I’m observing the Magic Lord Raymond from the control room. This guy is trying to find the end of the system space, but he’s unable to do so.

He had released magic spell attacks from his inventory, but every single one has failed.

Right now, he has given up and is sitting cross-legged on the ground. He closed his eyes, anticipating someone to appear.

I saw through his thoughts. My mouth curves into an arc; I didn’t expect the plan would become successful that easily. Now, my heart is relaxed.

Next, I have to leave the city and go back to the mountain range. I hope the little girl is safe. Not many days have passed since I left the mountain range. I should find some travel service to go back to Pebble City.

My gaze then turned towards the mirror. The butler left the room. No one is inside; the room is empty now. I’m waiting for the right chance to leave.

Swoosh!

The next second, I appeared outside. I used the system probe function.

[Ding! The butler is waiting outside.]

The system voice sounded in my mind. I didn’t feel good. I should leave the carrier. I don’t think I can leave that easily after reaching the capital city.

I had no choice; I have to wait for the old man to leave now. Then, I heard some conversations outside. The butler is speaking to staff to clean the room. There are broken plates here.

The food is scattered across the ground. Hearing that, I felt it was the right opportunity. Then my gaze fell on the bathroom.

Next, I picked up a few plates in my hand, entered the bathroom, and waited for the staff to appear.

Creak!

The door opened. Three staff members entered the room one by one. No one is saying anything. The butler closed the door.

Seeing that, I appeared outside with a neutral face. I carried the food plate with me. The staff saw me and asked no questions.

They didn’t know about the earlier incident. They assumed a staff member had come in before them.

I was worried, but seeing that no one was reacting, my heart relaxed. Then I looked towards the door. I knew the old man was waiting outside.

A quick gleam appeared in my eyes.

I opened the door and started heading towards the basement kitchen without turning around. The old man’s fleeting gaze fell on my back, but that was all, he didn’t probe further.

I had never taken such a risk before; it was like walking on thin ice. Soon, I reached the entrance to the basement.

There is no camera installed here, nor any other digital tech. So, I walked along the path. Before I could reach the kitchen area, I put the food plates in the dustbin.

Next, I walked straight towards the emergency exit door. I knew the path. I had come across others, but there were no problems.

I wanted to leave before the old man found out the trickery. Soon, I reached the emergency exit. The scene in front of me was stunning.

Someone had used their magic to block the door. It was well within my expectations. I immediately used the system to shield my presence so no one could sense me.

The next second, I pressed against the door. I used a little bit of magic power. The door exploded, and a big opening appeared.

I immediately jumped down through the gap. The next second, the city came into view. There were serious high-rise buildings below me.

But I immediately used the flight ability to land on the rooftop of one of the buildings. The process went smoothly.

After landing, I immediately used the power of the system to check; no one sensed me. Then, I found the doorway to exit.

From there, I used the elevator to reach the first floor. No one would have imagined someone just appeared on top of the building and is now going to the first floor.

The butler was confronting the three staff members. He was sure that only three people had entered the room. After that, one person carrying a food plate had exited, followed by the three staff.

He was perplexed. He couldn’t explain it, but after inquiring with the staff, he learned that someone was already inside the room.

The staff member had a food plate in his hand. After seeing the other staff, he had walked out of the room. The staff are mostly new, so it’s normal for them not to recognize the person.

They had assumed he was one of their own. The butler was angry, but he couldn’t take his anger out on others; it was his fault.

He immediately gave an order. He ordered everyone to gather at the deck ASAP, including the staff and the person in the captain’s room.

He doesn’t want the impersonator to escape. He thinks the staff member who walked out earlier was the one who delivered the food to Young Master Raymond.

The staff had come out, but there was no sign of Young Master Raymond. The butler is panicking. The family members and the followers knew something was wrong. The butler is hiding information from them.

The young master was nowhere to be found. Who would dare to provoke the Raymond family? It was beyond their comprehension, yet none dared to voice their inquiries. The butler wielded significant authority, making any questioning impossible. Upon reaching the family estate, the family elder would undoubtedly interrogate the butler. Consequently, silence prevailed for the moment. Soon, everyone assembled on the deck. The butler was aware that the captain was piloting the carrier, accompanied by several assistants. He then employed his mental power to conduct a thorough scan of the entire aircarrier, finding no other individuals present. With everyone gathered, he summoned the manager. His inquiry focused on whether the manager recognized everyone in attendance. The manager responded that the family administration had dispatched them for this assignment, possessing complete details while he only had rudimentary information. The butler instructed him to verify each person's details on the spot. Though time-consuming, the butler insisted on this procedure, fearing severe repercussions if it were omitted.
