The Sect Master and Core Elders debated using outsiders for their formations, fearing betrayal. They considered Anthony, but felt it wrong to rely on him too heavily. Ultimately, they decided to use the treasures Anthony brought back to hire help, and Anthony allowed Lora Vake to select his share of the spoils, providing her with a comprehensive guide.

The Core Elders and the Sect Master simply nodded once more as they finally understood what was happening, still choosing not to say anything.

"So, this girlfriend of yours, who is she, and when do we get to meet her?"

Null Nathaniel asked, his attention focusing on Anthony once more as he couldn’t help but wonder what kind of woman had hooked Anthony like a fish.

Anthony remained silent for a moment before speaking as he shook his head.

"Unfortunately, you won’t be meeting her anytime soon unless she agrees to leave whatever she is doing and come here. Right now, she is in another Upper Galaxy, as she ascended there with me from the Acarnis Galaxy. I plan to visit the Upper Galaxy she ascended to soon."

Anthony explained calmly. He had indeed made plans to visit Vega after all this. Of course, he would leave after a few days, once he had made sufficient preparations to ensure that the Null Sect wouldn’t be wiped out in his absence and to take care of other matters.

Hearing that Anthony was planning to visit another Upper Galaxy, the Core Elders and the Sect Master became uneasy. Although they couldn’t show it on their faces, how could they remain calm after hearing such news?

Although Anthony had called it a visit, who didn’t know how long such visits usually took? Their own visits took centuries at a minimum, and if Anthony spent that amount of time away, they might as well just hand over their heads, wouldn’t they?

But this was something they would discuss with Anthony when they were alone, not at that moment.

The Above Disciples, who didn’t seem to have thought about this, were instead curious about Anthony’s girlfriend.

"So, how powerful is she compared to you?"

Chu Feng asked, as powerful beings were often attracted to others on their level. It was rare for someone to be with another person who was weaker than them or didn’t even come close to matching their strength.

Anthony remained silent for a moment before shaking his head as he replied.

"I don’t know how powerful she has become since her ascension, but you could say that I’m practically the only person more talented than her throughout existence."

He answered with a bit of pride in his voice.

Tory Hale remained silent for a moment before speaking.

"So, another monster like you. Now I’m curious."

His imagination was running wild, as he didn’t consider that Anthony might simply be boasting about his woman and hyping her up unnecessarily.

The other Above Disciples shared his curiosity, but before they could say anything else, the Deceiver of Laws cleared his throat as he spoke.

"We are deviating from the matter at hand here."

The Above Disciples immediately froze for a moment before closing their mouths.

Anthony turned towards the Core Elders and the Sect Master with a shake of his head and a smile on his face. He waved his hand, creating six Memory Crystals containing information about the remaining treasures.

They took the Memory Crystals and shattered them, their bodies freezing in place for a moment as they absorbed the information. Within five minutes, they were already done going through everything, with Null Nathaniel processing the entire contents in seconds, as his mental processing capacity seemed utterly ridiculous.

The Core Elders and the Sect Master nodded at Anthony as a gesture of thanks without actually saying the words. Anthony nodded back at them.

He raised a hand as Thought Conception came alive once more. He immediately created a Space Ring and poured the treasures into it. Floating forward, he handed it directly to Nathaniel before returning the Sect Master Hall to its original internal space.

They all floated down and landed on their feet as Nathaniel returned to his Sect Master seat. Upon sitting down, his eyes fell on the Above Disciples as he began to speak once more.

"In light of Null Anthony’s immense and immeasurable contributions to the sect, I, as the Sect Master, hereby appoint Anthony as the Sixth Core Elder of the Null Sect!"

At his words, everyone froze. Even the Core Elders were caught off guard, as this had never been planned. But in the next moment, the Core Elders regained their composure as light smiles appeared across their faces. They couldn’t help but praise the Sect Master for being so smart and swift in his decision.

With Anthony talking about leaving to visit his girlfriend, the man had immediately made him a Core Elder in an attempt to tie him to the sect. Not that a title like Core Elder could hold Anthony back or anything of the sort, but it was still something. It was either that or Anthony becoming the Sect Master, as the Null Sect didn’t have a position like Vice Sect Master or anything of the sort.

Lora Vake, Chu Feng, Tory Hale, and Jerry turned their eyes towards Anthony in utter speechlessness. Their eyes trembled for a moment as they looked at the boy before them, who had jumped from Above Disciple, skipping the positions of Outer Elder and Inner Elder, and gone straight to the title of Core Elder.

Their minds immediately snapped back to the moment when Anthony had discussed the rankings without including himself. They couldn’t help but speculate that Anthony might have foreseen the future at the time, and when they had reminded him that he was an Above Disciple just like them, he had given them a lame excuse.

But at the same time, they felt that it made sense. What Anthony had contributed was something nobody else had done since the creation of the Null Sect. Besides, what was the Null Sect supposed to do? Keep him as an Above Disciple? Someone with the power and ability to wipe out Eternal Apexes? Wouldn’t that be shamelessly bullying the others?

A smile couldn’t help but appear on their faces. With Anthony, they now had a genuine connection to a Core Elder. If he hadn’t put on airs around them until now, even with all his power, why would he start doing so now that he had become a Core Elder, especially when the position itself didn’t grant anyone any additional destructive power?

Anthony, who was standing before them, opened his lips as he spoke.

"I humbly refuse, Sect Master."

His expression remained unchanged as he met the Sect Master’s eyes.

The shock that had just begun to settle returned as everyone doubted their ears and eyes once more.
