Will the church excommunicate Aubin and Ignatious?
Previously on The Vampire & Her Witch...
High Inquisitor Ignatious revealed the church's corruption and his disillusionment to High Priest Aubin. The two discussed the true nature of vampires, witches, and oracles, and how the church had twisted prophecy to its own gain. Ignatious proposed a new path forward, independent of the corrupt church hierarchy, focusing on truth and mutual support, which Aubin accepted. Aubin then led a new kind of service, encouraging his flock to support each other as a new dawn breaks.
