Previously on I Truly Am The Villian...
Chong Wu explains the concept of "world characteristics" and the difference between innate beings from Giant Worlds and acquired beings from other worlds. After Chong Wu departs for the Immortal Star, Xu Zimei learns from the Flying Celestial Devil Elder that the Divine Continent is engaged in conflicts on two fronts: against the Demonic Spirit World for the Elken Basin and against the Madman Star for the Tianzhu World. Xu Zimei then begins devising new plans for the Divine Continent's development, focusing on establishing "Qi luck" and "virtue" by dividing the continent into three paths: Heavenly, Earthly, and Spiritual.
