Orion bestowed the Lightning Cloak upon Lorelia, declaring her the Horde's greatest treasure, before sending her to attend the meditating Sylvana. In Stoneheart City, Lilith examined a report on a viable insectoid egg poised to hatch a Hero-rank Broodmother and ordered its exclusive auction to Horde clansmen using coins, merits, or resources. She also received intelligence on Kaelen abducting a Dragonlouse Broodmother named Melissa, sparking discussions on her potential scrutiny by Sophia.

World of Eldoria, Temple of Terminus.

As Orion appeared inside the sanctum, Leonidas welcomed him with pure delight alongside a flood of grievances.

"Bro, this cursed spot... nobody around, no food anywhere, and monsters seem to stalk me non-stop. This makes prison feel like a holiday."

Leonidas jumped down from the throne, "offering" it to Orion with over-the-top respect.

Once Orion took the seat, the Void Illusion attacked his mind. With his unyielding willpower, he pushed back against the lure, denying entry into the delusion. He glanced upward, a subtle, aware grin curving his lips as he eyed Leonidas.

The Void seemed more unstable now, like it had been provoked. The otherworldly entities that normally stayed distant from the throne had drawn closer, their invisible gazes locked on the throne of authority.

"Heh... Bro, I might've stirred them up. Just a tiny experiment!" Leonidas chuckled uneasily, rubbing his head. "Who'd guess these beasts were like a wasp nest? One jab and they went berserk."

That explained his torment.

Dozens of horrors eyed him, some radiating power matching Demigods. Unfamiliar with the seal's workings, Leonidas doubted his security. He had endured constant, pulse-racing dread.

A fighter stays alert before combat, sure. But wound up every moment of every day? That leads to stress death or scaring yourself to doom.

"Bro, did those three depart?" Leonidas inquired, shifting topics.

"They did."

"Did they bring all their blood-related kin?"

"Only those tied by blood."

"Excellent. That's great. At least the seas won't turn totally empty. We require some activity here." Leonidas flashed a thumbs-up. "You're the genuine article, kid. Forcing three Demigods to ditch their turf? That's peak dominance."

"The rest falls to Squiddy," Orion replied. "We must scour the whole ocean area, gather the assets, and split the domains."

The sea conquest proved simpler than Orion expected.

The water Demigods—Coraline, Corren, and Vaelor—put up zero fight, probably detecting Goddess Agaman's arrival. If a titan like Agaman got booted, they knew resistance was futile.

"Bro, listen up, this is the way," Leonidas declared, slapping Orion's shoulder. "We groom the juniors properly, let the driven ones charge ahead and claim lands for us. See me now—victory without effort! I'm basically chilling in retirement!"

"Hahaha..."

Leonidas roared with laughter, bursting with pride over the two "juniors"—Orion and the Kraken—that he and Arthas had nurtured. With these powerhouses doing the grunt work, the toil-filled days ended.

"Too bad the Assassin (Alexander) didn't fetch Isabella. It'd make things smoother with her around," Leonidas reflected. "Poor Squiddy wouldn't bear it solo."

Orion grinned without replying.

Previously, Leonidas and Arthas had shouldered Orion and the Kraken. Now empowered, Orion eagerly reciprocated by carrying his elders. It balanced the scales. Their past support fueled Orion's ascent. Likewise, Orion's aid now would let Tangere and Aurora rise as tomorrow's heavy lifters.

"About assistance..."

Leonidas's remark sparked Orion's recollection.

Orion parted his lips and vomited up a figure corroded by stomach juices. It was the Siren Archlord, Thalryssa.

"Bro... what in blazes is that?"

"The Siren Archlord from Westreach Trench. Thalryssa."

Leonidas went rigid, eyes blinking fast at Orion, questioning his ears.

"The Siren with divine-level looks?"

"That's her."

Leonidas reacted dramatically. His eyes popped wide as a shaky finger jabbed at the acid-scarred, shapeless mass on the ground.

"Damn it, Orion! This offends the heavens!" he bellowed. "That's a work of art! An exquisite stunner! Even if she's not your type, you could've erased her mind and preserved her as a... as a..."

Leonidas's ideas turned lewd, so Orion shrugged nonchalantly.

Thalryssa bore full blame for her state. Her defiance blocked submission. Orion never melted or held back over a woman's allure.

Refuse to yield? Then fester in his gut realm.

Orion eyed the meaty blob, tone icy.

"One final option for you."

"Coraline, Corren, and Vaelor—the three Demigods—are banished. This sea belongs to me now."

"Kneel or perish."

Orion gestured, summoning water to rinse off the burning acid. Released from bodily restraint, Thalryssa's Transcendent Power flared, wounds closing rapidly.

"Where... am I?"

Thalryssa scanned the strange surroundings, face blending bewilderment and vigilance.

"The ocean's lowest depths. Temple of Terminus," Orion announced. "I rule it now."

Thalryssa paled. She stood immobile for fifteen full minutes until her breaths evened.

"Lady Coraline... you truly banished her?"

She gazed at Orion enthroned. True terror filled her eyes for once.

Orion's lip twitched up. At last, her defenses cracked. Submission loomed.

Her prior toughness stemmed from relying on a Second-Stage Demigod's shield.

Orion skipped chit-chat. Fierce Divine Power burst forth, striking Thalryssa, chaining her and blacking her out on impact.

Next, Orion pierced her mental realm—her Sea of Consciousness.

There, Coraline's Divine Interdict lingered. With a psychic bellow, Orion smashed it with a mind-fist, pulverizing the intruder. As it dissolved, he etched his own Divine Interdict deep into her psyche.

Thalryssa stayed out cold amid the mental storm. In her Sea of Consciousness, she sensed the heavens crashing down, supplanted by a weightier sky.

Moments later, Thalryssa stirred; the temple held only Orion.

"Submit, or lose your mind?"

Orion demanded, patience exhausted.

Leonidas had merit. A brainless thrall lacked smarts and adaptability, but a vacant Archlord fighter beat none.

"Thalryssa... hails the Master."

She flattened herself prone.

No alternative existed. Her protector vanished, an ironclad seal gripped her soul. Defy now, and death followed.

Victory lit Orion's features. Bending a ravishing beauty brought profound triumph.

Harsh tactics, yet the outcome pleased.
