Yuan took Little Zoe and Sylvia to a pizza shop where he reconnected with the owner, Mrs. Kate. Meanwhile, Officer Jenny arrived at Yuan's villa looking for him regarding an incident at a restaurant where students were injured. The women in the villa expressed extreme and disturbing sentiments about the situation, shocking Officer Jenny.

The atmosphere in the living room became heavy, and everyone could feel the tension in the air as Jenny explained the reason for her visit to Yuan.

"Now, would you mind telling me exactly what happened to the three students and how they were injured so badly?" she asked, looking at Yuan with a serious expression.

"Are you talking about those three lunatics who tried to sabotage our date?" Yuan asked, raising his eyebrows slightly.

"Yes. I’m talking about them. And I’ve also heard that you threatened one of their classmates, who happens to be the son of the Lunar Corporation’s CEO."

She then gave him a sharp look and continued, "You do know what happens when a corporate giant gets involved, right?"

"More or less," Yuan replied calmly, almost as though he didn’t care who was involved.

"Good. I checked your details and found out that you went missing two years ago. Can I ask where you were for those two whole years?" she asked, as if she were interrogating a criminal.

"That’s an irrelevant question, Miss Jenny. It has nothing to do with the investigation," Yuan said firmly. "You’re just wasting my time by asking useless questions that have no connection to the actual investigation."

"Fair enough. Then let’s get to the point," she said, her expression becoming even more serious. "Did you injure the three students at the restaurant?"

Upon hearing this, a huge smile appeared on Yuan’s face as he leaned back against the sofa.

"So what if I injured them? I broke their bones and made them lie flat on the floor... After all, who told them to disturb our peaceful dinner?" Yuan responded with a wide grin.

"You—!" Jenny gritted her teeth, her fists clenching at his admission.

"Besides, there were security cameras all over the place... Did you perhaps not check them yet?" he asked, irritating her further.

Jenny calmed herself and said, "We did check the cameras... and we suspect that you’re the one responsible for the attack."

"And what evidence do you have against me to prove that I was the one who injured those three idiots?" Yuan asked with a grin.

That was right. Without sufficient evidence, the police couldn’t simply arrest him. This was why Yuan had not used physical force to break their bones in the first place.

He knew there were several cameras around the restaurant, and any move he made would have been captured from multiple angles.

Now, Yuan had the upper hand in the police investigation. They could question him, but they couldn’t arrest him without evidence.

"You may leave, Miss Jenny. Without any evidence, you have no right to question me. As for those fools, if they try coming after me, they will have to pay a huge price," Yuan said with a smile before getting up from the sofa.

"I’ll take my leave for now. However, this won’t be the last time you see me... We’ll meet again soon enough," Jenny said in a cold voice before leaving his villa.

"Hah! That female cop is quite troublesome... It’s a good thing I sent her away," Yuan sighed aloud as he leaned back against the sofa.

"Should I go and eliminate her?" Sylvia asked, holding her daggers with a dangerous look on her face.

"..." Yuan stared at her with a blank expression, seemingly shocked by her suggestion.

"No need. We don’t want to attract too much attention right now, especially from the government," Yuan said with a soft sigh.

"Mom, bring out the pizzas! It’s pizza party time!" Yuan shouted excitedly.

"Yay! Party time!" Little Zoe joined in, jumping around in joy.

Anna Grace brought the tea and pizzas to the table, and Yuan quickly put on a good show on the television for everyone to enjoy while eating.

Meanwhile, after leaving the villa, Jenny entered her car and let out a huge sigh.

"He was definitely the one who hurt those students... He must have used some kind of method to conceal it from the cameras."

"I’m sure of it... And the women in his house are all crazy too," she said to herself as she started the car.

"I have to keep an eye on them... I can’t risk letting troublesome people go around and putting other people’s lives at risk."

Broom! Broom!

The engine roared as she drove forward and exited the VIP area.

Rickey, Trevor, and Brandon were lying on hospital beds, their bodies covered in bandages, with only their faces left uncovered.

"Hey, Eric, have the police arrested that bastard yet? I want him to rot in prison," Rickey said in a hoarse voice, barely able to move a muscle.

"My father has already contacted someone he knows in the police department. Don’t worry, that bastard will rot in prison," Eric responded.

"That’s good. My whole body hurts like hell... I want him to experience every bit of the pain I’m suffering," Trevor said, his voice cold and his eyes filled with hatred.

"Don’t worry, my friend. I’ll make sure he suffers," Eric replied with a dangerous smile.

As the son of the CEO of one of the largest companies in all of Metro City, he had many powerful connections.

All he needed to do was make a few phone calls and offer some money. It was as simple as that. As long as he was willing to pay, he could even arrange for a group of people inside the prison to make Yuan’s life hell.

’You made a grave mistake by provoking and threatening me... Now you have nowhere to hide.’ A wide, vicious grin appeared on his face.

Shortly afterward, the doctor arrived to check on the three patients and became visibly shocked after reading their reports.

"Their bones were almost crushed... but there are no signs of physical trauma on their bodies. This is very strange and almost impossible to accomplish!" the doctor muttered with a shocked expression.

The nurse covered her mouth in disbelief, her eyes widening after hearing the doctor’s words.

"Umm, Doctor Patrick, are they going to be all right?" Eric asked, looking concerned for his friends.

"Don’t worry, Young Master Eric. Your friends will be fine as long as they rest properly and take the medications I’ve prescribed for them," Doctor Patrick said with a smile.

He continued, "However, their full recovery will naturally take time. Also, they won’t be able to walk or move freely for at least a month."

Eric was shocked after hearing this, and his expression hardened.

"A month? Are you serious, Doctor?"

"I’m very serious. Many of their bones are broken or fractured, as if they were hit by a truck. And yet, there are no bruises or visible signs of injury on their bodies, which is extremely unusual."

Doctor Patrick then looked at Eric with a serious expression and asked, "Can you tell me what happened to them? I can’t imagine someone being capable of breaking their bones without damaging their muscles."

"Well, I have no idea..." Eric responded in a low voice.

Some time later, Eric left the hospital and returned to his house.

Jenny returned to the police station, parked her car, and immediately went to her office.

She once again opened the security footage from the restaurant and watched it in slow motion, carefully examining every moment for any detail that could suggest Yuan was responsible for injuring the three students.

"Oh, Officer Jenny, you’ve returned. How did it go? Did you manage to find anything?" Chief Taylor asked after noticing her in her office.

"Not any concrete evidence, Chief. However, I’ve cleared my suspicion that Yuan is responsible for this. But I didn’t have a warrant for his arrest, so I couldn’t arrest him," she replied, gritting her teeth in frustration.

She continued, "Furthermore, he has some crazy women with him. Each of them looked extremely dangerous... They gave me the feeling that I’d die if I made them angry."

"I’ve never met people who could make me feel scared just by their presence alone... This was a completely new experience for me," she said, her voice slightly trembling.

"Really? But how could people make you feel like that? Perhaps you were just nervous," Chief Taylor said, looking a little puzzled by Jenny’s words.

"I wasn’t nervous... I’m sure about what I felt. It was an indescribable feeling..." Jenny said with a serious expression.

Chief Taylor looked at her for a couple of seconds before saying, "This case is more troublesome than we thought... For now, return home and get some rest. You’ve been busy the whole day."

"I understand, Chief." She nodded and sighed softly.

Ding! Dong!

Yuan and the others had just finished watching a movie when the doorbell suddenly rang.

"Who could it be this time?" Valeria raised her brows, curious about who had rung the bell.

"It must be Patricia. I promised her I’d sell some gold coins in exchange for money. She’s probably here to collect them," Yuan said as he walked toward the door.

And just as he had suspected, it was indeed Patricia who had rung the doorbell.

"Sorry, I had to finish some urgent work, so it took me a while to leave the office," Patricia said as she stepped inside the house.

"No problem. We’re just watching a movie together," Yuan replied with a smile before closing the door.
