During his journey, no Chilami dared to attack him.
As the Fanluo God Emperor ventured to the deepest area, a massive planet-like entity confronted him, built completely from black tumorous flesh. Twisted faces of agony and despair protruded from its surface, while endless black tumor-like tentacles writhed over it, releasing a dreadful surge of power—this was a tumor fortress.
This tumor fortress turned out to be one of the Chilami's five Great Elders, the VI-type Fortress Level Kaggsamo.
Straight toward Kaggsamo the Fanluo God Emperor flew.
Suddenly, a rift tore open on Kaggsamo's tumorous exterior, exposing a pathway inside.
Piloting his Mecha deep into it, the Fanluo God Emperor arrived at a vast chamber lined with fleshy walls.
In the heart of this tumorous hall stood the VI-type Heroic Level Vice Clan Leader Komih, flanked by three Chilami elders in diverse shapes, each radiating fearsome power auras.
The Fanluo God Emperor maneuvered the Purgatory Angel to descend gradually before Vice Clan Leader Komih, then popped open the cockpit and drifted out.
“Fanluo God Emperor, long time no see!”
Vice Clan Leader Komih offered a warm welcome to the Fanluo God Emperor.
“Komih, I didn’t expect it to be you.”
Some surprise filled the Fanluo God Emperor, as he had assumed Irene Liss would appear instead.
“Fanluo God Emperor, there’s no need to be so surprised.”
With a smile, Komih responded.
“Your power fluctuation suggests you’ve already advanced to Emperor Level, congratulations!”
Squinting his eyes abruptly, the Fanluo God Emperor grinned and offered his congratulations.
“Thank you!”
“With your assistance this time, taking down the Federation will be a piece of cake. I will do my utmost to help the Clan Leader acquire that item. The previous delay in progress was because…”
“Fanluo God Emperor, you don’t need to explain, we’re well aware of the reasons. That’s why the Clan Leader has specifically sent me to assist you this time. If you need anything, feel free to let me know, and I’ll give you my full cooperation.”
Komih spoke with great courtesy.
“You’re too kind, I’m almost overwhelmed. In the upcoming battle, we will rely heavily on you.”
“No problem.”
“Well, then I’ll excuse myself.”
A smile played on the Fanluo God Emperor's lips as he spoke.
“Take care!”
Komih replied with politeness.
Floating back into the Mecha's cockpit, the Fanluo God Emperor then guided it around and departed.
Once the Fanluo God Emperor had gone, the VI-type Heroic Level Chilami Remwaco—positioned behind Vice Clan Leader Komih, sporting a wasp-shaped body adorned with dark red nodules, armed with razor-sharp blades, and bearing three pairs of crimson wings—flashed a sinister grin.
“Master Komih, I don’t understand! Why should we cooperate with humans? That Fanluo God Emperor is despicable, evil, greedy, and extremely selfish, and he will never fulfill his promises. Even if he gets the Divine Artifact, he won’t hand it over.”
“Remwaco, do you know what is most terrifying about humans?”
Calmly, Komih inquired.
“Malice? Deceit?”
Uncertainly, Remwaco answered.
“Wrong, it’s unity! The most terrifying thing about humans is their unity. Once they unite, they are invincible, and then we will be in danger! We cooperate with the Fanluo God Emperor to divide them, to keep them from uniting! And to have them kill each other, so we can reap the benefits without effort.”
Coldly, Vice Clan Leader Komih declared.
Truth be told, a deep fear lingered in Komih regarding united humans. Notably, during the Federation's early days as a fledgling race entering the Interstellar Era, they had crushed two of their races.
He shuddered to think of the humans' current might had division not plagued them.
“Master Komih, wise!”
Solemnly, Remwaco and the others affirmed.

Second New Galaxy·Ankaniha Planet Sea.
In the war room of the Holy Shadow Fortress.
Coronan, Norup, Dikufa of the Holy Army, and others huddled around a huge round table, debating Emkain's rescue.
“That bastard Du Saka actually hung Lord Emkain in the square to be sun-dried, and now he plans a public execution. I swear I’ll tear him apart!”
Through clenched teeth, a burly man with a savage scar across his face, dressed in Third Generation Exoskeleton Armor, growled.
“Deputy Corps Commander Guvina, calm down. Now is not the time to be angry, the urgent matter is to find a way to rescue Emkain.”
Coronan sighed as he spoke.
At that moment, King’s Army Commander Norup uttered gravely.
“Lord Coronan and brothers of the Divine Word Army, listen to me. This public execution is clearly a trap, the enemy must have a large number of troops waiting for us to walk into their ambush! We can’t just walk into death like that!”
Upon Norup’s words, Divine Word Army·Seventh Legion Commander·Dikufa, Guvina, and the rest went quiet. No fools they, they clearly recognized the trap.
Yet, leaving Lord Emkain behind was utterly unthinkable for them.
“Impossible! We must rescue him—we can’t abandon Emkain like that.”
Coronan swiftly dismissed Norup’s attempts to dissuade him.
Ultimately, the Old King’s Army and the Divine Word Legion faced the identical dire conflict, relying solely on one another for support. Should the Divine Word Army crumble, the Old King’s Army would scarcely hold out much longer. Coronan grasped perfectly the wisdom in ‘when the lips are gone the teeth are cold.’
“Lord Coronan, please don’t!”
Norup pleaded desperately.
“My decision stands firm—no more persuasion needed. We save Emkain, or we fall together!”
