Wizard: Starting With the Knights Breathing Method Chapter 2780: 569: The Origins of the Abyss Across Nine Epochs!

As for those at the late stage of level 10, whose power rivals the mighty Gods, they are even more exceptional and rare.
Levi's upcoming objective involves traveling to Hell and various Blood Battle Battlefields. By hunting demons there, he intends to further bolster the strength of the Blood Battle Spirit until it reaches a state infinitely close to the tenth-level realm. Once that is achieved, the combined power of himself and the Blood Battle Spirit should be sufficient to confront early-stage level 10 opponents.
The following day.
Upon opening the newspaper, Levi noticed a significant headline.
[Nora Daily: Recent reports indicate that the Council of Ten Thousand Clans is suffering from intense internal friction. One of the Ancients, the Void Emperor, has reportedly defected and vanished. This proves that any conspiracy by dark forces to topple Nora is merely a paper tiger, acting more like a group of fools. There is no need for us to intervene; the enemy is collapsing from within.]
Levi found the situation quite amusing.
He had always viewed the Council of Ten Thousand Clans as a formidable foe, yet it appeared they were already fracturing before a formal conflict could even commence.
The departure of the Void Emperor acted as the spark. Already suppressed by Nora, the Council of Ten Thousand Clans is now even less significant. It is likely that other level 10 powerhouses who aren't Plane Sovereigns will soon choose to flee as well.
Those sovereigns tied to their planes are in a more difficult position. However, they won't simply wait for their end; they will likely seek alternative methods of salvation. These ancient beings possess numerous clones and incarnations, making it incredibly difficult to truly wipe them out.
Regardless of the details, their military morale has crumbled. The threat of the ten thousand clans has been effortlessly neutralized!
...
"Lord, Lord, Lady Namia has given birth! And it's twins!" A young dragon demon, face flushed with excitement, rushed toward Levi and spoke breathlessly.
"Oh? I will go take a look," Levi replied.
Entering the Breeding Room, Levi discovered two slender, green giant eggs. They stood upright like blades, protected by a layer of sturdy Bronze Dragon Scales.
The parents of these dragon eggs had already departed for the Nightmare World to undergo sword training, following an ancient tradition of the dragon clan.
"Excellent, both show signs of life."
Levi casually produced two Rebirth Stones.
Even though the Netherworld Market had been shut down, Levi managed to establish a channel to purchase a thousand stones from the Underworld—equivalent to over a billion blind boxes.
The price for this was his continued support on the Hell Battlefield for a duration; hunting a few level 9 demons made it a profitable arrangement for Levi.
He was curious to see who had been reincarnated into these dragon eggs.
Considering the timing, both Gustav and Leviathan were potential candidates. However, after some attempts, the Rebirth Stones failed to react. He decided to seek advice from Netherworld King Mors.
This minotaur maintained a good relationship with Levi and had become quite influential within the Underworld. His rank had risen steadily, and his power had grown significantly to nearly the mid-stage of level 9, likely due to certain benefits he had acquired.
Mors let out a laugh:
"Hahaha, it appears you weren't aware, sir. When dragon eggs are first laid, they aren't ready for reincarnation yet; you must wait a bit longer to see the results."
"I understand, thank you for the tip."
A month later, Levi performed the test again. Much to his delight, one of the eggs was indeed the reincarnation of Leviathan. In his previous life, the little fellow was merely a mixed-blood dragon, but in this life, he was a true high-tier dragon. As for the second egg, it was an alien soul from the fairyland, not Gustav.
Even so, Levi felt quite content.
In reality, this was mostly for his own peace of mind. After all, once a soul is reincarnated, all ties to the previous life are severed.
...
On that day.
Inside the Emperor’s Palace, two figures stood before Levi with respectful expressions. They were the brothers Green Ghost and Green Demon, who had both become councilors. They were thriving; thanks to these two level 9 experts, the Green Scale Clan had risen to become one of the top 20 clans within the Nora Wan Clan.
"Master, what are your instructions for us?"
Levi said nothing at first, then released the Black Emperor’s enslavement over the pair. As the oppressive spiritual shackles dissolved, the brothers looked at one another and quickly dropped to their knees.
"Master, our loyalty to Nora and to you is absolute!"
They weren't joking; the Council of Ten Thousand Clans was falling to pieces. If a full-scale war erupted and demons invaded, destroying the order of the multidimensional planes, there would be nowhere for them to hide except Nora.
"I am aware. I previously used certain methods on you, but it served your best interests. The Seven-Colored Scale Clan is no ordinary lineage and should have been lost to history. Today, you shall swear an oath upon the sword. I trust you will make the wise choice and not let me down," Levi said, smiling.
Feeling as though they had been granted a divine pardon, the two took the vow and offered their deepest thanks. They then departed for the Sorren Continent, while Levi made his way to the Nightmare World.
The Nightmare Avatar sat atop the Blood Flesh Main Tree within the Black Dragon Territory. Beneath the branches, the Tyrant of Horror—curled up like a small dog sleeping near its master—opened its eyes. It looked confused for a moment before displaying an expression similar to the Green Scale brothers, saying quickly:
"My thanks to the Lord Dragon King."
"You have served well over these years. Take these resources, consume them, and break through to the mid-stage of level 9 quickly."
The Tyrant of Horror finally let out a sigh of relief.
When the rabbits are dead, the hounds are cooked; when the birds are gone, the bow is put away. Those once bound by the Black Emperor feared most that once their master grew strong enough, they would be purged. Achieving a safe "landing" like this was the best possible outcome.
As of now, only nine remained under enslavement.
The others had been granted their freedom.
As for the little Spider of the Flora Realm, Levi had not yet removed the Black Emperor’s seal.
It wasn't a lack of trust in the little creature, but rather that he still required that specific contract for long-distance communication. Once more sophisticated communication methods were developed in the future, it too would be set free.
