Previously on Path of the Extra...
Nol waits impatiently as a shadowy figure savors the souls it collected from the arena. The figure reveals it can only savor artificial souls and laments that the Apostle of Ruin damaged the Name it gave to Dante, delaying its full recovery. Nol presses the figure about saving their Master, but it insists it's too dangerous and that their Master doesn't care for Nol. Despite the figure's warnings and its own admitted weakness, Nol remains determined to save their Master. Their conversation is interrupted by the arrival of two visitors.
