The Fanluo God Emperor entered the Chilami tumor fortress Kaggsamo unhindered and met Vice Clan Leader Komih, exchanging polite assurances of alliance against the Federation while concealing mutual distrust. Komih later explained to his elders that cooperating with Fanluo aimed to divide and weaken human unity. In the Holy Shadow Fortress war room, Coronan rejected warnings of a trap and vowed to rescue Emkain from Du Saka's public execution, even at the cost of their lives.

Coronan stated with firm resolve.

Right then, Dikufa uttered in a grave tone.

“Lord Coronan, thank you for your kindness, but let’s pass on this one. Norup is right, this is a trap. You guys should not participate; we will rescue them ourselves. If we really can’t win, then we’ll fight to the end!”

“That’s right, we’ll fight to the end!”

All the Divine Word Legion members there voiced their readiness to die.

“That won’t do. How can I watch you all walk to your deaths?”

Coronan responded with a stern expression.

Complex emotions appeared on the faces of the numerous Divine Word Legion members present.

The operations room door burst open abruptly.

Coronan and the rest whipped their heads around, spotting An Ruoxue entering with a joyful smile.

“Father, I’m back!”

“Ruoxue, how did the investigation go?”

“I found out. This public execution is just a trap. Du Saka has mobilized a large force around Semikani Planet and planted many mechas under the central square of Samikani Base, just waiting for us to fall into the trap.”

An Ruoxue shared the intel she had collected with the group.

Upon hearing this, Coronan, Guvina, and the others displayed looks of utter despair.

They had suspected it for a while, but confirmation hit differently.

Suddenly, the whole meeting room’s mood turned oppressively heavy.

At that point, An Ruoxue grinned and announced.

“No need to be pessimistic, everyone; I also have good news.”

“What good news?”

Everyone stared in surprise at An Ruoxue.

“I brought someone!”

“Who?”

Coronan and the others inquired, puzzled.

Clear, sharp footsteps echoed through.

Su Ming stepped inside, beaming as he waved to the crowd.

“Hello everyone, long time no see!”

“Su Ming!”

“No, it should be Admiral Su Ming!”

In shock, Coronan and the others rose, exclaiming in astonishment.

“No need to be so formal, just call me Su Ming.”

Su Ming replied warmly.

“Lord Su Ming, why are you here? Isn’t the Federation at war right now?”

“Yeah!”

Coronan and the others recovered their composure and asked excitedly.

“The Federation is indeed at war, but the Federation is not that easy to be trifled with. Breaking through their defenses won’t be that easy!”

Su Ming remarked casually on purpose, hiding the Federation’s desperate straits.

“Right, the Federation is so strong, how could they be afraid of being surrounded?”

Coronan and the others chuckled in agreement.

“I came this time specifically to help you rescue Lord Emkain.”

Su Ming informed the group.

“That’s great, with Admiral Su Ming here, there’s nothing to fear, we can definitely fight them!”

The people there shouted with wild enthusiasm.

They revered the overwhelming might and aura Su Ming had displayed previously; it was utterly invincible.

“Thank you all for the compliments, let’s discuss the specific battle plans.”

Su Ming suggested to the assembly.

“Sure, Admiral Su Ming, you can sit here!”

Coronan promptly guided Su Ming to his own chair.

Su Ming accepted without hesitation, taking the head position before addressing everyone.

“I’ll explain the situation briefly, the Fanluo God Emperor has already led a large force to the Federation. Currently, their military strength at home is very weak, and the troops Du Saka has are limited; this is your best chance for rescue!”

“That’s right.”

“According to our intelligence, Du Saka’s deployment is mainly divided into three parts: the first is the overt defensive forces, another part is the ambush forces outside, ready to surround, and the last part is the forces hidden underneath the square.”

“Admiral Su Ming, what should we do?”

Coronan and the rest gazed at Su Ming expectantly.

“It’s simple, Dikufa, you gather all the remaining forces of the Divine Word Legion, and you are responsible for intercepting those support troops outside.”

Su Ming directed Dikufa and his comrades.

“No problem.”

Dikufa and the others agreed with nods.

“Lord Coronan, you lead your troops in a regular attack on Semikani Planet to rescue Emkain!”

“No problem, but is this really okay?”

Coronan voiced some worry.

“I know they have hidden cards, but so do we. I didn’t come alone this time; I came with troops. You can boldly attack, and I’ll handle the rest.”

Su Ming assured Coronan.

“Alright!”

Coronan and the others cheered happily at Su Ming’s assurance.

“But there’s still a complication now.”

Su Ming mentioned, seeming somewhat concerned.

“What complication?”

Coronan and the others blinked in surprise and turned to Su Ming.

“We received news that Lord Emkain has a micro remote-controlled bomb implanted in his body; they can detonate it at any time.”

Su Ming stated gravely.

“I was wondering what it was, just a micro bomb? Leave it to me; I’ll make some shielding devices, and you can take them over.”

Dr. Oliga scoffed dismissively.

While he couldn't rival the Federation's advanced technology, having been the top doctor in Heavenly Revelation Divine Country, he was fully capable of managing such matters.

“That’s great, but executing it will be challenging. What if they trigger it prematurely?”

Su Ming felt a touch of concern over potential errors in the procedure.

“No need to fret, Lord Su Ming—we have a mole on the inside.”

With a smile, Coronan reassured Su Ming.
