Han Jue, angered by An Mo's presence in the cubs' room, refuses to sleep on the bed and transforms into a giant wolf to sleep on the floor. An Mo, annoyed by Han Jue's dramatic display, secretly plans to remove him before Lanlan wakes up. Later, Han Jue's twin daughters find him and cuddle with him on the floor, much to An Mo's competitive chagrin.

The next day arrived soon, and the house was quickly filled with movement. As the morning light filtered through the windows, the lively cubs once again surrounded the spiritual plants.

The spiritual plants were incredibly tense at the moment. Their leaves trembled and their stems went rigid because they secretly feared that these unruly, energetic beast cubs would definitely bite them or eat them alive.

However, Su Qinglan had already given the cubs a strict ultimatum before they even approached: they were absolutely not allowed to touch the spiritual plants until they were explicitly permitted to do so, and they were strictly forbidden from hurting or beating them.

Thankfully, the sweet cubs always listened to her. They sat in a neat circle, holding their hands to their chests and doing their best to behave, so they did not cause any trouble at all.

Seeing that the cubs were actually gentle and restrained, the older spiritual plants relaxed.

They kindly allowed their younger generation to venture out around the cubs.

Almost immediately, the little plants began to play with the cubs, rustling happily as Little Hua enthusiastically introduced each and every cub to her brothers and cousins.

While the room was filled with laughter and rustling leaves, Stove was literally so silent. He sat in the corner, looking at the playing children with deep longing.

Su Qinglan walked over and gently patted his drooping head. She could see that he was really heartbroken because he truly believed the spiritual plants were going to leave today.

Su Qinglan had also been thinking about the situation all morning; she knew they could not possibly force Little Hua to stay with them when her biological family had literally come all this way to find her at their door.

Finally, alas, when everyone had gathered in the main hall after breakfast, the old grandfather immediately walked in front of them.

Before anyone could say a word, he immediately bowed deeply in front of Su Qinglan and said, "Female beastman, if you allow us, we are willing to stay here in Dragon Beast City."

Su Qinglan was completely stunned. Even Han Jue, Hu Yan, and all her other beast husbands were stunned, their jaws dropping in surprise.

Stove was so stunned that he froze like a statue, his leaves paralyzing as if he could not even believe whether he was really hearing right or not.

Seeing their silence, the grandfather immediately continued with utmost seriousness, "We have realized that you possess a great power. If you could help us...help the younger generation cultivate more easily and retain their human forms easily...I am willing to do absolutely anything for the female master. Even if you want to take me as a slave to serve your household, I would be entirely willing to."

Su Qinglan was stunned as she gasped, her eyes widening in shock. Even Stove gasped at the old man’s extreme words.

Su Qinglan hurriedly waved her hands in panic and said, "There’s no need! Please don’t say such things!"

The old grandfather was immediately stunned by her frantic rejection. A wave of deep dejection washed over him, and his leaves slumped.

He thought she was declining his request entirely and would not allow them to live nearby.

He began thinking desperately of another way. If she wasn’t even moved by the offer of him becoming a slave, then what else could he possibly offer?

Should he offer his life?

If he sacrificed his own thousand-year-old body to feed her and her cubs, it would definitely be highly beneficial for them. Should he propose that instead?

But before he could say anything reckless, Su Qinglan noticed his despair and hurriedly clarified, waving her hands again.

"You misunderstand! There is no need for you to become my slave at all. If you want to stay here, we welcome you. Our Little Hua and Stove would also be incredibly happy! The only reason I hadn’t suggested it myself was because I didn’t want to overstep or hurt your feelings by trying to keep you here."

Su Qinglan spoke with a warm, reassuring gesture, and this time, the old grandfather was the one who was stunned.

His leaves shook with relief and gratitude, and he said, "No, it is a blessing for us. If you could just give them a little bit of your time, letting them cultivate in the presence of your boundless life power, they would definitely grow well. I just want this single favor from the female master."

Su Qinglan smiled gently and immediately said, "You don’t need to call me female master. Just call me Qinglan."

The old man immediately nodded, his face lighting up with immense joy as Su Qinglan finally agreed.

With the main agreement settled, they finally sat down to discuss the logistics of where the plants were going to stay.

This was a massive undertaking, as it was almost a family of fifty spiritual plants in total.

The uncles, aunts, and the remaining parents of these fifteen little spiritual plants were still hiding in a different location out in the wilderness, waiting for news.

They would have to be safely brought here to Dragon Beast City before the blizzard grew any worse.

The plan was set. The spiritual plant clan was officially staying in Dragon Beast City!

But a brand-new problem slammed right into them.

Where on earth were fifty spiritual plants supposed to live?

Under normal circumstances, plants didn’t fear the wilderness. They thrived in it.

But this was the brutal cold season. The freezing temperatures and raging snowstorms would easily frostbite their roots and leaves.

"If we were out in the wild, we would just find a deep mountain cave," the old grandfather plant murmured, rubbing his leaves.

"But we are inside Dragon Beast City," Hu Yan pointed out, crossing his massive arms. "There are no empty caves here. Only houses."

Su Qinglan tapped her chin, thinking deeply.

Suddenly, her eyes lit up.

"I know! Why don’t you all temporarily live in An Mo’s house?"

Silence filled the hall.

Then, a wide, triumphant grin slowly plastered itself across An Mo’s handsome face.

Move the plants into his private house?

That meant he had the perfect, undeniable excuse to pack his bags and move into Su Qinglan’s main house permanently!

"An excellent idea, Lan Lan," An Mo purred smoothly.

He turned his head and shot a playful, deliberate wink right at Su Qinglan.

’Glance!’

A murderous, icy glare instantly shot out from Han Jue’s eyes. The white wolf beastman looked ready to bite his head off.

’This shameless beastman is using the situation to crawl into our house!’

But Han Jue couldn’t argue. It really was the best solution.

With this arrangement, it was loud and clear to everyone... An Mo was finally, officially moving in as part of the family.
