Hall," Charlotte said.

"The rules of the Silver Tower won’t bind him that much. The Elders of the Outer Hall can make decisions regarding him," Charlotte said with a sigh.

"So, he needs permission from the Outer Hall?" Lara asked.

She had almost forgotten about the Mage Union entirely.

"Yes, if he calls back, tell him to wait. I’ll try to contact Elder Dana. I will also try to contact Lord Evelyn of the Outer Office."

"The Outer Office is the administration office. They oversee the activities of all the Outer Hall members of the Mage Union."

"Lord Evelyn already met with Vincent Carey when he joined the Silver Tower for the first time," Lord Charlotte said.

Hearing that, Manager Lara gained some understanding. She decided to inform Wizard Vincent later. Charlotte ended the call.

Manager Lara then tried to call Vincent Carey, but he didn’t pick up. She decided to contact him later.

...

Crystal City

The members had completed the arrangements. They could leave the city the next morning. Otto and the others were discussing Master Vincent.

They didn’t know who would look after the shop.

"Don’t worry, Master Vincent is a Magic Lord right now. The protocols are different now. Elder Blake has placed more guards around the community," Patrick said.

Otto said, "I understand. It’s just that I don’t know what Master Vincent is up to."

"He is a Magic Lord. He can protect himself. He rescued Forbidden Wizard Erwin from the enemy den while being a Supreme Wizard," Hank said.

Hearing that, everyone turned towards Hank. They were surprised that Hank was becoming more talkative.

Old man Rock was listening to their conversation. He didn’t make any comments. Instead, he was thinking about himself.

He was planning his future. He wanted to use this opportunity to completely recover.

Meanwhile, Magic Lord Caitlin was in her room. She was looking at the badge in her hand. It was her identity card. She was using her original name.

Her identity was listed as a Magic Lord working in Magic Lord Vincent Carey’s appraisal shop. She thought of Master Vincent.

She didn’t know what made the young man leave like that. She thought something was up, but they were too weak to help him.

She then pushed her thoughts to the back of her mind and summoned her book. A golden book and a brush appeared before her.

Ssshhh!

The pages started flipping fast. She had reached the limit of a Magic Lord as well. For decades, she had been looking for this opportunity.

She had a feeling that she would find it here. After coming here, she had not been idle. She had gone through the history of the Magic City and the surrounding satellite cities.

The land beneath the whole institution was ancient land. It had seen many magic civilizations, and there were many resource points.

They were now occupied by the Magic City and the Wizard Towers, and the main fertile land was occupied by the Mage Union.

She decided to look for hidden resource points.

She knew those cities were built over hidden resource points. If she paid a visit to those places, she might stumble upon her opportunity.

Meanwhile,

Many people were paying attention to Crystal City. Among them were people with both good and bad intentions.

The good people were locals and people from neighboring cities. They included well-wishers as well. They had all thronged to Crystal City.

They wanted to see the face of Magic Lord Vincent Carey. They also wanted to visit the shops.

Unfortunately, it had not been many hours since Magic Lord Vincent returned to Crystal City.

Yet such a gathering of a large number of people shocked the officials there. Elder Blake was actually present near the crystal community.

The house of Magic Lord Vincent never left his eyes. He felt a headache coming on.

He knew that if Magic Lord Vincent stayed at the Magic City, these people wouldn’t be able to enter it with their identities. But they could easily travel without permission between the satellite cities.

That was why so many people had gathered here. One of the officials rushed towards him.

"Elder Blake, more people want to enter the city. They all want to see the appraisal shop," he said.

Hearing that, Elder Blake’s mouth twitched. He knew the shop’s opening date had been announced, yet this many people had already arrived.

If Magic Lord Vincent were to announce the date himself, he couldn’t imagine the number of people that would come.

"Let’s go and control the crowd." After saying that, Elder Blake flew towards the gate.

He saw that people were trying to reach the crystal community. The nearby shops were filled; they were going to have good business today.

Elder Blake’s gaze swept across the crowd. He saw both unrest and well-behaved groups. He knew Wizard Vincent had an altercation with the Flame Elemental Tower before.

He didn’t want any bad people to use this opportunity to cause disturbances. Elder Blake then spotted people from the local wizard association.

They were watching over the crystal community. It didn’t take long for the people living in the community to feel the disturbance.

They could not go out and come back peacefully. Their normal daily lives were being disturbed, and they knew the reason behind it.

They could not face Magic Lord Vincent, as he was one of the owners here and now had more authority. So, the people decided to hold a meeting about this.

Maybe they could express their concerns to Elder Blake. Elder Blake was responsible for their city; he would help them out.

Meanwhile,

Otto, Patrick, Hank, Old man Rock, and Lady Caitlin felt the presence of the people outside. The two monsters were inside the house as well.

They all decided to leave the place, including the monsters. The monsters had to find opportunities as well.
