Shota's Isekai NTR Adventure Chapter 2389: Hidden floor (11)

Using the direction that the birds escaped in, I could see where the source of the order came from.
Coming closer, I could even see that there was this hole that was in the ground.
This was a hole that clearly led to a large cave inside of the island and was the place where the one that commanded the birds lived.
I could even feel the pressure that was coming from deep inside of this cave.
But even so, it wasn’t as if this thing was able to put any real pressure on me.
As I walked down, I could see that there was this room that seemed to have been carved out of the ground. It was a room that seemed like it had been prepared for the one that lived inside of it.
This did make it feel more like challenging a dungeon, but it also made it feel redundant since this went against the whole theme of this room.
After reaching the bottom of the stairs, I saw that there was this large space that was there.
At the very center of this large space was a giant mass.
It didn’t seem like there were any defining features about this thing at first, but soon there were parts of this large mass that was revealed when it started moving.
It was some kind of large bird.
Thinking about it, it did make sense that the boss would be some kind of large bird since it was a bunch of bird monsters that were on this island.
But looking at it, it was clear that this wasn’t just any normal bird monster.
From the hooked beak to the sharp claws, it looked like some kind of falcon. However, I knew that there was a special name for this monster.
"Roc."
It was a famous mythical beast in my past life, so it only made sense that it would be used as a boss monster in this dungeon. So far, all of the area bosses in this dungeon were mythical beasts from my past life.
They were even monsters that had never shown up in this world before.
"So whoever is manipulating the dungeon is someone with knowledge that goes beyond this world..."
If that was the case, there really was only one person that could have done something like this.
It made me even more confused about why they were doing all of this, but I was also a bit relieved since I knew that if it was that person, then they shouldn’t be aiming to do any harm.
If it was the person that I was thinking of, there was no way that they were doing this for some kind of malicious reason.
As for the real reason, I still had no idea.
But now wasn’t the time to be thinking about this.
Once the Roc stirred, it looked at me as if it was looking at an enemy.
It was only natural that this Roc would regard me as an enemy since I was technically trespassing on its territory. Not only that, I was someone that had already caused quite a bit of trouble in this hidden floor.
It was unknown how much the Roc knew about me, but it didn’t seem like it was lacking in information with how it looked at me.
But what caught my attention was the large hole that was on the side of this room.
This was a hole that led outside, seemingly having been carved into the side of the large pillar that formed the island.
"So there’s a phase two?" A wry smile appeared on my face as I stared at this thing.
It was clear that this space wasn’t large enough for a boss fight, but this hole in the wall was enough to confirm that this fight was supposed to continue outside. Perhaps that was the reason why this whole room was designed the way that it was.
"First the land, then the sea, and now the skies. It seems like whoever designed this place really wanted to gather all of the mythical beasts in the world together."
Though thinking about the first room, it didn’t feel right since there were only dragons.
Did that mean that there should be another room full of mythical beasts that lived on land?
I stopped thinking about this as the Roc got up and looked like it was getting ready to fight me.
Since I had an enemy in front of me, the important thing was to take down this enemy first.
"I can’t really let it get into its second phase or else this will be a pain." I muttered to myself before gathering the creation divine energy around me.
If I wanted to stop it from reaching its second phase, I had to make sure that I ended this with a single blow. After all, there was no telling what would be the trigger for that second phase.
It really would have been annoying if it were to escape from this place.
Though it wasn’t as if I couldn’t chase it down, I didn’t want to spend that time chasing it down.
"I guess I’ll have to use that special move then."
To be fair, it did seem like it was a bit of a waste to use this just for an area boss, but there wasn’t anything that I could do.
With the orb in hand, I could feel the entire space around me.
Just a single thought was enough for me to control this entire space and fill it with swords.
When the Roc saw that it was surrounded by swords like this, it immediately flapped its wings to create a wave of wind in an attempt to push back all of these swords.
But there was nothing that it could do as the swords didn’t seem affected by the wind at all.
Even when it was being stabbed by the swords, the Roc couldn’t believe that it wasn’t able to do anything against them.
