Yuan defeats the Goddess of Light and Justice's friend, leaving the Goddess broken. He leaves her fate to his wife, Selvariel, before heading to a mysterious mountain with his other wives. Selvariel confronts her mentor, the Goddess, who wishes for death after losing everything. Selvariel becomes enraged by the Goddess's past actions and blind faith, while Yuan and his wives discover an ancient mansion belonging to the legendary Zither Goddess, Song Ling'er, a name that strangely resonates with Yuan.

Yuan took a deep breath as he grabbed the handle and gently pushed the door open, feeling a nostalgic sensation wash over him.

’What a nostalgic feeling... It’s as if I’ve been to this place before and have countless memories of this place.’ Yuan thought inwardly, trying to maintain a calm composure on his face.

Anna Grace frowned at the sight of her beloved son acting so awkwardly. She couldn’t help but feel curious about what was making him behave so strangely.

’There is definitely something wrong with him...’ Anna Grace thought, feeling concerned for her son.

Inside the mansion, Yuan found a beautiful calligraphy painting of an exquisite woman, looking like a goddess beneath a massive palm blossom tree filled with pink flowers.

The woman was playing the zither with a beautiful smile, while white geese swam gracefully in the lake.

"What a beautiful woman..." Rose mumbled in a daze, nearly forgetting to breathe.

"That’s my Ling’er..." Yuan spoke in a daze, lost in his thoughts as he stared at the painting.

"What did you just say??" Long Yuyan immediately raised her brows and looked at Yuan suspiciously.

"Ah... I mean, that must be Lady Song Ling’er... You must have heard me wrong... hehe." Yuan immediately responded after realizing the blunder he had made.

’Damn... What have I gotten myself into? Why did I even say that? Clearly, I don’t know anything about this lady, but why do I feel like I know her?’ He muttered inwardly, surprised by his own words.

Suddenly, he realized something, and his expression became a bit more relaxed.

’It must be in one of my past lives. I know this lady... However, for now, I only know about three of my reincarnations, and I don’t have any memories of my two past lives yet.’

’My memories are fragmented when it comes to my past lives, aside from the memories of Earth... I wonder when I’ll get my memories back.’ He sighed inwardly. There was no way he could recover the memories of his other past lives.

He could only walk forward and let the memories return to him on their own.

Walking around the mansion, Yuan found a few sets of clothes in the wardrobe, worn by the Zither Goddess. At the outer area of the mansion, Yuan found a beautiful zither resting on the table; its beauty immediately captivated him.

Anna Grace and the others also noticed the beautiful zither on the table and were amazed by its beauty and timeless appearance.

"What a beautiful musical instrument... I’ve never seen such a weird musical instrument before..." Julie spoke in a daze, stepping closer to the table.

"Indeed. This is the first time I’m looking at a musical instrument that I’m not familiar with." Valeria nodded her head, closely inspecting the zither.

Vrasha also joined them and inspected the zither, running her fingers over the strings, which produced a beautiful sound.

She then turned toward Long Yuyan and asked, "How do you play it? It has so many strings to play with."

"Well, you simply play it using the strings. However, I’m not a zither player, so I don’t know much about it." Long Yuyan replied, releasing a soft sigh.

Yuan stared at the zither in a daze. He felt like he had played this zither before, and it looked very familiar to him.

He unconsciously walked over to the zither and sat on the floor, surprising everyone with his sudden action and leaving them confused.

"Whispering Moon Zither... It’s been a while, my friend..." Yuan muttered in a low voice, a soft smile on his face as he ran his fingers over the zither.

’Is he going to do what I think he is going to do?’ Long Yuyan looked at Yuan with a surprised look on her face.

’It’s impossible for him to know the name of this zither, considering the Zither Goddess lived almost ten million years ago. And yet, somehow, he knows...’

’Is it just a coincidence... or perhaps there is some connection between him and the Zither Goddess?’ She pondered inwardly.

Yuan took a deep breath as he closed his eyes and placed his hands on the zither like an expert who had been playing it for millions of years.

The sight of Yuan preparing to play the zither left everyone speechless.

Ting! Ting!

Soft notes that touched the soul began to emanate from the zither as Yuan began playing, his fingers moving effortlessly across the strings and creating beautiful melodies.

His pace was a bit rough as he played a song he remembered from Earth. It wasn’t actually a zither piece; it was a romantic song that he liked.

Ting! Ting!

As he continued to play the song, his hand movements became better and better, and the delays between some notes became shorter.

’Is this really his first time playing the zither? You’ve got to be kidding me! Is this real?!’ Long Yuyan screamed inwardly, seemingly in disbelief.

The others, including Anna Grace, watched Yuan in a daze, shocked by his skills. The melody also left them speechless.

Everyone began to relax under the beautiful melody Yuan was playing on the zither, as if time itself had slowed down for them.

Their fatigue began to vanish as their minds and bodies relaxed.

’He is playing the zither for the first time... and yet, he has already mastered it in just a few minutes... what monstrous talent!’ Long Yuyan swallowed nervously, realizing how vast Yuan’s talent was.

Suddenly, the melody stopped as Yuan stopped playing and opened his eyes, exhaling softly.

’This is... as I expected. I really have some connection with the Zither Goddess Song Ling’er.’ He thought with a smile.

He then looked at his wives, who were immersed in his melody, and they suddenly came out of their daze as the music stopped.

With a smile on his face, he asked, "How was it? Although it was quite rough since it was my first time playing the zither, I don’t think it was that bad."

"It was beautiful, my darling!" Anna Grace spoke with sparkling eyes as she immediately wrapped her arms around his neck.

"I never knew that you could play a musical instrument so well. It was a complete eye-opener for me." She added, smooching his cheeks multiple times.

Lily nodded with a smile. "Absolutely! I never knew my brother would be so talented in music as well."

After listening to their conversation, Long Yuyan confirmed that it really was Yuan’s first time playing the zither.

"So it was really your first time playing the zither, huh? If it were someone else, that person wouldn’t even believe you." Long Yuyan spoke with a soft smile on her face.

Then her expression suddenly turned serious, and she asked, "By the way, how did you know the name of the zither? I do not recall ever telling you the name of this zither."

"It’s complicated," Yuan replied with a stiff smile. He didn’t plan to tell her about his reincarnations.

"Fine. Since you don’t want to reveal it, I won’t force you to say it. Everyone has secrets, and I respect other people’s secrets." She sighed softly and didn’t pester him to reveal it.

Yuan then picked up the Whispering Moon Zither from the table and stored it inside his System Storage.

The mansion was mostly empty. There were no other things besides furniture and some clothes. After all, this wasn’t a secret treasury where treasures were hidden.

"There is nothing else here. Shall we return to Selvariel?" Mireya asked after looking around and finding nothing.

"Sure," Yuan nodded with a smile and returned to the area where the painting was.

He removed the painting from the wall and stored it inside his System Storage. It was a precious piece of art, and he felt the urge to take it with him.

A couple of minutes later, they exited the formation and arrived at the city.

They immediately reunited with Selvariel and listened to her side of the story.

Yuan was surprised to find out that Selvariel hadn’t taken Elyssara’s life and had spared her. And since he had already decided that he would let her decide her fate, he agreed with her.

"Alright. I respect your judgment, Selvariel. We will let her live." Yuan gently pulled her into his arms and hugged her for a while.

A few moments later, he gathered all the angels and ordered them to protect the island.

And as for Elyssara, she could do whatever she wanted. He didn’t want to decide her future since Selvariel had already decided to let her live.

"Lady Yuyan, you should create a protective formation around the device just in case. I don’t trust these people at all." Yuan said to her.

"Alright. Give me a hundred Spirit Stones, and I’ll create a basic defensive formation to protect the device." Long Yuyan replied with a smile.

Yuan immediately handed her the Spirit Stones, and she began working on creating the formation around the teleportation device.

A couple of minutes later, she finished the formation, which surrounded the device in a dome-like structure.

"It’s a Tier Two formation that can easily block anyone from entering with bad intentions, as well as block any attacks." Long Yuyan gave Yuan and the others a brief explanation of the formation she had created.

"Good. Now let’s return to the Imperial Palace and inform the Emperor about the situation." Yuan said, nodding his head with a smile.

’Grandma and the others are probably worried sick about us right now...’ Yuan sighed softly.

A couple of hours later, they returned to the Imperial Palace of the Lionheart Empire.

As soon as the Emperor heard the news about the gods falling to Yuan and the others, he almost lost consciousness from shock and disbelief.

"W-Wh-What did you just say?!?!" He exclaimed loudly, his voice resounding across the palace walls.
