Aditya suddenly appeared, saving Athena from an incoming attack by killing one of her assailants. He then used his powers to teleport himself and Athena away from the remaining attackers. Taking Athena to a safe distance, Aditya saw her serious injuries, which filled him with rage. This rage seemed to manifest in the storm above, as crimson lightning began striking the Emperor Faction soldiers.

"Athena, you stay here. I’ll take care of the rest." Aditya said in a gentle voice while slowly releasing her from his embrace. Before letting go completely, he made sure that Athena was able to keep herself floating in the air despite her injuries.

Athena slowly raised her head and looked at Aditya. She wanted to say something, but when she noticed the cold expression that had appeared on his face, she decided to remain silent. She knew that Aditya was extremely angry after seeing her injuries.

She also knew that the nine Sixth Order cultivators who had attacked her were about to face the consequences of their actions.

’Gentlemen, prepare yourself.’ Athena thought to herself with a smirk.

’Hehehe!!! They are good as dead now.’ Laura said from inside.

Athena drank a 6-star healing potion before surveying everything from above. From this height, she could see many more things.

Meanwhile, during the five or six seconds that Aditya and Athena had spent together in the sky, the nine Sixth Order cultivators had finally managed to locate them. After searching the surrounding area, one of the cultivators had raised his head and noticed two figures floating several hundred meters above the battlefield. Although the heavy rain made it somewhat difficult to see clearly, he immediately recognised Athena.

"There they are! They’re above us! Don’t let them escape! Attack them!" One of the Sixth Order cultivators shouted while pointing his weapon toward the two figures in the sky.

Hearing his words, the remaining eight cultivators immediately raised their heads. When they saw Athena floating beside the mysterious man who had killed their companion earlier, their expressions became serious.

Although they still did not know who the man was, they understood that he was extremely dangerous. After all, he had killed a powerful Sixth Order cultivator in less than a second and then disappeared with Athena before any of them could stop him.

However, in the next instant, Aditya disappeared from Athena’s side without making even the slightest sound. There was no warning, no sudden movement that the nine cultivators could follow, and no time for them to prepare themselves.

One moment, he was standing beside Athena several hundred meters above the battlefield. In the next moment, he had already appeared directly behind one of the nine Sixth Order cultivators.

The cultivator had been looking toward Athena’s position and preparing to attack her. He had absolutely no idea that Aditya was already standing behind him. Even his powerful senses failed to warn him about the danger that had suddenly appeared so close to his body.

At the same time, Aditya’s left arm began changing. Dark Crimson dragon scales quickly appeared across his skin, spreading from his shoulder all the way down to his fingers. His fingers became longer and thicker, while his nails transformed into extremely sharp dragon claws. Within a fraction of a second, his entire left arm had transformed into a powerful dragon arm.

Without saying a single word, Aditya raised his transformed left arm and drove his dragon claw straight into the cultivator’s back.

His sharp claws easily tore through the man’s flesh and bones before piercing straight through his chest. The force behind the attack was so great that the cultivator’s body was pushed forward slightly, while the sharp tips of Aditya’s dragon claws came out from the front of his chest, covered in blood.

The Sixth Order cultivator’s eyes immediately widened in complete horror. He had not even realised that someone was standing behind him until he felt something violently piercing through his body. His mouth opened as he tried to scream, but before he could make any sound, a large amount of blood came pouring out.

With his left dragon claw still buried inside the man’s chest, he moved his fingers and grabbed the cultivator’s heart. He could clearly feel the heart beating inside his hand, desperately pumping blood even though the man’s chest had already been completely pierced.

The cultivator’s entire body began trembling as he realised what Aditya was holding. He desperately tried to turn his head, wanting to see the person who had attacked him, but the terrible pain spreading through his body made it almost impossible for him to move.

With a single powerful movement, he pulled his left dragon claw backward, tearing the man’s heart completely out of his chest. Blood immediately burst from the terrible wound, staining the cultivator’s clothes and falling toward the battlefield below.

The man’s body shook violently as his heart was ripped out. His eyes remained wide open, and his mouth continued moving as if he wanted to say something, but no words came out.

Aditya stood behind him with his left dragon claw covered in blood, holding the man’s freshly ripped-out heart in his hand. The heart was still beating weakly between his sharp claws, while blood slowly dripped from his fingers and disappeared into the heavy rain.

The remaining eight Sixth Order cultivators stared at Aditya in complete horror. Their eyes were fixed on the bloody heart he was holding in his left dragon claw. The heart was still beating weakly, while fresh blood continued dripping from his sharp claws. Meanwhile, the lifeless body of their companion slowly began falling toward the ground.

Seeing this, every single one of the eight cultivators felt a chill running down their spine. They had witnessed countless deaths since the beginning of the war. They had seen their companions being killed by powerful attacks, losing their limbs, and even having their bodies completely destroyed. However, this was the first time they had witnessed someone being killed in such a cruel and terrifying manner right in front of their eyes.

What frightened them even more was Aditya’s expression. There was no excitement, satisfaction, or even the slightest hint of mercy on his face. His eyes were extremely cold as he looked at the eight remaining cultivators, almost as if he were deciding how he would kill each of them.

The man standing before them had not simply come here to save Athena or take revenge for her injuries. If revenge had been his only goal, he could have easily killed their companion with a single powerful attack.

Instead, he had deliberately chosen to rip the man’s heart out of his chest with his own hand. Aditya was not here simply to kill them. He was here to punish them in the cruellest way possible for what they had done to Athena.

The eight Sixth Order cultivators immediately became alert after seeing what Aditya had done to their companion. However, before any of them could make a move, Aditya suddenly disappeared from his position. In the next instant, he appeared directly behind one of the cultivators standing on the left side.

Before the man could react, Aditya raised his left dragon claw and drove it straight through the back of his head. His sharp claws pierced through the man’s skull, and their tips came out from the front of his face. The cultivator’s body immediately became stiff, and his weapon slipped from his hand. Aditya then pulled his claw backwards, allowing the lifeless body to fall toward the ground.

Seeing another companion being killed so easily, the remaining seven cultivators immediately tried to move away from Aditya. However, their movements were far too slow compared to his teleportation.

Aditya disappeared once again and appeared beside another cultivator. This time, he grabbed the man’s face with his left dragon claw before the cultivator could even raise his weapon. With a powerful movement, Aditya slammed his head downward against his knee. The impact broke the man’s face and knocked him unconscious. Before his body could fall, Aditya struck him again, killing him instantly.

The remaining six cultivators were now completely terrified. They quickly spread out in different directions, hoping that putting some distance between themselves would make it harder for Aditya to attack them.

Unfortunately, distance meant almost nothing to someone who could teleport.

Aditya suddenly appeared behind a cultivator who was trying to escape toward the right side of the battlefield. Before the man could turn around, Aditya grabbed him by the back of his neck and forcefully pulled him backwards. He then drove his dragon claw through the man’s chest, killing him before he could even scream.

Without wasting another second, Aditya teleported toward his next target. The fourth cultivator had already prepared a defensive barrier around himself, hoping that it would protect him from Aditya’s attacks.

However, Aditya simply struck the barrier with his dragon claw, shattering it with a single blow. Before the cultivator could create another defense, Aditya grabbed his throat and twisted his neck with enough force to kill him immediately.

The fifth cultivator desperately tried to attack Aditya when he appeared nearby. However, Aditya caught his sword with his dragon claw and broke the blade. He then grabbed the man’s head and struck him with such force that the cultivator lost consciousness. Then Aditya grabbed the other hand of the broken sword and drove it into his forehead.

By now, only three Sixth Order cultivators remained alive. One of them immediately turned around and attempted to escape at his maximum speed. However, before he could travel even ten meters, the space directly in front of him distorted.

Aditya appeared before him and grabbed his face with his left dragon claw. The cultivator desperately tried to struggle, but Aditya’s grip was too strong. With a single powerful strike, Aditya killed him and released his body.

Within just a few seconds, six more Sixth Order cultivators had been killed. And now, only two of the original ten cultivators who had surrounded and seriously injured Athena were still alive.
