The convoy was moving nonstop. The female wizard stopped asking after thinking about her family situation. She knew it was important to reach her home safely.

The female guardian sighed in relief. She had been worried that the young lady would be adamant, but now the problem was solved.

She focused on the surroundings. She spread her mental power to observe the area, well aware of the tricks of other forces.

They had sent a Magic Lord as the guardian for their representatives. The female wizard dared not stop anywhere.

In fact, she wanted to take the young lady back alone to their country, the Wave Nation. But the lady wanted the followers to be safe as well.

The VIPs who had attended the auction were not from their nation.

Two of them were from a nearby nation. She had encountered them decades ago during an event. She didn’t know whether those people would recognize her or not.

Whereas the rest of the people were from different regions. She didn’t recognize them, so she was worried that they could still be trying to track them.

Meanwhile,

The raven aircraft was flying smoothly through the night. I fell asleep. The Zero Puppet, in its red smoke form, was paying attention to the surroundings.

A few minutes later,

I heard the system reminder in my mind.

[Ding! A vehicle convoy is detected ahead.]

I opened my eyes. My gaze swept across the area. I didn’t see any convoy on the ground; it could be miles ahead.

I turned toward the Zero Puppet. I told the Zero Puppet to go ahead and check whether a convoy was moving ahead.

The Zero Puppet in its red smoke form left through the cockpit window. It rushed straight ahead.

On the other hand, the large convoy was moving forward. The female wizard and the guardian were observing the surroundings.

Not only them; the followers were keeping an eye on the surroundings as well.

Right then, red smoke appeared in midair. It moved forward across the sky. The Red Smoke saw the large convoy moving ahead.

It headed toward the large flying vehicles. The Red Smoke drew closer to them. After descending, it went from one convoy vehicle to another.

None of the people could see or sense the presence of the red smoke. Even the old female Magic Lord didn’t sense the presence of an intruder.

The Red Smoke then identified the wizards and gathered background information about them. It identified the Magic Lord guardian and the female Supreme Wizard.

Then it went to the first convoy vehicle and learned about their journey and a few other details from the followers.

The Zero Puppet understood that these people had escaped from the earlier fight. Now they were heading back to their country.

Meanwhile,

The aircraft was moving at a slow speed. But with the help of the system, I was keeping track of them. Earlier, I had made the right decision to slow down the aircraft.

If the raven aircraft had moved fast, I would have encountered the large convoy earlier.

An unnecessary fight could have broken out. I was eager to know who was behind the large convoy.

Now I was waiting for the Zero Puppet to come back.

15 minutes later,

The Red Smoke returned to the raven aircraft. It entered the cockpit through the window.

"Master, I have gathered enough information," the Zero Puppet said.

Hearing that, I told the Zero Puppet to brief me. Then the Zero Puppet said, "Master, the convoy belongs to the Supreme Wizard who attended the Market City Auction earlier."

"She belongs to a nation near the sea called the Wave Nation. She bought the final auction item for her father, who was injured," she added with a smile.

Hearing that, my eyes flashed with understanding. If they were actually from the Wave Nation, then they had to know about the Black Mists Forbidden Land.

My eyes gleamed. I hadn’t expected to get a breakthrough. I could avoid unnecessary stops hereafter.

Next, I increased the speed of the aircraft. The raven aircraft rushed forward across the sky. In a flash, the raven aircraft arrived above the large moving convoy.

Inside the aircraft, I put on the mask again.

The large convoy vehicles stopped moving. Two figures appeared in midair. They were the guardian and the female Supreme Wizard.

Both of them looked at each other. They had never seen such a modern aircraft before. Their faces were grim.

The followers exited the vehicles and flew toward the young lady and the elder to stand behind them.

They stood in front of the raven aircraft. Everyone’s face was filled with a little bit of apprehension, and curiosity showed in their eyes.

I stopped the aircraft. Next, I opened the cockpit and appeared in midair.

Seeing the masked man, the guardian and the female wizard were surprised, because they remembered someone wearing a mask walking out of the fifth room in that auction house.

"Who are you?" the female guardian asked.

Meanwhile, the female Supreme Wizard looked at the masked man and the modern aircraft. She was sure that the masked man was the one who had attended the auction.

The followers stood behind them nervously.

I smiled and said, "My identity doesn’t matter. I pose no harm to you. I’m going to a place near the Wave Nation."

"I thought I was traveling alone and didn’t expect to encounter a convoy on the way. If I’m not wrong, you are going in the same direction as well."

"If possible, I want to know about the Wave Nation. If your information is useful, I will give you a reward," I added.

"We are from the Wave Nation. Now we are heading back home," the young female Supreme Wizard said.

"Young Lady!" the old female Magic Lord uttered in shock. She hadn’t expected the young lady to expose her background.

Hearing that, the female Supreme Wizard smiled and said, "Elder, don’t worry."

She then turned toward the masked man and said, "Let’s not pretend. I saw you at the auction house. Are you after the final auction item as well?"
