Reincarnated With A Glitched System: Why Is My MP Not Running Out? Chapter 1976: Great Growth! Strength Rank Up Requirements? And Dropped Items
Previously on Reincarnated With A Glitched System: Why Is My MP Not Running Out?...
With that boss finally defeated, we opted for a well-earned rest. It was an incredibly draining struggle, and truthfully, that beast wielded power bordering on the divine. Is this truly the level of might Tier 9 monsters and beyond possess? The mere thought of encountering a Tier 10 makes me shiver.
Worse yet, far more nightmarish creatures inhabit certain corners of this world, particularly the Dark Side of the Demon Continent. It is a vast, ink-black wasteland filled with abominations so vile that even the majority of demons steer clear of the place.
In those lands, Tier 10 monsters are common, while even more formidable entities—ranging from Tier 11, 12, 13, all the way to Tier 15—roam about without restriction. It is also the exclusive territory of the Dragon King.
[Strength has gained 22000 EXP.]

[Total Strength has increased from 14 to 22!]
[All Sub-Stats have increased!]
[The Skill: [Flames of Strength: Lv1] has Leveled Up.]
Wow, that moved along surprisingly fast. My Strength Stat has finally hit 22, and the physical shift is quite apparent. Although my muscles remain lean and compact, they feel vastly more solid and potent. Once I circulate a sufficient amount of energy, a vibrant crimson aura cloaks me, making my entire frame feel significantly heavier.
The essence of Strength residing within me has further branched out into multiple sub-stats, each one bolstering a unique facet of my existence.
Although Strength has arrived at its absolute level limit, it is eligible for a Rank Up.
[Strength has reached Max Level and can now Rank Up.]
[Rank Up Requirements]:
[Max Level: 10/10]
[Tier 5 or higher Monster Core: 0/10]
[Tier 5 or higher Monster Blood Liters: 0/100]
[Push Ups: 0/1000]
[Sit Ups: 0/1000]
[Squats: 0/1000]
[Run 10 kilometers: 0/10]
Wait, but what sort of bizarre requirements are these?!
Seeking out Monster Cores seems reasonable enough—I can easily gather those around here—but the rest? Physical training? Push-ups? Sit-ups? Squats? A ten-kilometer run? It appears the system is only now starting to track these specific feats.
"Hmm, what’s wrong?" Alice inquired, peering at the notifications beside me. "Ah, these prerequisites seem fairly straightforward. Is it truly such a burden?"
"No, no, it is not a burden. I was merely stunned, is all," I replied with a shrug. "I suppose I could begin tackling these right now?"
"Do you honestly intend to run in circles for ten kilometers like a complete fool?" Armageddon countered.
"Well, do you have a better suggestion?" I let out a sigh. "Regardless, let us check the progress of the others..."
As I released my familiars and they collapsed onto the ground, utterly exhausted, I observed their auras pulsing with a golden radiance. Every pulse signaled a level increase and a subtle surge of newfound vitality.

[Your Contracted Familiar: [Sapphire] has reached Max Level and can now Evolve!]
"It appears everyone grew quite a bit stronger," I noted. "They haven't all peaked yet—wait, two already hit the cap? How on earth did you manage that so quickly?"
I shifted my attention toward my Living Sword and Living Shield, which were hovering nearby. They lacked conventional eyes, yet I could sense their sudden surprise.
No, actually, they do possess eyes—the shimmering jewels embedded into their decorative steel dragon designs. They must have been watching me through those.
"Well, we handled the brunt of the combat, didn't we?" Scarlet asked.
"Indeed, we fought on your behalf and served as your shield!" Sapphire added with a nod.
"Right, that must yield extra EXP," I realized, nodding in agreement. "Very well then, I wonder if an immediate evolution is possible? Let us hold off for a brief moment, though—there is something else to attend to."
I turned my gaze back toward the broken remains of the boss. Several small, glowing orbs hovered in the air, accompanied by a brightly gleaming red treasure chest.
"Whoa, are these dungeon rewards? Monsters usually don't drop treasure chests like that...?" I mused, stroking my chin.
"No, this is the Reward System, Sylphy—it is finally active!" Alice explained. "Come over here."
She helped me forward. As I reached out to grab the palm-sized golden crystal orbs, they instantly transferred into my inventory upon contact.
The treasure chest vanished in the same fashion.
"Wait, what?"
New system notifications flashed before my vision.
[The {Reward System} has been activated. Congratulations, you have received several Rewards!]
[You have collected: [Boss Monster Soul Orb (A Grade)] x12]
[You have collected: [Boss Monster Treasure Chest (S Grade)] x1]
"Oh, wow, Boss Monster Soul Orbs?" I marveled aloud. "What exactly are these?"
I retrieved one from my inventory in a flash. Its warm resonance wrapped around me gently.
"These are items forged from residual soul essence," Alice clarified. "These will bolster and expand your soul, making future Cultivation, Mana control, and general application significantly easier."
"Oohh!" I nodded eagerly.
"They can also be utilized as crafting materials," Armageddon chipped in. "You could potentially use them as substitutes for specific items."
"Oooohhhh!" My excitement surged. "Alright, let us absorb a few and see how it feels...!"
I pressed my palm against the first one. It shattered into motes of soul energy that my own spirit greedily devoured.
A wave of warmth surged through me, filling me with pure, unadulterated exhilaration.
"Oh, this feels absolutely incredible~ What the hell?" I beamed. "Hahaha! I really love this sensation..."
I consumed three more before I felt satisfied—and suddenly, Demonic Energy began to stir deep within me.
"Huh?"
"Although they aren't true souls, the system categorizes them as such," Alice reminded me.
"Amazing!" I exclaimed. "I had no idea... Wait, could Red finally consume some souls?"
As I finished speaking, all of Red’s monstrous forms shifted toward me. Every one of them had their tongues extended, drooling hungrily as they stared longingly at the Soul Orb clutched in my hand.
Ah, I see—it appears he is eager to have a taste!
