The protagonist discusses the System's limitations with Alice, noting that it doesn't affect most monsters or gods unless they are made familiars. Her family confirms the System has strengthened them but emphasizes the importance of their own cultivation. The curse primarily affects monsters now, who have become rebellious and ignore Lolth's commands. The protagonist agrees to purify and take over the remaining dungeons with her family's help. They then plan to meet with their friends and uncle who are assisting with rebuilding efforts. The protagonist also reveals her new fairy wings are a result of her bloodline and a Skill evolving with her Divinity of the System.

I was relieved that everyone was handling the situation with such calm composure and without any dramatic overreactions. Yet my mother still felt the need to address the obvious issue that hung over us like an unspoken shadow.

"So anyway, about those wings…" My mother pointed at them with a hesitant gesture. "They are pretty… pretty shocking."

"Ah, yeah…" I muttered, suddenly feeling self-conscious under their gazes. "I-I don't really know… well, actually I do know how it happened. My Bloodline is connected to a Skill. Once that Skill evolved into a Divine Skill through my Divinity of the System, it transformed into something tied to the very origins of our bloodline. Mom, you don't have fairy wings yourself?"

"Have you ever seen me with fairy wings?" she asked, letting out a soft sigh. "Though I can manifest feathered wings through my abilities when needed, I don't require them. It is quite rare among our kind to manifest clear fairy traits. Very few are born as half-fairies with visible wings. Most of my family are indeed half-fairies, but we usually just appear as High Elves. Occasionally, some are born with small wings."

"I see… so there's no reliable way to awaken that bloodline?" I wondered aloud, my voice carrying a mix of curiosity and uncertainty.

"Some have managed it by becoming Yggdrasil Knights and drinking Yggdrasil's Sap," my mother explained patiently. "That fully awakens their fairy bloodline and grants tremendous power. I wonder if the intervention of Yggdrasil and the Elemental Spirit Kings acted as the catalysts for you. You have truly become a Fairy now, and that is a very big deal. Fairies are incredibly rare and precious. They are revered as holy beings, after all, considered direct children of Yggdrasil and the Fairy King Oberon."

"Uh, I see…" I muttered, slowly processing the weight of her words. "Well, I guess I will just have to live with it. It is not like my position changes, right? Besides, I kind of gained god powers too. I don't think this is bigger than that. Still, we should try to keep everything that happened here a secret for now."

"I agree. Though rumors will spread no matter what we do," my mother sighed with quiet resignation. "Hopefully it will not become too big of a problem. You can keep the wings hidden most of the time, and not many people are likely to believe the wild rumors anyway."

"Ah, well, I will live with it and face whatever comes my way," I said firmly, trying to sound more confident than I felt. "I am not afraid of the consequences. But the System is a different issue. I cannot keep it hidden, right Alice? Once I move to other places, it will start affecting people around me. Eventually, others will learn of its powers and try to take advantage of it for their own selfish desires."

"Hm, that is indeed a problem," Alice replied thoughtfully. "But as a goddess of the System, you have embodied it as a law. You cannot simply cancel it. At the same time, it is not possible to give it to everyone if you are unwilling. As your mother said, it is a blessing. You are free to choose who receives it and who does not."

"Yeah, this is full of complications," I sighed heavily, feeling the growing pressure settle in my chest. "The last thing I want is for an enemy to find an exploit and use my own power against me. Until far in the future when I become a full goddess and can spread the System worldwide, let us keep it exclusive to those I deem worthy. The weak ones who cannot fight back, the unfortunate people struggling through difficult lives."

"Power corrupts, however," my mother warned gently, her voice filled with careful concern. "Someone innocent who has been abused might seem like the perfect recipient for that power, but the very same abuse could eventually corrupt them. They might become cold and unfeeling, using your power for evil and to abuse others in turn."

"Riiiight," I sighed, feeling the weight settle even deeper into my chest. "Thanks, Mom. Thanks for worrying me even more…"

"Ah! S-Sorry, I didn't mean to—"

"No, it is fine. You are completely right," I sighed again, offering her a small, tired smile. "For now, let us just not overthink it and leave things as they are. I am tired. As I said, let the consequences come. I will handle them as they arrive, no matter what. There is no other way around it."

"Not wrong," my father said quietly, his voice heavy with emotion. "I am just sad that you might have more responsibilities than you should at this age. I only want my daughter to live freely on her own terms. I hate how all of this happened, to be honest. Don't you all feel the same?" He looked toward my mother and Aquarina's parents with genuine sorrow in his eyes.

They nodded without hesitation.

"Yes…" Nepheline sighed. "But in a world where one must fight every day just to survive, is there really any other path? Problems will always come, no matter what we do. At least they now possess the strength to defend themselves. Well, that is just me speaking as an Amazonian. We live in the middle of dangerous jungles, Allan…"

"I know, I know what you mean, Nepheline," my father sighed.

"Still," Shade added in a calm but serious tone. "I know this has only just begun, but my dream is that one day all of this will be over. Hopefully within our lifetime. But if not…" He turned to look at me with quiet faith shining in his eyes. "I am sure that those who can live much longer will achieve what we could not."

I remained silent for a moment, letting out another deep sigh. In the end, that only placed even more stress and responsibilities on my shoulders, didn't it?

"Hey!" Nepheline suddenly smacked Shade on the head. "Is this really what we should be talking about right now?! Who cares about gods or whatever else?! Let us just be happy that the girl is safe and sound and here with us! Let us move slowly, one step at a time, okay?"
