And just as quickly, space distorted nearby. The Patriarch and the three main Elders of the Dragon Clan suddenly materialized directly around the Grand Arbiter’s seating area. They casually exchanged a few brief words with the Arbiter and then audaciously sat down in their luxurious seats even before the Arbiter himself took a seat.

Boom! The solid center of the grand stadium floor violently burst open. From the deep crater, a massive, highly advanced mechanical drone shot out. Strangely, its outer chassis was designed to look exactly like a giant, cartoonish raccoon.

"Hello, everyone! Welcome to the supreme Pan-Cosmic Tournament!" a loud, highly energetic robotic voice boomed from the drone. "I am completely sure everyone here is hyped to the maximum. Because so am I!"

"Countless peerless geniuses have gathered here today. This event will undeniably mark a significant turning point in the history of our great Alliance!" The giant raccoon drone spun in the air. "The tournament format will be a strict one-versus-one duel amongst all registered contestants.
