Wizard: Starting With the Knights Breathing Method Chapter 2914: 592: Frost Giant Returns! Mythical God Descends! (part 2)
Previously on Wizard: Starting With the Knights Breathing Method...
Strands of crimson light pierced into the molting insect.
Levi maintained his eyes firmly closed, while his intense crimson gaze continued to widen steadily. Following an entire month of persistent efforts, Levi at last glimpsed a vision.
In a desolate, shadowy realm, a grand palace towered imposingly, beside which a rotund white silhouette rested with eyes shut tight, appearing deep in sleep.
The figure appeared to detect an observer's presence.
It lifted its head, glancing about in alarm.
"Damn it, this feels like a nightmare, but at my current level, dreaming during rest shouldn't happen... Looks like some powerful entity from the Nightmare World has targeted me.
Rumors say the Void Holy Temple, led by Hera, boldly struck down the Grey Mist Monarch lately; who can guess what's on that woman's mind, copying Nora? The issue is, Nora counts on the Dusk Palace Master, that terrifying powerhouse, so what's her secret weapon?
She's truly courting disaster!
Stirring up chaos is bad enough, yet now the Nightmare World aims to purge the whole Pan-Plane, pulling in folks like us who only seek tranquility."
What events unfolded in these times? Nora's massive triumph over the Nightmare forced it to see the insignificance of the congress of ten thousand clans, yet remorse came far too late.
Duplications of it scattered through the Multidimensional Planes, endlessly scheming ways for its core self to break free as well, though every try ended in failure.
...
Land of Oblivion.
This desolate territory, pieced from multiple domains, brimmed with resource-poor worlds, much like the Pan-Plane's underbelly.
Exiled Wanderers without homes, rogue elements from diverse civilizations, or the shadowy Dark Pirates all dwelled here; this became the domain of the overlooked.
Land of Darkness, hidden far within the cosmos.
Vast Sword Qi swallowed a wrecked spaceship... A band of frightened pirates froze in position, gazing at the swordsman in dark armor, who spoke evenly, "If survival is your goal, head to Nora and turn yourselves in to change your ways."
"Fine, we'll seek out Nora."
"Gratitude, Lord, for sparing us!"
"We yearn to go back too, but we're powerless."
"Should the Lord wish to probe this area, we can serve as your guides."
These Dark Pirates consisted of human wizards.
They descended from old wandering wizards, trapped in this wasteland for assorted causes, evolving into a faction here that rivaled premier wizard groups, called the Lam Witch Council.
A handful of leaders reached eighth-circle wizard status, backed by more than twenty primordial soul wizards. Their deep knowledge of local affairs made Levi intend to enlist them.
The Eternal Star Abyss emerged, drawing in this band of wizards; considering the vast gap from here to Nora, they'd never make it back even with endless travel.
Levi drew forth the divine weapon known as the Shattered Jade Divine Spear, its body shimmering and quivering, signaling the Forgotten Kingdom's gateway lay nearby.
All at once, the Shattered Jade Divine Spear rose into the air, then traced a swift, whirling ring in emptiness, forming a dazzling, multifaceted teleportation gate.
After setting a protective measure behind, Levi entered the Giant Kingdom, only to confront the weight of four mighty presences upon arrival, each at level-10!
Levi surveyed his surroundings; this realm bore no likeness to usual plane worlds, lacking sky or earth, just endless barriers of icy blue frost.
"Who might you be?"
A colossal form shrouded in roaring flames, armored in scarlet, crowned regally, and gripping a Red Flame Giant Sword, loomed over Levi.
This was the Fire Giant King, Guman; had it not known entry required the Ancestor's Token, its fiery nature would have prompted immediate action.
Levi intoned a spell, causing the Frost Tome to hover in the void, confirming his status: "I am the Dusk Palace Master, an ally to your kind, harboring no ill intent."
"You possess the Frost Tome? How do you connect to the Frost Giant Ancestor?" demanded another, the King of the Mountain Giants in earthy yellow armor clutching a massive shield, his face shifting in surprise.
"That artifact ties to our Giants' forebears—why do you hold it?"
"Explain yourself now, or you'll stay trapped here."
Encircled by wary stares, Levi betrayed no unease, his eyes roaming, spotting two additional giants.
One sported azure armor, wielding a dark spiked club. The other donned pale armor, with a gleaming silver spear slung across his back.
The four Giants representing Earth, Fire, Wind, and Water each boasted level-10 powerhouses, concealed by the Ancestor of Giants away from worldly eyes.
Levi's mind raced; realms that spawned supreme beings truly hid unmatched depths, prompting his grin as he said, "Honored elders, this tale stretches long—care to take a seat while I share the details?"
The Level-10 Mid Stage Fire Giant King, seething with rage, viewed this level-9 youth's poised confidence and itched to cleave him with a blade.
"No more delays—seize him now!"
The giant sword, probably a supreme treasure, blazed with brilliance as it slashed at Levi. This blow unleashed a mere fifth of its strength.
In terms of raw personal might across the Multidimensional Plane, only the Amethyst Race and Dragon Clan could match the Giants.
A simple swing from the Fire Giant King shattered defenses and felled any level-9 foe. Yet aware Levi donned supreme treasure armor for safety, it merely sought to humble him.
As the foe prepared to strike, Levi showed no fear.
He refrained from unsheathing his blade or evading, instead balling one fist while his form surged forward against the giant sword, the Sixfold Destruction Holy Realm whirling as he unleashed a savage punch!
The Red Flame Giant Sword, a divine weapon, hummed and shook violently, even splitting the Fire Giant King's grip, horror flashing in its eyes, stunned that this man would clash directly!
