Upon reaching the city, I appeared inside the system space along with the aircraft. The zero puppet in red smoke form was sitting in the next seat.

Swoosh!

I appeared back outside alone. My feet touched the ground. Next, I started walking on foot to the city.

When I got there, I noticed there were a few wandering wizards outside. There were no long queues. A few people could be seen going in and coming out of the city.

I approached the entry gate. The guard there asked for my ID. Of course, he was nervous. He was a Level-5 Wizard, but he was scared, even though I was hiding my mana presence.

The guard was intimidated after seeing me. Next, I showed the badge of the Crystal City. It was one of the satellite cities under the Magic City.

They decided to check the authenticity. When the badge was verified, I walked inside the city. I came across a bustling crowd and busy streets.

My gaze passed over the crowd. I was looking for a cab. It didn’t take long for me to find one. I asked the driver to take me to the main hotel here.

10 minutes later,

The driver dropped me off at the hotel named Mount. The name came after the city. Next, I checked in. I booked a premium suite for one day in their six-floor hotel.

The premium suite was located on the top floor. The manager got the access card. He took me to the top floor in the elevator.

Creak!

After reaching the 6th floor, there were only two rooms present. One was on the left side of the corridor, and one was on the right side.

Both of them were empty right now. I could use either one of them. I told the staff to select the right-side room. The staff opened the right-side room and began to show me around.

The room was furnished. There were six bedrooms here and two living areas with an attached balcony. The staff gave me the access card.

I accepted the card and thanked him. The staff then nodded his heads and left the room. I looked at the access card before putting it inside the storage bracelet.

"System, check whether the room is safe or not," I asked.

It had become a new routine whenever I visited new places.

[Ding! Tiny recording magic devices were found.]

I was hoping to hear a negative, but I got a positive. I raised my eyebrows in surprise. I didn’t show any big reaction.

Still, I was internally surprised. If they had used magic stones, then the fluctuations would have been sensed by wizards.

Sometimes wizards would ignore the devices. I guessed the same thing was happening at this hotel.

I casually looked around the room. Next, I went to the bathroom. After shutting the door, I scanned the bathroom using the system.

But here, I got a negative answer, which surprised me again. If the culprit was not a pervert, then someone wanted to spy on the previous guest.

A look of understanding dawned on me. Instead of getting help from the zero puppet, I decided to remove the devices one by one with the help of the system.

Even if the person behind the act got angry, there was no way he would target the Silver Tower. Unless he was from the Magic Tower, but I didn’t think that was the case.

I retrieved the devices and destroyed them. The room was safe now. I once again used the system to verify. After getting confirmation, I brought the members outside.

Including Lady Caitlin, everyone was taken aback by the spacious room here. Then I explained the situation to them.

The members were all excited and wanted to explore the city. They were all Supreme Wizards and Magic Lords.

When I heard their questions, I told them to return before morning. We would be leaving then.

Otto and Patrick went to the open balcony. They used their flight ability to leave. Hank and old man Rock did the same.

Just as Otto and Patrick had become a fighting duo, these two had become an investigation duo as well. Finally, Lady Caitlin did the same.

She didn’t speak much, but she understood that her New Master was not a bully. He considered them members.

She then left the place. When everyone was gone, I brought one more person outside. That person was none other than the zero puppet.

The zero puppet was in red smoke form. I told the zero puppet to explore the city. The zero puppet too left the hotel room through the balcony.

In medium-sized cities, sightings of higher-level wizards were rare. It could practically be said to be zero for Supreme Wizards.

Yet, three Supreme Wizards and two Magic Lords were exploring the city right now. No one would be able to find them.

In the hotel, I relaxed on the sofa and began browsing to order some food. I didn’t know when the next city would come.

I took the device out and checked the map. I saw there were no immediate cities after Bellmount City. There would be a couple of days of continuous travel.

After figuring that out, I put away the device. I ordered the food.

15 minutes later,

The staff came with a food tray. The staff served the food before leaving. I began to feast.

Similarly,

Otto and Patrick were exploring the city. After some time, they each separated and explored the city alone. A similar thing happened with Hank and old man Rock.

Hank mustered the courage to explore alone. Old man Rock had already told him that there were no powerful wizards in the city.

They might be the only Magic Lords and Supreme Wizards in the city.

On the other hand, Magic Lord Caitlin went to the local market to explore. The items sold in that market were ordinary.

They might be useful to lower-tier wizards. Even Mid-Level Wizards could find something useful. But for High-Level Wizards, this place was not a market for them.

Yet Magic Lord Caitlin was exploring this market now.
