As the enemy horde advanced, Anthony summoned millions of summoned beings to fight. The Progenitor Chaos Betroth unleashed a devastating attack, but a shield-wielding Progenitor intercepted it. They engaged in a fierce battle, with Chaos Betroth's overwhelming power clashing against the shield user's defense. Just as Chaos Betroth was about to unleash another devastating blow, ten other Progenitors appeared, but she met their attacks head-on, revealing her true, chaotic nature.

As Chaos Betroth moved, the Shadow Soldiers pounced forward like agile cats. The Above disciples didn’t hesitate; they might have wanted to take a step back yesterday and hide within the Divine Realm, but that time and thought were long gone. At this moment, it was all or nothing for them.

Chu Feng was the first to move, his figure a blur as the Law Of Creation hummed around him. The sword he had bought from the Merchant earlier appeared in his hand from his space ring; he had decided to stop hiding.

His Law Of Time had already touched the Embodiment stage, which was ridiculous, as he didn’t possess any cheat ability like Tory Hale did.

As he appeared within a group of Star Monarchs, his Greater Law Of Time slowed the enemies down to a complete halt. Before any of them could even think to blink, his sword flashed with a dark light as a thin black line appeared across their throats.

He unfroze them, their bodies hitting the ground before their heads, blood splattering, but he didn’t stop. With his immense strength and Laws, various Star Monarch cultivators were like children to him.

It didn’t matter which Law they used, it didn’t matter what ability they activated; he was faster, he reacted before they even did, and his attacks were sharper than any of their blades or weapons could be.

A halberd came from the side as Chu Feng sensed the Law Of Direction being manipulated. He moved to dodge the attack from the halberd, but his opponent’s Law Of Direction made him move in reverse.

As the attack was about to tear through his skin, his Law Of Motion hummed yet again as he slipped through time itself, his figure appearing behind his opponent as though he had teleported. His opponent merely snorted, unimpressed, the man manipulating direction once more as he instantly turned, matching Chu Feng’s speed effortlessly.

With a clanging sound, metal met metal, but the moment the two metals met, the man’s own shattered into pieces. Before he could even react or do anything else, Chu Feng was already in motion, his black sword decapitating the man like a hot knife through butter.

He didn’t stop. The moment he felt blood on his blade and the feeling of life vanishing, he was already anticipating and reacting to his next opponent, never taking glee or triumph in killing someone weaker.

Chu Feng was a man who could match geniuses from these top-tier organizations and defeat them if he so wanted.

In another direction, Tory Hale moved like a madman. He had over five Laws pushed to the Embodiment stage, and he didn’t hide any of them at this moment as he had in the past.

His body moved fluidly between attacks as he had the Law Of Water at the Embodiment stage. He didn’t parry; he simply dodged as if there was the tiniest gap he could move into, he would. After all, that was one of the essences of water itself.

A sound wave blast attack came from a direction, but he simply turned around, his hand moving to his sabre hanging on his waist. He didn’t hesitate to draw it as he swung it upwards in a calm motion. There was no Law, no Origin Essence, no nothing, just pure original swordsmanship enhanced by nothing.

The sound wave tore into perfect halves, then collapsed with body-shattering power that slammed into the opponents that surrounded Tory Hale. But Tory Hale’s opponents weren’t small fries; each of them easily defended themselves, some through their own Laws, some through Origin Essence barriers, and some simply moving fast enough to dodge in time.

But Tory Hale didn’t miss that opening. Everyone had reacted defensively one way or the other, and he capitalized on that like a demon. His body vanished as the Law Of Darkness hummed around him, the Law Of Water vanishing as his sabre turned into twin daggers and he instantly moved like an assassin in league with the Vanishing Reapers.

He jumped out from people’s shadows; the moment he reappeared, he aimed for the next. The moment he sliced the throat, he was gone, his body dissipating into shadows. He reappeared in another direction, with the same method, the same death, the same motion.

Within that single instant of reaction, he had killed tens of Star Monarchs like they were nothing. While they might all be on the same cultivation rank, and some even a minor rank above him, it didn’t mean they all possessed the same combat strength, combat sense, genius, and the like.

As he moved to end another, the disciple reacted as though he too possessed the Law Of Darkness. With a clanging sound, metal met metal, the shrieking sound slamming into their eardrums. The disciple didn’t slow; he instantly manipulated the Law Of Darkness and made Tory Hale see total Darkness. But before Tory Hale could erase the effect with his own Law Of Darkness, the disciple acted first, his blade moving as he bisected Tory Hale’s body from the waist.

But before he could even grin, the body he had just bisected vanished. It was an illusion all along. After all, Tory Hale possessed the Law Of Illusion, which was also at the Embodiment stage.

Before the disciple could as much as blink, he was decapitated with a swing from Tory Hale’s katana. The man expertly changed weapons as he also had the Law Of Weapons under his belt, making him proficient in all weapons.

Lora Vake wasn’t far behind. She might be weaker than Tory Hale and Chu Feng, but it didn’t diminish her brilliance. Unlike the first two, who ended their opponents with their first attacks, she had to exchange a few more blows with them before she could end them. She wasn’t a walking cheat like them, but her talent remained among the best of the Null Sect.

Her chain moved as she whipped it at an incoming opponent’s neck. The opponent immediately slid to his knees as he dodged underneath the attack. Lora Vake stepped on her chain, changing its direction. The chain moved downward, wrapping around the man’s neck.

Lora Vake didn’t delay; she pulled the man forward, then used him as she swung, slamming his body into other opponents as she spun around like a ceiling fan. Various booming sounds echoed. She released the man she had by the neck as his body had been battered.

The next moment, her hand met the earth, and from the ground, metallic spikes shot out in various lengths and with sharp ends. Bodies were instantly ripped apart before most of them could even blink. She wore a grin on her face as all she saw was the blood her Law Of Metal painted for her, but the next moment, the grin vanished, her head snapping upwards to see a literal meteor dropping from the sky with pinpoint accuracy.

She didn’t slow; her Law Of Metal came alive as a silver surfboard formed beneath her feet. Without looking back, she vanished into the distance, her speed a blur. But her opponent didn’t relent as the meteor changed course. After all, it wasn’t a natural one that was bound to one direction.

As she moved, the Shadow Soldiers below also moved. Although the weaker ones didn’t exactly have Laws or even have them comprehended enough to influence a battlefield of this scale, it didn’t matter. They were immortal, so they simply kept pestering their opponents.

The Dark Knight was Death itself given form. The man showed no mercy; whenever he appeared, death itself prophesied into reality.
