Wizard starting from shoeing donkeys Chapter 1492 - 513: The Returning Airship
Previously on Wizard starting from shoeing donkeys...
At the epicenter of the oceanic conflict.
The smug expression on Nether Sea Goddess Hela’s face vanished instantly upon Rein’s abrupt arrival and the sight of the colossal ‘Leviathan Giant Whale’ drifting lifelessly on the waves.
"Has a mere mortal truly managed to slay Jorgandman so swiftly?"
"It appears the ages spent under the seal have drained its vitality until nothing remained."
In truth, the ‘Leviathan Giant Whale’ Jorgandman had been restored to nearly eighty percent of its peak power by the Sea God Sect, but Hela’s pride would not allow her to acknowledge such a fact.
"Nevertheless, your destiny is set; a future of unending agony and torment is all that awaits you."
"That red dragon was clever to choose self-destruction. Had it not, I would have ripped out its dragon soul and transformed its carcass into a Nether Dragon..."
Rein paid no heed to the Nether Sea Goddess’s threats. Standing protectively before the mourning ‘Red Queen’ Menia, he spoke coldly:
"Nether Sea Goddess, don’t you think you’ve wasted enough breath on nonsense?"
"If you possess the skill, then prove it!"
"Mortal, do you honestly believe you survived our last two encounters because of your own strength? How utterly delusional."
"Delusional? Let us cross blades first; it may be you who is being naive," Rein replied with composure, his eyes locked onto Hela.
But in the following heartbeat, he lunged forward with a sharp "swish".
Despite his taunts, Rein dared not underestimate Hela. He didn't just maintain his old dragon form; two additional dragon heads began to swell and erupt from his neck, revealing his most formidable state.
He had entered his peak form: the three-headed old dragon!
"Oh? A Multi-Headed Dragon Bloodline?" The sight of Rein’s transformed state clearly caught the Nether Sea Goddess Hela off guard!
However, provoked by Rein’s insults, Hela did not retreat from the charging three-headed beast. Instead, the dark waters beneath her surged upward, causing her figure to expand rapidly.
In a mere moment, she towered over fifty, then sixty meters, eventually dwarfing Rein’s dragon form. An energy trident manifested within her grasp.
"Splash!"
A circular wave of black water erupted, surging toward Rein.
"Roar!!!"
Confronting the dark tide, the red dragon head on Rein’s right side unleashed a concentrated cone of fire.
The collision of red flames and black water was instantaneous and violent, birthing clouds of putrid black vapor. Any flying fish knights or sea creatures unable to flee were struck dead by the toxic fumes.
Possessing immense poison resistance, Rein was undeterred by the lethal mist. The three-headed dragon burst through the fog, striking directly at Hela’s oceanic avatar!
"Clang!!!"
Glowing with a dark silver sheen, the dragon’s massive claw slammed into the energy trident. The impact produced a deafening metallic screech, sending ripples of energy cascading across the battlefield.
"Is this the extent of your power?" Hela remarked, seemingly untroubled.
"Swish!"
Rein offered no verbal reply. Instead, his other claw moved in a hidden arc, and a dark silver disc blurred through the air!
"Slash!"
Because they were locked in close combat, Hela could not react to the sheer velocity of Rein’s Dawn Killing Move, the ‘Blade-toothed Disc’. The spinning metal projectile sliced clean through the waist of her watery form.
"You!!!" Shock and fury twisted Hela’s features at the successful strike.
Rein did not relent. His three-headed avatar leapt high, shredding Hela’s severed form with all four limbs. Simultaneously, the three heads exhausted their reserves, breathing three distinct elements directly into the Goddess’s face and chest!
"Fiery Breath!"
"Void Breath!"
"Particle Breath!"
The chaotic convergence of these three breaths created a massive upheaval, completely consuming the Nether Sea Goddess Hela in a violent explosion!
Rein immediately retreated to a safe distance, as the turbulent energy of the combined breaths triggered a massive blast.
"Phew~~"
A heavy wave of fatigue washed over him, causing him to gasp for air.
Though the exchange had lasted less than ten seconds, Rein had exerted every ounce of his strength. His recently replenished stamina was now entirely spent.
The devastation of his assault was undeniable; Hela’s hundred-meter avatar had been pulverized into nothingness.
Nearby, the elite witches and sorcerers of the Sea God Sect stared at Rein as if he were a phantom. The flying fish and manta knights scrambled away, terrified of Rein as if he were a primordial predator.
The realization hit them: 'What kind of freak is this? Our Goddess has been struck down!'
Pope Egil of the Sea God Sect was equally stunned, yet he did not flee. He remained locked in combat with Reginald, seemingly waiting for a turning point.
Scanning the area where Hela had vanished, Rein felt a momentary sense of relief.
However, a nagging feeling of dread began to sprout in his mind.
His danger perception was not fading; instead, the sense of a looming threat was intensifying.
She wasn't dead?
"Rein, look out!" the Red Queen Menia screamed from his flank.
To his rear right, a massive surge of black water erupted from the ocean. It rapidly solidified into the form of the Nether Sea Goddess Hela. With a wave of her hand, dozens of black water vortexes screamed toward Rein.
