Cillian Carter, a student aiming to create a unique Divine Domain, decided to build the "Endless Abyss." Despite warnings about unconventional designs, he received a "world origin" and began uploading a base model. He then poured his spirit into the orb, linking himself to the nascent world. In the chaotic void, Cillian laid down sixty-six landmasses, each collapsing and sinking to form a multilayered, constantly shifting abyss. This unconventional world, defying all logic and order, began to form under his control, even as unseen eyes started watching from the shadows.

Within a dimly lit chamber at Grimstone, numerous instructors intently observed numerous screens, tracking the advancement of tens of thousands of students nearing graduation. Each monitor showcased a distinct Divine Domain, minuscule pocket worlds students were tasked with creating for their final project.

Their presence wasn't driven by mere curiosity or idle chatter; their true objective was to identify any potential errors. A single misstep in a final project could not only lead to academic failure but also permanently shatter a student's aspirations of becoming a world-builder.

"This alien civilization, originating from student Bailey Coulthard..."

Vice Principal Warren's voice sliced through the quiet. Immediately, all instructors leaned in, and Bailey's supervising tutor swiftly brought up the live feed.

"Well..." Warren mused, stroking his chin after a brief pause, "the underlying rules are constructed soundly. It's a conventional world, but its foundations are robust."

Bailey's advisor visibly let out a sigh of relief.

Warren offered a slight smile. "It appears your students have received excellent instruction this year. Our graduation rate might finally see an increase."

A buzz of conversation filled the chamber.

However, Warren spoke again, his tone becoming more serious. "Now, let us review the Transcendent projects."

Grimstone consistently placed the highest value on Transcendent projects, as these worlds significantly enhanced the university's prestige.

Warren scrolled further down the project list. "Intriguing, a greater number of Transcendent entries this year. And a High‑Martial World, no less... commendable."

Then, his brow furrowed.

"Wait a moment... what is this?" He tapped a particular feed, only to freeze, his gaze fixed upon the display.

The entire room fell into a profound silence.

Displayed on every screen was the Endless Abyss, a world-layering project unlike anything they had ever witnessed.

"Can this be... genuine?"

"Has he lost his senses?"

"He's utilizing the world's origin to construct... emptiness?"

Deep within the Abyss domain, Cillian Carter remained utterly unaware of the growing consternation above. His eyes were shut, his entire being focused on meticulously weaving increasingly intricate rules into his burgeoning world.

"First... the four fundamental elements."

He infused Earth, Wind, Fire, and Water into his six-by-six layered planes. Instantly, the layers began to undergo dramatic transformations.

In one layer, molten magma surged and bubbled. In another, vast expanses of frozen tundra stretched towards the horizon. Certain planes were enveloped in noxious miasma; others consisted solely of desolate, arid deserts.

Because his domain was rooted in pure chaos, the elements did not distribute themselves uniformly. Each layer evolved into its own distinct extremity.

Now, the metamorphosis accelerated.

"Next... the force of gravity."

Cillian carefully integrated the rule of gravity into his foundational construct. The resulting composite world-shifts were staggering. Planes either fractured and dissipated, merged together, or broke apart. Some plummeted towards a central core, while others drifted upwards.

He observed as distinct layers exhibited bizarre gravitational distortions—some so potent they crushed all matter, others so negligible they floated like ethereal wisps.

"These anomalies," he murmured to himself, "will ultimately shape the myriad creatures destined to evolve here."

Soon even the watching instructors outside began to perceive these unexpected, emergent patterns.

Back within the observation room, voices erupted once more, filled with alarm:

"This is sheer lunacy!"

"He has irrevocably destroyed everything!"

"He's gambling his entire graduation on this venture!"

Warren raised a hand, silencing the outcry.

"Quiet."

He turned his attention back to the live feeds.

"He isn't breaking the rules; he's attempting something entirely novel."

"Novel? He's single-handedly discarding the established doctrines of world-building."

Warren remained unfazed. "He is constructing a low-gravity world."

Disbelieving murmurs swept through the assembled instructors. "Impossible..."

"Countless individuals have attempted this and met only failure."

Warren commanded the room's full attention. "Silence! Allow him to proceed. Should this succeed, it could fundamentally alter our comprehension of Divine Domains."

He fixed his gaze upon the swirling, dynamic planes displayed on the screen.

"This... possesses the potential to be something truly extraordinary."
