Seeing everyone’s confusion as I put on an accent, I let out a chuckle and replied normally. "Yes, I am a bit. But my mental faculties are still perfectly normal. I got paranoid about my brain chemistry as soon as I felt the weed hit and yeah... Not for me. So I’m just enjoying a mild body high. It is a thousand times better than whatever happened yesterday."

"Mild body high he says..." Elaine commented, swivelling in her chair and placing her feet in my lap. "You have had... I forgot. More than me and you are still fine. Now keep doing what you were doing before the interruption. I command you hehe."

I shrugged my shoulders and began to rub Elaine’s feet without thought before turning to Hailey who looked upset.

"Hailey? Are you alright?"

Hailey paused for a moment before turning to me. "Oh, I am fine, Apollo. I’ve just realised you are just being you. Don’t worry your cute face about it. In fact~" Hailey walked around the couch and positioned herself on my left leg before leaning in and kissing me passionately.

Nerissa and Rhapso looked between each other before Nerissa spoke. "We can if you want us to? Though it will have no effect on our bodies."

"Yeah, you have seen what it takes for us to reach that type of threshold." Rhapso stated, getting a swift head turn from Nerissa which concealed a glare.

"Thats fine. I think us all just having a casual smoke amongst friends, something we all can agree is going to be a rarity, will be a real bonding experience. So who wants to go first?"

"I do!" Rhapso said and swiftly walked up to the couch. She was about to remove her helmet before pausing. She knew the queen knew, but.

"Nerissa, does-"

"-Hailey is in the know, yes." Nerissa stated and removed her own helmet.

Rhapso then followed suit and swept her hair back before looking between the queen and the Princess. "What?"

Hailey spoke. "Your eyes. They are beautiful. I’ve never seen white iris that glow with such vibrancy before."

Rhapso giggled. "Well aren’t you a sweet talker? Be careful though, more eye talk and you will sound like Apollo."

"Oof."

"What does that mean?" Elaine asked, wanting to be in on the joke as the other three started to giggle at Apollo.

I scratched the back of my head. "I might or might not have a thing for people’s eyes. It’s been pointed out to me a few times that I tend to focus on eyes a lot when I think they are especially pretty or glowing."

"Eyes huh? Mmmh- I can see the appeal, yours I can admit did stand out to me as well. Definitely not the worst kink I’ve ever heard of. Definitely not the type to be hidden in the back of the closet."

Sitting back down on the couch, I folded my arms and fake pouted.

My reaction to their teasing gained no sympathy either as everyone present began to laugh at my expense. Though it wasn’t all for naught. The tension I felt between Hailey and Elaine had gone for now which was good. It would make the next few hours together much more enjoyable amongst my friends.
