Previously on My Girlfriend is a Zombie...
Survivors making their way to the hospital are caught in a zombie ambush, losing several members to the horde and betrayal from their own Captain. As they finally reach the hospital's protective wall, the Captain desperately tries to gain entry, claiming a young girl named Anan holds the secret to understanding the zombies.

The commotion that abruptly erupted at the periphery of Falcon Camp swiftly dissolved into silence, yet the potential tempest it had unleashed swept through Falcon’s higher echelons like a gale…

Nearly a full day later, a helicopter made its appearance, tasked with collecting this contingent of Survivors originating from the Central Region Camp…

Concurrently, on a thoroughfare positioned not far from Falcon Camp, a solitary figure suspended itself in the air, silently observing the helicopter, now reduced to a minuscule speck against the sky. The moment it vanished entirely into the heavens, the figure abruptly descended, plummeting towards the rooftop of a nearby edifice.

Flap, flap.

The bat-like creature, stirring a gust of frigid air, alighted gracefully upon the railing, retracted its membranous wings, and reverted to its gaunt Zombie form before entering the structure.

A multitude of Zombies in the vicinity registered this potent aura descending from above, causing a ripple of unease, yet they collectively maintained a respectful distance from that particular building.

The bat descended to the third floor before transforming into a dwelling on the left, addressing a figure engrossed by the stove with deference, "Master, I have successfully tracked one group of humans."

Having been gently corrected by its master, the bat had long since ceased employing terms like "Blood Feast."

Nevertheless, its master appeared largely unconcerned by its report… or, more accurately, he lacked the temporal capacity to be concerned.

At this precise juncture, he was enveloped by a retinue of Female Zombies, their gazes fixated intently upon a pot before him.

"I'm merely preparing some noodles..." Ling Mo resignedly abandoned his fruitless endeavor to safeguard the instant noodles, pivoting his head to inquire, "Where did they go?"

The instant he turned, the cluster of Female Zombies surged forward. In a mere second, the pot began to emit the acrid scent of burning dry.

Ling Mo could only offer a helpless sigh at this development… For how could he possibly overpower them!

He absolutely could not resort to his Puppet Control Ability simply for the sake of some noodles!

"Those humans utilized a helicopter to proceed further into the Camp." The bat dutifully recounted the details of its observation.

Given that the Zombies within Central City were incapable of pinpointing precise locations via scent, even though Ling Mo and his companions had reached Falcon Camp two days prior, they had not immediately located the Survivors.

Falcon Camp, after all, possessed an extensive defensive perimeter. Moreover, the sheer magnitude of Zombies congregating in the vicinity was simply overwhelming, rendering the search a time-consuming undertaking.

Unexpectedly, they had presented themselves in such a fashion…

"Helicopter?" Ling Mo's brow furrowed.

Following the loss of Miracle Base, the sole two remaining helicopters within Falcon Camp had become expendable assets, incapable of sustained maintenance or repair. Their utilization, therefore, should have been judicious.

Had it pertained solely to the fall of the Central Region Camp, Falcon Camp would have exercised vigilance but not exhibited such palpable anxiety…

"This is connected to Central City." He reached this conclusion almost instantaneously.

He had harbored a similar suspicion two days prior. Unfortunately, the bat's developmental stage was insufficient, precluding its awareness of such clandestine intricacies.

"They are airborne, rendering interception impossible; thus, our only recourse is to pursue them to Falcon Camp." Following a brief period of contemplation, Ling Mo finalized his decision.

Simultaneously, a subtle smile graced his lips: "Perhaps this presents an opportunity to achieve two objectives with a single action."

"Let us depart!"

Buzzzzz…

Twenty minutes hence, the helicopter touched down within a generously proportioned parking area.

Were Ling Mo present, he would have recognized this vicinity as being adjacent to the highway access point connecting X City to A City, a location they had traversed previously.

Within the entirety of X City’s Falcon Camp, this segment constituted the most secure zone.

Through successive expansions, this region had evolved into the nexus between the two metropolises, with even the highway integrated into its operational capacity.

Despite the persistent attention from numerous Zombies drawn towards the highway, the overall risk associated with collective travel remained manageable.

This singular aspect amply demonstrated Falcon Camp's strategic advantages and inherent capabilities.

Miracle Base was demonstrably outclassed in this regard. Even with extensive stockpiles in its warehouses, it could not rival Falcon Camp's developmental progress.

However, for Ling Mo, such distinctions held little practical significance…

With both Zombies and mutated beasts propelling forward at maximum velocity, their ground-based pursuit was not significantly slower than that of the helicopter.

To circumvent any unwelcome interactions with oblivious Zombies, Ling Mo even subjected himself to the indignity of applying an Elixir, subsequently mounting Xiao Bai's back, reveling in the exhilarating sensation of charging through the zombie horde.

Hundreds of Zombies were densely packed onto a single street, yet before they could even register the intrusion, a path was violently carved open. Blood and dust mingled in a gruesome tableau, severed limbs and fragmented bodies were flung in every direction…

Ling Mo, lost in his poetic reverie, suddenly shuddered and halted his advance.

Blast it, it was inevitable; having dwelled within such a sanguinary environment for an extended duration, one's sanity inevitably began to fray…

The Female Zombies collectively unleashed their formidable auras. Although Ye Lian still exhibited a degree of bewilderment, once her aura manifested, she proved to be the most intimidating. Even nearby Senior Zombies, drawn by the surge of power, hesitated, forfeiting their opportunity to engage.

Xu Shuhan had never before experienced such a flamboyant mode of "travel." Furthermore, Ban Yue and Pear were witnessing such a spectacle for the very first time, leading to an inexplicable surge of excitement amongst them all.

However, their methods of expressing their excitement differed… Xu Shuhan began to film everything with her headset, while Ban Yue simply started to slaughter her own kind, letting out a hearty “hahaha”…

A shiver ran down Ling Mo’s spine… Why did this Female Zombie’s demeanor seem so unlike her former self?

Had it not been for this sudden turn of events, he would likely have remained oblivious!

Upon further reflection, Ling Mo suddenly mused that perhaps this change was linked to him “forcing” her to acknowledge her true identity as a girl…

“Sigh, I never anticipated there would be such repercussions after utilizing her…” Ling Mo let out a sigh.

Li Yalin’s newly amplified abilities were on full display in this chaotic environment. She weaved expertly through the horde of Zombies, yet each time a collision seemed imminent, she narrowly evaded it.

Xia Na’s performance was equally astonishing. Wherever she went, her spiritual body would advance first… Consequently, by the time her physical form materialized a moment later, the Zombies directly ahead had already succumbed, serving as stepping stones for her advance.

As for Black Silk and Yu Shiran, they remained relatively conventional… that is, if one ignored the fact that they were both clinging to him for dear life…

Ling Mo cast a glance at the silver threads entwined around him, then felt the slight weight of a little one on his back, and was overcome with a sense of helplessness.

Yu Shiran’s actions were even more extreme than the rest…

Ling Mo lowered his head to look at the Zombie Loli directly in front of him, her arms wrapped tightly around his body, and voiced a plea: “Could you please refrain from fixating on my ‘sausage’?”

The very thought sounded utterly bizarre… If anyone were to overhear, they’d truly believe I harbored an affection for lolis…

Yet, Yu Shiran stubbornly shook her head: “If you won’t permit me to consume it, at the very least, allow me to gaze upon it!”

Her tone conveyed a sense of deep grievance, yet also an endearing compliance!
