Jane begins her transformation into a Forbidden Flame Elemental with the help of Icon and Qilin, enhancing her Star Map class and bloodline. Kaden and Pickle Berry then travel to Hamdell City to seek information on the Elemental Garden. They meet Franklina at the Information Guild, who is shocked to learn Pickle Berry is alive and has awakened seven elements. Franklina reveals two paths to the Elemental Garden: the dangerous main gateway and the perilous Red Storm Sea. Kaden chooses the latter, and they depart.

[Elemental Galaxy - Rainbow Planet]

Rainbow Planet is the most important planet in the entire Elemental Galaxy. It is home to the Elemental Empress and also the place where the Elemental Laws are most visible.

Beings living on this planet find it easier to comprehend their various elemental affinities compared to those outside of it. In the past, it was home to all the talents of the Elemental Galaxy. But now, only the Elemental Empress and her immediate tribe live there.

Still, they numbered in the billions.

The Elemental Empress herself has four affinities: Ice, Water, Fire, and Earth.

While there are people with the same combination of affinities, she rose to her current position not because of favoritism but through sheer hard work. In the past, she and many others fought to protect the Elemental Galaxy from those who sought to destroy it.

She has a presence on the Ancient Battlefield and is on the Foreign Race’s wanted list. So naturally, she isn’t someone who became Empress through sheer luck.

However, compared to the previous rulers of the Elemental Race, she isn’t very impressive. The previous Empress, who caused the Domain War, had five affinities, and she had comprehended all five elements to the Extreme Stage.

The Elemental Emperor, who had suddenly gone missing, was the same. He was even more impressive. However, the current Empress is much weaker than either of them.

This was because, aside from her Ice Element, which she had comprehended to the Extreme Stage, she was still lacking in the remaining three. She had only managed to comprehend them to the Absolute Stage.

Learning that someone had appeared with an affinity for seven elements naturally piqued her interest, awakening insidious thoughts.

If she could get her hands on her and devour her, then naturally, she wouldn’t only possess four elements anymore; she would have seven, which, judging by how elementals evolve, would give her the talent to make further progress.

She wanted to devour Pickle Berry, which, of course, meant she wasn’t much better than the previous Elemental Empress.

"Have you gotten any word from the people searching for that person?" Inside a hall lined with marble pillars, the Elemental Empress, seated upon her lofty throne, asked a subordinate standing below her.

She is a redhead with green eyes and a voluptuous figure that would, without a doubt, capture anyone’s attention. Her aura as a Pseudo-Primordial could not be mistaken, and despite lacking comprehension in three elements, she wasn’t any weaker than most Pseudo-Primordials.

"Yes, Your Majesty," the subordinate answered.

"By the time they got to Hamdell City, they were already gone. However, we managed to identify the person they interacted with, and using her details, we discovered that she had entered the Black Elemental Star System. It appears she is traveling with them."

"The Black Elemental Star System..." the Empress pondered for a few seconds, as if trying to make sense of why someone would head there.

"Are they perhaps going to Storm Planet?" she asked, and her subordinate nodded.

"Her route leads there, so there is a possibility. We have already dispatched people to arrive before them, so we should receive word soon."

"Very well. Keep me updated on any further developments."

The subordinate left, and the Empress took a deep breath. The thought that the person might belong to the race that had led the attack against the previous Elemental Empress crossed her mind, but she quickly dismissed it.

She had been there when they were banished and had personally witnessed all two daughters and the only son being taken away by the tide alongside their parents. As for their youngest daughter, she had died years before that event.

But even if she had somehow survived, as far as the Empress knew, she couldn’t awaken a single element, much less seven.

Regardless, she wasn’t worried. If anything, she was eager to get her hands on Pickle Berry, completely unaware that her greatest stroke of luck would be if her people failed to catch up to Kaden and Pickle Berry.

Right now, while she might not have been the one who led the charge against the Asura Race, she wasn’t exempt from the harm her race had caused. Their sins had to be paid in full, and for now, she would be the one to bear the price.

Klaus was being lenient, but if she couldn’t let sleeping dogs lie, then she might soon find herself facing the fangs of a hyena.

Meanwhile, Kaden, Pickle Berry, and Franklina, after traveling for ten hours, finally arrived on Storm Planet. Standing outside the planet, Kaden could tell from the constant flashes of lightning that Storm Planet wasn’t a safe place for humans to be.

It was dangerous and required someone with a high affinity for Lightning and a great understanding of storms to navigate safely.

He excelled in both, so he wasn’t about to panic.

But Franklina knew this was as far as she would go. Her job had been to bring them here, and she had done so.

"Thank you very much, Franklina," Kaden said, looking out the window of his spaceship, his gaze falling on the ominous planet.

"No problem," Franklina replied. Then she checked her communicator, which had several messages. A few minutes into reading them, her expression suddenly turned pale.

Kaden noticed the change and asked,

"What is wrong?"

"T-The Elemental Legion is searching for me... no, they are searching for you... more precisely, her," she said, pointing at Pickle Berry with trembling hands.

Kaden furrowed his brow, intrigued. "Let me guess. The Elemental Empress has learned that there is someone with seven elemental affinities in her domain, so she asked for her to be brought before her."

A smile formed on his face, causing Franklina to wonder why he wasn’t freaking out.

"It is sad, really, but I had hoped she would be different." Kaden took a deep breath and sighed. "No need to concern yourself with anything, Franklina. At worst, they would just keep you prisoner until they find us. That said, you are free to come with us to the Elemental Garden. At least that would keep you out of their hands until I return and put them in their place."

"Huh? You make it sound like the Empress is a bad person."

"Isn’t it obvious? She lusts after Pickle Berry’s talent, so she wants to devour her to boost her own power. She isn’t that good a person after all. But I am in a hurry, so make your decision. Are you coming or staying?"

On one hand, she had nothing going on. She had no family and few friends, so nobody would miss her much even if she got stuck in the Elemental Garden.

But if she could return in one piece, then she would have a lot to write about and perhaps raise her standing in the Tower of Wisdom.

So after some consideration, most of which had to do with her not wanting to become anyone’s prisoner, she accepted Kaden’s proposal, and a few minutes later, they were flying over the stormy sea.

The ship would attract too much attention, so they traveled with their physical bodies instead.

Franklina was a Supreme, so Kaden wasn’t too worried about her.

Of course, a few minutes into their flight, another spaceship entered Storm Planet, and fifteen people emerged from it before beginning to chase after them. Kaden had spotted them long ago, and he already had plans in place to deal with them.
