Previously on A Hospital in Another World?...
Garrett and Cirilla are approached by Aishe Moon Song, a forest guardian who initially startles Garrett with a friendly greeting. After Cirilla's forceful reaction, Aishe reveals herself as an elf and explains she meant no harm, sensing Garrett's elven magic. The misunderstanding is cleared up when Aishe reveals her heightened senses, particularly as a panther, and expresses her worry for Garrett due to the "heavy aura of death" she perceived emanating from his location. Garrett then embarrassingly admits that the "Lord of Plague" she was so worried about is actually his nickname.
