Vritra's group, guided by Ming, arrives at the fortified college base of the Glasses organization. Guards confront them, mocking their request to borrow the attribute mine, but the team—led by Shitless and Onest—quickly subdues waves of defenders with abilities from Teresa, Yasmine, and Vanessa, leaving many unconscious without fatalities. Meeting the unassuming leader Glass, Vritra nonchalantly asks to use the mine; upon refusal, he seals Glass's mouth to feign agreement, proceeding inside as Ming and Ergen cower in fear.

Once Glass had been subdued, Vanessa activated her control ability on their leader to uncover the Attribute Mine's position.

'Honey, I've located it.' She responded moments later, then continued: 'It's the mine containing Flame Stones.'

'Oh, so beyond attribute stones, different varieties exist as well.'

It was unfortunate, yet these stones held lesser value compared to Attribute Stones.

Not every member of his family could utilize them, though Fiona, Yasmine, Yennefer, and Vritra himself certainly could.

'That works for us too. How about we seize the mine for merely one day?' Vritra suggested, eyeing Glass's leader who appeared deeply distressed.

'Sigh, at least they're not slaughtering us, and it's only a temporary loan for a single day. My power falls short, so I'll endure the setback this round.' Glass pondered inwardly.

He ceased his resistance.

Since it was only a day, he didn't feel overly concerned.

'Let's head out.' Vanessa declared, guiding the team forward.

Shitless and Onest remained behind to stand guard, as this mine offered them no benefit regardless.

The mine was positioned close to the college's core, within the primary structure.

As they stepped into the main building, Vritra detected numerous individuals concealed in the chambers.

'So this is the mine.' Halting near a radiant opening in the floor, Vritra leaped straight down.

Several workers inside were still laboring and got shocked when multiple figures suddenly emerged.

'W-Who are you people?!!' They shouted, aiming their digging implements at the newcomers.

'We've struck a deal with your captain, so we're occupying this mine for one day.' Vritra explained, promptly ushering all the laborers out without delay.

Next, he gazed at the luminous red stones lodged in the walls.

Extracting these stones proved somewhat challenging, given the solid stone walls, unlike the powdery ones from before.

'If only my dust ability were available…' Vritra lamented, glancing backward.

'Should we start working now?'

'Yes!' The women responded enthusiastically, and everyone dove into the task.

Vritra, Yasmine, Yennefer, and Fiona directly consumed the stones, while the rest gathered them for the group.

Should outsiders witness this spectacle, they would be utterly stunned.

Typically, attempting to ingest a whole stone would cause severe harm.

People usually drew in the energy gradually, but Vritra and the others swallowed every bit of it outright.

This wasn't shocking, considering they were demi-gods, even with their powers and abilities sealed.

The players enjoyed this advantage too.

Swiftly, they shattered the walls using raw force and extracted the stones.

Chatter from the group and the cracking of stones echoed throughout the mine.

Soon, Shitless and Onest arrived to assist before departing to watch over the exterior.

Relentlessly, the team toiled through the whole day without pause.

They even claimed the already mined stones that had been stockpiled.

Seated outside, Glass heaved sighs, as almost a full day had elapsed with no trace of their return.

'I wonder if he'll linger inside longer than agreed—what recourse do I have?' Glass pondered with a sigh.

He shot a furious glance at Ming, the one who had ushered this monster into their midst.

How could this fellow possess such formidable strength?

Glass had clashed with rival factions; he was a decent fellow who maintained his outpost diligently.

Yet most factions operated differently, repeatedly raiding his base to plunder supplies.

To abduct the women.

'Sigh, I hope no assault comes now—we're in no shape for battle.' Glass reflected, doubting Vritra would lend aid.

Just before the allotted day concluded, Vritra and his companions emerged from the main building, conversing casually.

'T-They've actually… exited!!' Glass blurted out, exhaling in relief.

Those stones were crucial for defending against rival groups.

'Thanks for your kindness; as agreed, we've vacated after one day.' Vritra clapped Glass's shoulder with a grin.

'You're departing now, aren't you?' The beleaguered leader inquired.

'Absolutely, as I said, we're decent folk. We won't attack without cause.' Vritra assured him, then inquired:

'By the way, how many vile human factions lurk nearby?'

He aimed to gather more shards and boost his attribute points; eliminating humans and mutants remained the quickest method.

'Plenty exist. Why? Planning to strike them?' Glass questioned, gradually standing while the blood rope still bound him.

'Exactly. Could you brief my subordinate Ming on all of them?' Vritra requested, intending to swiftly eliminate a handful of feeble and moderate factions.

Prior to confronting the stronger ones.

'…Alright.' Glass agreed with a nod, scanning around and spotting Ming with Ergen and a woman.

Vritra observed her too; she donned skimpy, alluring attire, clearly indicating her means of survival thus far.

'Is she Ming's spouse?' He wondered aloud.

'Indeed. She satisfies numerous guards in exchange for sustenance and supplies. I hear she's had countless liaisons since wedlock, so it's hardly surprising.' Glass remarked.

Remaining unmarried beat tying oneself to such a partner.

'Heh, what a perfect pair—you're truly suited for one another.' Ergen chuckled, grateful for his timely rescue.

'…' Ming's features flushed crimson with humiliation and fury.

'What? How dare you? What options did I have? I crave extravagance, and in this apocalypse, trading my body is the sole path.' The woman declared defiantly.

'Be quiet, and we're divorced. Stay away.' Ming snapped, distancing himself from her.

'Heh, what nonsense, my dear husband? Regardless, I'll forever be your wife, loving only you, no matter how many men take me.

It's merely hollow, passionless encounters—in the end, I'm yours alone.' She insisted, attempting to embrace Ming.

She genuinely viewed her actions as the proper course, embodying female independence and resilience.

'Finished with your theatrics? Ming, discuss with Glass.' Vritra cut in.

'Oh!!' The woman's eyes bulged upon beholding the most striking man imaginable; her form quivered with thrill.

She noted his immense power too, surely amassing vast provisions—if she could claim him, her future was secure.

'Hey, handsome, care for a deep, intimate chat—' She sauntered closer with a flirtatious sway, arching toward him.

'Scram!' Vritra barked with revulsion.

Women of her ilk were utterly repulsive, and he recoiled even from ordinary advances.

She yearned to persist, but the menacing stares from the seven women nearby intimidated her, forcing a swift retreat.

Once Ming grasped the full details, they departed the Glass outpost, heading for their subsequent objective: the Blood Fang.

'Sigh, at last they're away…' Glass breathed easier and resolved to inspect the extent of their one-day haul.

They carried no visible loads, so he felt optimistic—how much could they possibly extract in a single day?

Regrettably, the immediate future would strain his composure severely.
