Theron, a figure from Ethan's past, unexpectedly arrived to aid humanity against the Voltari. While Theron engaged the formidable Voltari leader, Ethan and his allies struggled against the remaining powerful fighters. A hesitant Thalorin Patriarch, seeing the shift in power, chose to flee rather than submit to the Voltari. The Voltari leader pursued the fleeing patriarch, ultimately killing him, before returning to face Theron. Theron refused the leader's offer to betray the Outland Beasts, reaffirming his commitment to protecting humanity, and the two peak fighters resumed their intense battle. Meanwhile, Ethan faced the daunting prospect of defending the injured marked woman from six Tier 46 Voltari fighters.
