Baibai put her chubby hands on her hips, her eyes scanning him up and down. "Are you mated?"

Manis stiffened. "No, I’m not, but..."

Baibai’s eyes practically burst with bright light! "Then of course I can touch you! You look so handsome!"

Suddenly, her gaze dropped to his collarbone and neck, where faint, shimmering fish scales glinted under the sunlight. Her mouth dropped open. "Wait! You’re a merman beastman?! A real merman?!"

Manis’s entire body went stiff as a board. A dreadful feeling settled deep in his stomach.

"Now you’re coming home with me!" Baibai declared loudly, a triumphant grin spreading across her chubby face.

"I have always wanted a handsome merman beastman! You are so good-looking! Come back with me, and I will definitely give you so many kisses and bear so many chubby babies for you!"

Manis was horrified!

She’s throwing lines at me?! She wants to take me home and force me to mate with her?!

Cold sweat immediately broke out across his forehead. He didn’t want to! This was only their very first meeting, and she was already trying to drag him home like a piece of hunted meat!
