Theodore discovers his stats after activating the system and is disappointed by his physical abilities but pleased with his intelligence. He resolves to start a company, perhaps a coffee shop. After showering, he shares a simple but emotional meal with his sister Aurora, reaffirming his commitment to her well-being. They share a touching moment, promising a better future together.

At precisely 6 AM, Theo's eyes snapped open, fully alert and brimming with plans. Today was the day he would acquire the Blue Cloud Coffee Shop, eager to put his business acumen to the test.

Before diving into his entrepreneurial endeavors, Theo embarked on a run around the neighborhood, determined to cultivate a healthier physique. After an hour of exertion, he returned to the apartment, weary but content with his accomplishment.

Following a refreshing shower, he prepared breakfast for Aurora.

Aurora stirred awake just as he finished plating the meal.

While they ate, he inquired,

"Sis, are you heading out today?"

"Yes, I'm going to the library again with Daphne," she replied, taking a sip of her coffee.

"Alright, but make sure to come back early and be careful," he advised.

"Thanks, bro, I will," she responded, rising to get ready.

After bidding Aurora farewell, Theo began his own preparations for a significant and demanding day.

Donning his finest attire, he proceeded to a cyber cafe to research his target. He discovered the Blue Cloud Coffee Shop was conveniently located near the city's state university, yet surprisingly, its business was faltering, teetering on the brink of closure.

'This certainly simplifies things,' he mused with relief. 'Perhaps I can acquire it for under 10k.'

Armed with a meticulously drafted contract, formulated using his newfound knowledge, he set out for the coffee shop.

Upon arriving, Theo surveyed the surroundings, noting a decent foot traffic, realizing the location itself wasn't inherently poor. He then entered the shop, observing that the interior décor was rather unappealing – a jarring mix of styles. However, he recognized its potential, believing a few strategic adjustments could transform it into a presentable establishment.

Approaching the counter, he greeted the sole employee with a warm,

"Good morning! How may I help you?"

He appreciated her pleasant demeanor.

"Good morning! May I speak with the owner of the shop?" Theo asked with a firm tone.

She assessed him, noting his modest clothing was clean, dismissing the thought of him being destitute.

"He's in the back. Please wait a moment," she said before heading towards the rear of the shop.

A short while later, a portly man emerged, regarding Theo with a dismissive air.

"Well, what is it you want?" he asked haughtily.

Theo observed him, concluding that this man would undoubtedly be gone once the shop was under his ownership, clearly not someone he'd want to collaborate with.

"I wish to purchase the coffee shop," Theo stated plainly.

The man eyed him with suspicion, clearly questioning Theo's financial capacity.

Perceiving the man's doubt, Theo retrieved his older phone, opened his banking app, and displayed a balance of 6k out of his total 10k.

He deliberately withheld the full extent of his funds.

The man's eyes gleamed with newfound interest.

"I'll offer 5k for the shop," Theo declared.

"I require 7k," the man countered.

"My offer stands at 6k – no more, no less," Theo stated resolutely.

The man hesitated, clearly tempted to negotiate for more, but upon seeing Theo's unwavering stance, he eventually conceded.

Theo took possession of the contract, and they proceeded to meet with a lawyer to finalize the transaction. After dedicating his entire morning to the legalities, the deal was sealed.

By the afternoon, it was official: the Blue Cloud Coffee Shop was now Theo's property.

Once the previous owner departed, Theo re-entered the shop and encountered the same employee from earlier. She had witnessed the entire morning's proceedings and was quite surprised to learn he was her new boss. 'I truly hope he's a better manager than that incompetent fellow who couldn't even run a proper business,' she thought to herself.

Theo approached her, ready to engage.

"Hello, apologies for not introducing myself properly this morning. I am Theodore Gray, your new employer. Could you perhaps explain the operations of the coffee shop?" he asked with a smile.

"Hello, Mr. Gray, there's no need to apologize. My name is Samantha Walker, and I work as the barista here. I'm the only employee, and our business struggles primarily because the former owner lacked the basic skills to manage a coffee shop," she stated candidly.

Theo regarded her with approval. She presented herself as professional, far beyond what one might expect from a typical barista.

"You mentioned he was inept? How could you tell?" Theo inquired.

"Well, I was studying business management at Bluefire State University, but unfortunately, I couldn't afford the tuition fees, forcing me to leave college midway. So, I do possess some knowledge in that field," she explained with a sigh.

Theo looked at her, astonishment dawning on his face. According to the memories he had assimilated, Bluefire State University was indeed the most prestigious institution in Elffire City, renowned nationwide for its academic rigor and demanding admission standards. The fact that she had to abandon her studies due to financial constraints resonated with him deeply.

As Theo observed her – a beautiful young woman with blonde hair and striking blue eyes – he saw not just her appearance, but a potential ally, a hidden gem who could be instrumental in his grand ambitions, his path to conquest.
