After securing a Divine Power Crystal from a severed limb, Rein utilizes his system to refine the artifact, significantly enhancing the quality of his spiritual power. Returning to the Molten Lava Lake, he finds Menia conversing with the Ancient Red Dragon Fermo, who recognizes her sacrifice and the injuries she sustained. To aid her recovery, Fermo extracts and purifies the blood essence of a Smoldering Electric Eel, guiding Menia into a deep meditative state to absorb its potent energy. As the dragon departs, the essence begins to heal her bloodline wounds, though it carries a stimulating side effect that leaves Menia in a vulnerable and transformed state.

Rein cast a brief look toward Menia, finding it nearly impossible to avert his gaze from her presence.

At that precise moment, Menia’s lovely eyes slowly fluttered open. Upon seeing Rein staring at her so intently, a deep flush spread across her face.

For reasons she couldn't explain, Menia felt her emotions waver as she looked into Rein’s exceptionally brilliant black eyes, experiencing an irresistible wave of affection.

Was this perhaps a lingering side effect of the "Dragon Blood Sacrifice" she had performed earlier?

Yet, none of the ancient royal archives had ever mentioned such a reaction.

As her mind wandered, Menia realized something was amiss with her physical state; her body was growing increasingly warm. Furthermore, a faint, bashful impulse urged her to lean against Rein’s chest.

Despite her inner desires, her lifelong training in royal etiquette kept her silent. Aside from her reddening cheeks, she maintained her usual dignified and graceful composure.

"Prince Menia... how are you feeling?" Rein inquired with genuine concern.

He spoke with complete sincerity, harboring no hidden intentions.

However, Rein's words only served to heighten Menia's embarrassment, as the word "feeling" seemed to carry a different weight in her ears.

The crimson hue on Menia’s face deepened, looking as though blood might drip from her skin.

"Well, I have mostly recovered. With a bit more meditation, I should be able to return to eighty percent of my peak condition," Menia replied, struggling to suppress her internal chaos.

"Only eighty percent? Is a full recovery not possible?" Rein’s brows knitted slightly in disappointment. He began to question the methods of that ancient dragon, Fermo.

Could it be that the old dragon used "smoldering electric eel" essence as a cheap substitute because he was unwilling to part with his own bloodline essence?

"A complete restoration is naturally out of the question. Even if His Crown, the Red Dragon King Straz, were to perform the ritual, it would only reach this level. If it were otherwise, the 'Dragon Blood Sacrifice' would not be classified as a forbidden technique."

Menia offered a faint smile, her beautiful eyes resting earnestly upon Rein.

She then added softly, "Thank you, Rein."

"Uh... Prince Menia, there is no need for such formalities. It was only right for me to help." As he spoke, Rein found himself unable to look away, captivated by how stunning Menia looked while blushing.

Menia, meanwhile, felt shy and flustered. As a high-ranking member of the Imperial Royal Family and an Epic-level expert, she had never been stared at by a man in such a manner—especially while alone in such a confined space.

Though she initially tried to meet Rein’s gaze, her heart began to pound violently after only two seconds. Menia lowered her eyes, lacking the courage to look directly into those piercing black pupils.

Still, she could not bring herself to say something like, "You are forbidden from looking."

At that moment, the parting words of the ancient dragon Fermo echoed in Rein’s mind: "For your enjoyment... I can only assist you this much..."

A sudden thought flashed through Rein’s head, reminding him of the choice between being a man of action or something far worse.

Furthermore, Rein asked himself how he would react if Menia were to eventually be with another man. Would he feel jealousy, rage, or a sense of loss?

The answer was obvious!

Consequently, while gazing at Menia’s downcast eyes, Rein took a slow but determined step toward her.

To Menia, every step Rein took felt like a beat against her own heart. The sheer nervousness caused her pale, delicate palms to grow damp with sweat.

What... what does Rein intend to do by approaching?

If he tries something, how should I react?

If...

Before Menia could finish her train of thought, she suddenly felt a warm, large hand gently encircle her slender waist.

Her mind went completely blank in an instant.

Then, she heard Rein’s soft voice whispering in her ear: "Prince Menia."

"Ah?"

The usually commanding Menia could only turn her head toward Rein with a look of utter helplessness.

Seeing such an innocent, girlish expression on the face of the normally mature and elegant Menia, Rein found himself unable to hold back any longer...

In the following moment, Menia felt her cherry lips overtaken by warmth...

(The following ten thousand words are omitted...)

Several hours later, Rein gazed at Menia’s noble and stunning face, which now held a trace of lethargy, and he couldn't help but grin.

Beyond her status within the Empire's Royal Family, her angelic features seemed divine. Her proud, full chest, flexible waist, and shapely curves were breathtaking.

It was as if the Creator had bestowed every possible feminine beauty upon her.

Short of a literal Goddess, there was likely no woman among mortals more perfect than Menia.

Following their "intense battle," she remained in a sweet slumber. Even in sleep, her expression seemed to reflect the immense satisfaction and pleasure of their recent encounter.

"By forming this kind of bond with Prince Menia, does that not make me the Emperor’s uncle?" Rein mused to himself, suddenly struck by the realization.

"When I go to visit Anna’s mother, what will Second Prince Everton have to call me?"

...

At that moment, as if sensing Rein’s intense gaze roaming over her body, Menia's long lashes twitched. She opened her deep, beautiful eyes and looked back at Rein.
