Kalindra leaves after securing the location of the temple and confirming the army's readiness. Belial, however, distrusts her and dispatches his general Mariz to ensure the temple's minion dies and to monitor Kalindra. Meanwhile, Kalindra reveals to her companions that a new variable, Lucifer, has appeared, disrupting her plans. She dispatches Arif, Roman, and Elina to secure the Fallen God's legacy within the temple, warning them to avoid Lucifer unless necessary. Alone, Kalindra confronts an alternate version of herself who urges her to fight, but Kalindra remains resolute, vowing to kill anyone who stands in her way, even Alex.
