Moria, Bradley, and Mogaro puzzled over the unexpected news of a Mechanical Association established by Rein, marveling at his influence over the formidable Stuttgart of the Isodre School, before setting off by airship to the Shirendil Plateau. There, Rein met with Elder Ivan and Marshal Alfred aboard an airship, proposing the creation of an Empire-wide Mechanical Association to combat the rampant exotic spider swarm and a Sword Bearers Branch to bolster border control, both ideas swiftly approved. Upon Moria's arrival amid the school's devastated grounds, Rein revealed ancient Goblin Empire knowledge, demonstrating his mastery by swiftly assembling a powerful mechanical land bird that demolished test dummies, leaving the Isodre wizards in awe.

Regarding its might, this mechanical marvel—the Mechanical Velociraptor—matches the fighting prowess of a Liquidized Wizard, but Rein assembled it in under fifteen minutes.

That's absolutely astonishing!

Right from that instant, Rein fully earned the respect from both individuals.

"The Mechanical Association is going with the Contribution Points system. You can pre-buy mechanical creations via loans to handle the exotic spider swarm clearances, gaining Contribution Points through wiping out exotic spider swarms along with members of the Tutkash School and various other cults."

"Regarding the precise Contribution Points verification and loan limits, I'll hand the full scheme over to you."

True enough, Rein extended goodwill to the Bixiu Mechanization School, allowing their existing Contribution Points to transfer smoothly into the association's own. The exact conversion rate, however, was handed off to Moria and the rest to figure out.

Once these issues were sorted out neatly, he started tapping into the Isodre School's stockpile of rare minerals to push forward his Goblin Engineer profession.

For starters, it would supply the fresh Mechanical Association with plenty of mechanical creations to build its base; plus, it would boost his Profession Level, hitting two birds with one stone.

After a brief reflection, Rein settled on crafting certain mid-to-high-tier battle mechanical creations suited for Crystallization Wizards.

In the end, the Mechanical Land Bird featured in the demo was geared toward fogging and liquidization stage wizards; for Crystallization Wizards, something at the Mechanical Velociraptor tier or better would offer a real boost.

On this occasion, Rein went for enhanced versions surpassing the Mechanical Velociraptor, split into a pair of variants. One was the Scythe Claw Dragon variant, featuring even deadlier claws on the upper limbs that looked like scythes.

The other was the Sharp Roar Dragon, which primarily added an ultrasonic assault mechanism right in the mouth of a basic Mechanical Velociraptor.

Rein picked these two upgrades because certain exotic spider swarms tend to be tiny yet swarm in huge numbers, their venom and web-spewing attacks making them tough foes, where sonic wide-area strikes could prove more effective.

In particular, pairing these two enhanced Velociraptors together would yield results far beyond just adding their strengths.

A Crystallization Wizard equipped with a Mechanical Scythe Claw Dragon and a Sharp Roar Dragon could pull back with ease, barring clashes against Dawn Wizard rank foes.

Before long, as Rein crafted away, the system alerts kept ringing out non-stop:

Across a few days, Rein's Goblin Engineer (Legendary) Profession Level rose steadily to lv10, granting 3 attribute points and 3 skill points courtesy of the legendary Goblin Engineer profession.

At present, the attribute panel displays 10 leftover attribute points and 22 leftover skill points, as Golden Skill Points hit 763, marking an all-time peak.

"Both the Mechanical Scythe Claw Dragon and Mechanical Sharp Roar Dragon count as top-tier Goblin Engineering works, so I've fulfilled condition four 'Independently creating any five qualified high-end Goblin Engineering creations' required for advancing to Goblin Engineering Expert (Epic)."

Rein pondered deeply, lost in thought.

"Now, just one piece is left—condition three 'Master high difficulty Goblin Engineering knowledge'. The moment I grasp it, I can advance whenever I want..."
