I am the Entertainment Tycoon Chapter 5 First Employee

"I have a proposition for you. I will promote you to be my manager, and you will take care of everything in this shop for me. I will present a business management plan for you, and you will put it into practice. Of course, I will also raise your salary according to your position," Theo stated, looking directly into Sam's eyes.
Her eyes widened in disbelief at the generous offer. She hadn't even earned a degree in management, which was precisely why she was working as a barista despite her knowledge in the field.
"Yes! Thank you so much for this opportunity!" she exclaimed, overcome with emotion.
While the salary wasn't quite enough to cover her tuition fees, it was a job in a field she loved, and she was profoundly grateful for the chance.
"That's great!" Theo replied, a smile gracing his lips.
'Now I have someone with the necessary knowledge to assist me,' he mused internally.
"How about we close the shop so I can explain my plans for it?" Theo suggested to her.
"Yes, allow me to do that. We can go to the back; there's a computer where we can manage everything," she responded, rising to prepare the shop for closure.
Upon reaching the back room, Theo began to articulate his vision for the shop, and they spent hours discussing it, ultimately crafting a comprehensive management plan on the computer.
Sam's eyes sparkled with excitement, recognizing the high probability of success for such a well-structured plan. The shop was poised for a significant increase in customers following the impending revamp.
Once their discussion concluded, Theo shifted his attention to Sam's employment contract. He offered a substantial raise and officially appointed her as the shop's manager. After printing the document, he presented it to her for review and signature.
After reading through the terms, she signed without a second thought; it was truly a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
Unbeknownst to her, this very moment marked the beginning of an extraordinary turn in her life, setting her on a path to become one of the most influential women on the planet.
"Here's to a successful partnership!" Theo toasted with a smile.
"Here's to a successful partnership!" Sam reciprocated with a smile.
After settling all the details, they bid each other farewell until the next day, which would herald the first day of the coffee shop's transformation.
As Theo headed home, he passed by a grocery store and a thought crossed his mind: 'I could buy something delicious to make for Aurora.'
He arrived home with the groceries just as Aurora did. After freshening up, they prepared dinner together, discussing their respective days.
They ate dinner, and Theo promptly fell asleep afterward, utterly exhausted from the day's endeavors.
Theo awoke at 6 AM and went for his customary morning run, feeling invigorated by the exercise.
Upon returning home, he prepared breakfast, but Aurora remained asleep.
Theo surmised she wouldn't be going out that day. After all, it was summer vacation, with approximately two and a half months remaining before classes resumed, so he figured letting her sleep longer was reasonable.
He then got ready to head to the coffee shop. As he was leaving, he left a note for Aurora, informing her he was going to work and had left food in the refrigerator for her.
The following three days unfolded in a similar pattern.
Theo would wake early for his run, then proceed to the coffee shop to oversee the renovation. He invested an additional two thousand on the shop's decor.
Yet, after three days of dedicated work, the Blue Cloud Coffee Shop was completely revitalized, boasting a fresh, appealing aesthetic designed to attract customers.
A new barista, whom Sam vouched for professionally, joined the team. They were all set for the reopening the next day, and although a large-scale announcement wasn't feasible,
they still spread the word within the neighborhood and via social media channels.
Theo was at home, engrossed in reading about business management. He discovered he could enhance his knowledge through diligent study, which was a welcome relief as he preferred not to rely solely on the system. He had successfully elevated his knowledge level the previous day.
'System, status,' he commanded.

'My status attributes have improved with my morning workouts, and I'm feeling better than ever.'
'I'm halfway to leveling up my BM skill. I aim to reach the next level before completing my mission, allowing me to advance to Level 4 instead of just Level 3.'
Theo continued his studies at the table while Aurora relaxed on the couch, watching television. She looked stunning even in her casual attire, easily one of the most beautiful girls he had ever seen.
Her grey hair, tied back in a ponytail, lent her a mature air. Despite her underdeveloped physique at 16 years old, a result of subpar nutrition, she already rivaled professional models. With healthier eating habits, she would undoubtedly blossom into a full-fledged beauty capable of captivating millions of hearts.
