I'm the King Of Technology Chapter 1969 One step for man, one giant leap for mankind!

1969—One small step for a man, one giant leap for all of mankind!
Inside the vessel, the astronauts found themselves crushed into their seats, the titanic force of the ascent serving as a physical testament to their legendary voyage.
"Oh my God!"
"Oh my Ancestors!"
As the rocket’s intense vibrations rattled their bodies, several crew members offered silent prayers from the depths of their hearts.
Victor’s pulse hammered against his chest as he witnessed Hertfilia shrinking into the distance, replaced by the endless void of the cosmos. "Ahh! We... we actually did it?"
"We did it," Sanchez murmured, his tone thick with reverence.
"Yes," Victor replied with a smile, his eyes shimmering with held-back tears. "Our journey has truly begun."
Who could have ever imagined that a day would come when they would venture into the heavens?
While the astronauts shared tearful smiles, the crowds back on the ground were cheering with such fervor that the world itself seemed to tremble.
"Look! Just look! It really is round!!! His Majesty Landon was correct. The world is a SPHERE!"
Many people clutched their faces, weeping with joy as they hugged one another and leaped in excitement; today was the ultimate proof that their faith in following His Majesty Landon was justified.
Indeed!
If the world were a flat plane, why would a ship’s horizon appear curved instead of revealing everything at once?
Why would the peak of a mountain be the first thing to emerge from the distance before the base gradually appeared?
(^~^~^^)
Round! It was round!
A force known as gravity was responsible for holding everything together on this spherical world!
Nevertheless, they had to concede that Hertfilia was staggeringly massive.
It seemed to take an eternity before they could capture a complete view of the entire planet.
"It's so breathtaking..."
The swirling blues and the vast continents blended together in a magnificent display.
Some observers were already identifying specific regions, confirming that the globes used in classrooms were perfectly accurate. Soon, the Zeus—the name bestowed upon the rocket—began its approach toward the moon. Everyone held their breath as the massive structure came to a halt in the vacuum of space near the lunar surface. Then, they watched in shock as the astronauts unfastened their restraints but did not fall.
"Ahhh!! Are they floating? What kind of sorcery is this?"
"Hmph! All of you who mocked the Science Column in the newspapers must be feeling foolish now. If you want to know, they are floating because of Zero-gravity!"
"Wait, I’ve heard of Gravity, but what is Zero-gravity?"
"Well, it happens when blah, blah, blah, blah..."
...
Incredible!
To the multitudes watching below, the footage was an experience they would carry to their graves.
As the rocket locked into its final path, a profound tranquility settled over the crew.
They drifted within the weightless environment, every movement slow and calculated. The moon loomed large ahead of them, a distant goal that was finally within reach.
"Look at her," Landon remarked, gesturing toward the viewing port. "Hertfilia... she is beautiful, the very reason we ventured out here."
The crew drifted together, staring back at the blue marble they called home.
In that singular moment, the sheer weight of their mission became clear.
They were no longer mere astronauts or travelers; they were the ambassadors of the human race, striking out into the great unknown.
"Everyone, let’s make history," Landon said softly, his voice ringing with resolve. "It is time to touch the moon!"
-Tick-tock. Tick-tock.
Time seemed to stretch for everyone in Hertfilia and those in the stars. A section of the rocket detached from the main body, slowly descending toward the lunar surface.
Almost there... nearly there...
Bam!
The triangular craft planted its landing struts on the moon. Shortly after, the hatch swung open, revealing the astronauts as they prepared to plant their flags.
3... 2... 1...
"AHHHHHHHHHHH!!!~*"
The spectators erupted into a frenzy.
"Look! That’s my Titarian flag!"
"Ahh! I am so overwhelmed with joy; I could die in peace tonight! Why does my Caronian flag look so incredibly cool today?" (^~^~^~^)
Pure happiness.
People were grinning from ear to ear, but their excitement reached a breaking point when they saw Landon leap from a great height down to the lunar soil.
Immediately, the eyes of the watching scientists bulged like pool balls.
"It’s true! It’s all true! The gravity on the Moon is much weaker than on Hertfilia, which is why they can jump so high and almost fly while walking!"
"Wife! Wife! Even if the heavens themselves forbid it, I must go to the moon one day!"
The speed of descent when jumping on the moon was noticeably slower than on Hertfilia.
Leaping on the lunar surface felt as if one possessed superpowers, covering distances that would be impossible back home.
Victor was stunned to see his own body, which he had known all his life, travel such a vast distance with a single bound.
Who am I? A Moon Man?
Suddenly, he felt the wonder of a child again.
"Hey, I’ll race you, old man. What do you say?"
"Little Momo, you certainly like to pick fights. But do you think I'm afraid?"
Victor was well-acquainted with Little Momo, so he had no reservations about teasing him.
Several others joined the fun, leaping and racing across the Moon. It looked so enjoyable that those back on Hertfilia could only watch with intense envy.
They wanted to go to the Moon too!
Even Angela and Claus, Victor’s children, began to pout with feigned resentment.
"Hmph! Smelly dad. Just wait until you get home; we’ll show you your punishment!"

...
Landon permitted the crew to enjoy themselves as they bounced around, scooping up lunar dust and tossing it into the air. The reporters invited to the mission also performed their duties, capturing stunning images of the cratered lunar landscape.
Alas... what Immortals?
The moon was nothing more than a colossal rock.
It was only by staring into the deep void that they could see other planets and stones drifting in the black abyss called "space!"
Indeed, His Majesty Landon had been right all along.
There were no immortals residing on other planets—only the possibility of lifeforms different from their own.
Now, they began to wonder if they would discover anyone living inside this giant rock called the Moon.
This day alone had unlocked a new frontier for human thought.
Landon, who intended to release a series of Sci-fi and Marvel-style films, would soon provide even more insight into the sprawling galaxies and the worlds beyond.
But for the moment, the world was simply ecstatic to witness man walking on the moon.
Landon raised the Baymardian flag high, firmly planting it into the lunar soil at the highest peak visible from Baymard’s perspective.
At that instant, all of Baymard—even those watching from their homes—stood tall and gave a military salute as they gazed at their flag standing proud on the Moon.
"One step for man, one giant leap for mankind!!"
