Jason suddenly had this thought, and the system brought up another tab.

Jason read through this calmly before he asked.

Jason hummed before he asked:

’How about the Arcane Art of Mind? What’s the level of understanding?’

Jason huffed in irritation when he saw this, and he turned away from the system and faced the crowd of soldiers and prisoners being freed once again! Jason couldn’t believe the level of understanding of the Mind Art was so freaking low, but Jason knew that the system wasn’t wrong! The only Mind Attribute that Jason had been in direct contact with was the [Mind Corruption] Attribute. Jason had never studied the other two attributes of the Mind Art, and Jason would need to do that before he could use Erasure of Origin on the other Attributes as well.

But there was a part of Jason that decided that this was a good thing! Even though the Erasure of Origin was an absolutely brilliant skill, Jason didn’t want to use this ability to kill the Mind Apostle! No, Jason wanted to look the Mind Apostle in the eye and watch the light leave him slowly. Jason wanted to kill that bastard with his own hands!

’Are you okay?’

Jason suddenly heard a voice echo in his head, and he turned to his right in surprise to see Agiel looking at him worriedly! Did Agiel just talk to him telepathically?

’I can feel a lot of anger from you. Is something wrong?’

Jason could immediately feel a strange feeling of worry coming up from somewhere deep inside him, but Jason knew that this emotion was not his own. Instead, it was Agiel’s worry that Jason was feeling inside his own Soul! Does that mean that the two of them could feel each other’s emotions? That was... unexpected. Jason was already used to talking to people telepathically, since he also had a telepathic connection with Gina, but Jason didn’t really know how to feel about someone knowing how he was feeling at all times, and Jason knew something like this would take a long time for him to get used to.

Jason let out a small huff before he smiled and shook his head.

’It’s nothing. Don’t worry about it.’

Jason could feel in his soul that Agiel was still worried, but Agiel just nodded to him and squeezed his hand with a smile before she turned back to continue erasing the [Mind Corruption] from the people around the city.

This continued for about five more minutes, and it wasn’t long before Agiel had already cured nearly every single one of the mind-controlled prisoners and soldiers! There was only one man left under the Mind Apostle’s control, and that was the man the Mind Apostle was using to watch what was happening. The Mind Apostle looked up at Jason and Agiel with pure hatred, and it was as if Jason could actually see the Mind Apostle through that man’s eyes!

And just before the man was cured, the Mind Apostle saw Jason smile at him, and Jason mouthed something that sent a shiver down the Mind Apostle’s spine.

"I’ll see you soon."

In the next moment, [Erasure of Origin] eradicated the seed of corruption in that man’s mind, and all the prisoners and soldiers were finally back to normal! Agiel turned to Jason and grinned in excitement once she was done, and she jumped into Jason’s arms!

"Whoa!"

Jason exclaimed with a chuckle as he caught her around the waist, and Agiel immediately kissed Jason happily! Jason ran a hand up into Agiel’s hair and pulled her closer to deepen the kiss, and the two lovers were suddenly pulled out of their kiss as one of the priests kneeling behind them stood up and shouted in a loud voice!

"The Princess has found her destiny! The Soul Bond has been formed! All praise to the Lord of Providence! VERETA!"

The crowd of civilians immediately began to cheer in excitement and clap for Jason and Agiel as they chanted!

"Vereta! Vereta! Vereta! Vereta!"

Although the man who had once been their king was still lying dead on the floor, none of the people cared about him at all since they all knew that Agiel was the true ruler of this world! The people who cheered the loudest were those who had been against Agiel’s union with the King from the start, and now that Agiel had found her true Soul Bond, the people all knew that there would be nothing but prosperity in this world for a very long time!

Jason and Agiel looked over the massive crowd of supporters, and Agiel tightened her arms around Jason’s neck even more while basking in the excited cheering! Jason knew that he still had a lot of explaining to do, both to his family as well as his girls, but for now, Jason couldn’t stop the feeling of happiness in his heart as he saw Agiel’s excited look. They still had to go and deal with the Celestial of Death as quickly as possible, but just for this moment, Jason allowed Agiel to enjoy the moment with her people!

After the incident on Jadar finally ended, it didn’t take long for Farlow and his soldiers to appear in that world. Although what Jason had just done was morally right and just, it had still gone against multiple Primordial Laws, and when Farlow arrived, Jason could see just how fucking pissed Farlow was by the expression on Farlow’s face!

Farlow immediately ordered for the entire festival to be dismissed and the evacuation notice to be carried out immediately! The Celestial of Death was on its way, and it would kill every single person in this world if they didn’t leave at once! The entire world seemed to finally come to their senses once again when they heard that, and the celebrations and excitement for Agiel’s Soul Bond finally began to die down as people quickly moved to begin their evacuation!

Farlow’s meeting with Jason and Agiel was even more tense! The three of them had thier meeting in a secluded room inside the Royal Palace, and for the first time since he met him, Jason heard Farlow raise his voice in anger!

"What were you thinking, Jason!? Do you know how many laws you’ve broken by doing this!? You could go to jail for centuries!"

Jason had calmly listened to all of Farlow’s complaints with Agiel sitting beside him. Agiel was still holding his hand, and Jason didn’t think she had any intention of letting go anytime soon, so Jason just gestured with his other hand for Farlow to calm down, and then Jason spoke in a calm voice.

"The King of Jadar was being controlled by the Apostle of Mind."

This immediately made Farlow freeze in surprise! Just the mention of the Apostle of Mind was able to tell Farlow a lot about the situation here, and Farlow let out a long breath to calm himself before he asked Jason and Agiel to explain what exactly had been happening on this world!
