Gravity Mage with Level-Up System Chapter 2088: Enemies Inside The Hospital

Darkmoon City

Inside the system space, Magic Lord Duncan accepted reality. He didn’t have free will anymore. If he resisted, he would die.

Now the young man before him was the master.

"Don’t try to reveal anything to others. Especially to the Magic Tower people. You will die without knowing," I said.

Duncan felt a cold chill on his back. He felt the young man was not joking, and the pain earlier was real.

"What do you want me to do?" he asked.

Hearing that, I threw the healing potion to him. Magic Lord Duncan caught it. He recognized the potion. He immediately drank it.

When the healing magic potion entered his body, his internals began to heal. Duncan heaved a sigh of relief. He then looked towards the young man.

"You are going to live your life in the Black Tower. But you will be sharing intel with me. Especially when the intel is related to the Silver Tower and me," I said.

"Silver Tower," Duncan uttered in surprise.

He then realized that he didn’t know the identity of the young man at all.

"Who are you?" he asked.

He saw only the young man here. He could not sense the zero puppet in the red smoke form here.

"It’s time to tell you. My name is Vincent Carey. I’m the Supreme Wizard of the Silver Tower," I said.

"Vincent Carey," he uttered.

The name rang a bell in his mind. The next second, his expression changed drastically.

"No way," he uttered in disbelief.

He knew about the young genius wizard seed recruited by the Silver Tower some time ago. That wizard seed had impressed everyone by quickly becoming an official member and later becoming the Supreme Wizard.

He didn’t expect that young man to be his new Master.

"You can take your time to heal. I will drop you off at the next city. You can go back to Darkmoon City to continue with your work."

"I want you to come once a week to Crystal City’s Appraiser Frank Shop to report to me," I said.

After saying that, I checked his condition. His status profile appeared before my eyes. I noticed he was not dying, but he was weak right now.

Then I checked his magic power and other spells. Then I closed the status panel.

Duncan obeyed the command.

Next, I took the zero puppet along with me to Gregor Mansion.

Magic Lord Duncan continued to stand there for a couple of minutes. Only then did the realization dawn on him.

He then sat cross-legged on the ground to heal.

In the control room, I saw that the vehicle had left the city. Now it was going to some other location. I ordered the puppet to watch them.

If they reached the next city or the car became empty, it was to inform me. The puppet obeyed the command.

My mission to Darkmoon City was fruitful. I had collected valuable information and subdued one more Magic Lord. Next, I went to my room to rest.

Hospital

A few dark figures infiltrated Duncan Hospital. It happened all of a sudden. They were Supreme Wizards from the Covenant.

Their task was to kill the Supreme Wizards and other higher-ups. There was no need to waste time dealing with the patients.

Their appearance terrified the people in the corridor. All the patients and assistants attending to them backed away.

Clearly, they felt the pressure of mana radiating from them.

Each of the Covenant members went to different floors. The Senior Wizard went to the top floor. Amaira entered one of the middle floors.

They quickly began to target the doctors who happened to be Supreme Wizards. It didn’t take long for the killings to take place.

People fleeing from the hospital shared the news of a powerful team of wizards coming to the hospital. Their attire didn’t seem to be local.

No one took it seriously until the screams started coming from the second and third floors. People noticed something wrong happening inside the hospital.

They began reporting it to the city officials. When the city officials got the message, they immediately sent it to City Lord Conrad.

City Lord Conrad and Magic Lord Gaston were investigating another part of the city. When City Lord Conrad got the message, he immediately read it.

After reading the message, his expression changed drastically. He knew the hospital belonged to Magic Lord Duncan. If something happened to the hospital, he wouldn’t be spared.

He shared the news with Magic Lord Gaston, who was taken aback by it. Gaston thought Duncan would be at his place.

If he was not there, who was going to stop the problem? Gaston shook his head before standing up. He decided to go there with City Lord Conrad.

A few minutes later,

Magic Lord Gaston arrived first. He scanned the whole hospital. He saw different bodies on each floor. Their bodies were the bodies of Supreme Wizards.

Gaston didn’t know what to make of it. He wondered whether the enemy had taken action. He then continued to investigate and found no one.

He realized that the culprits had fled after killing the people. He spread his mental power around the area. He quickly found the fleeing figures in dark costumes.

As Gaston’s mental power swept across them, he figured out their strength.

"They were all Supreme Wizards," he commented.

He realized City Lord Conrad hadn’t lied to them.

Swoosh!

City Lord Conrad appeared right then.

"Give out the alerts. The city is under attack," Gaston said before rushing after them.

He didn’t even ask whether the City Lord was coming or not.

Buzz!

Next, Conrad gave instructions to the officials. Then a loud alarm started blaring from the City Lord’s office. The sound spread across the city.

Everyone was shocked and alerted. Those who were sleeping were awakened by the sound. The sound meant the city was under attack right now. The old fellows knew it, and they immediately went into hiding.

As for the other people, they watched the news. The broadcasts urged people to hide in shelters. It didn’t take long for the news to spread across the city.
