Cloud accessed laboratory records, confirming the process involved combining biological regeneration with mechanical reinforcement, and that Sandara and Sylas were subjected to it, including memory and personality erasure. Although Cloud could remove external directives, restoring their memories proved impossible, leading Shane to vow to find a way to bring them back.
